It enough for a small fitness studio
The daily management of the activities with the trainers in return proceeds successfully without major hitches.
Customer support is not efficient and everything is managed via chat with Intercom, there is no problem management with ticketz so that requests are often lost. I find little knowledge of the dynamics of a fitness studio and this creates a lot of discomfort in the management of the support.
The software has a good and easy calendar management as well as having an excellent user experience for the mobile application.
I state that the software is Spanish therefore being Italian all the administrative and legislative management is currently not managed and in any case the team is very attentive to the development of new functions. There are no integrations with third party software so many communication and CRM activities are excluded. There is no possibility to manage automatic messages to customers according to certain conditions. It is not possible to make installment payments for services or to plan personalized payments. The administrative management of the customer is very basic and it often becomes difficult to extrapolate the necessary information relating to an account statement. Business statistics are very confusing and often do not provide what is necessary for my business.
