We also love the feature where clients (seller's) can fill out documents such as the TDS and SPQ with ease. Where it is normally a difficult set of documents to gather from Sellers.

Inconvénients :

Initially intimidating, many features require money, but not much.

Unexpectedly Very Useful

Commentaires : We started with Glide when it was (in retrospect) a very rough product. The UI and functionality has improved exponentially since then. Integrations with zipforms and docusign are a game changer.

Avantages :

This makes the process of filling out disclosures easier and less scary/intimidating. I also love being able to see how much REAL interest there is in the property by the level of access to a property's reports.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was an auto-fill feature for document titles

Commentaires : Glide has saved me a lot of time with preparing paperwork and signatures. Since Glide integrates with car.org form it has become a one stop shop, I have recommended to other TC's I have come into contact with, it's great.

Avantages :

The ability for it to detect signature tabs and also the ability for it to link directly to car.org forms

Inconvénients :

When I first started using it there were some missing features, a lot of these have since been added. It doesn't work as well with receiving disclosures (on the buy side or helping the selling agent) but it is very effective when helping the sell side or listing agent.

Love the functionality but still room for improvement

Commentaires : My overall experience is very positive. Clients seem to be having an easier time using the platform than when I started with the program.

Avantages :

I find the addition of Seller disclosures very helpful. i.e. Water Certification, Parking Storage, etc.

Inconvénients :

When using GLIDE to order an NHD, the initial email containing links to home owner's guides is not provided. For this reason, I will not use this platform to order the reports.

Commentaires : This has streamlined the process and removed the confusion on the seller's parts. It is very easy to use.

Avantages :

This product is so easy to use and has saved me and my client's so much time and frustration. Disclosures are completed correctly the first time.

Inconvénients :

As a Transaction Coordinator I generate disclosures from multiple clients at multiple brokerages. It has my information and brokerage at the bottom of the zipforms instead of my client's. This has caused compliance issues with a few brokers. I would like to sign in with my account but have it pull from the zipforms of my clients without having to log in as them.

User Friendly

Avantages :

Glide is a systematic way of organizing our organization's incoming transactions and even past transactions with clients. An easy tool to use for navigating clinical transactions of what we have received and what is about to come.

Inconvénients :

Too many button options to choose from make it confusing.

Amazing Product

Commentaires : Glide has been a major time saver for me. I absolutely LOVE this program. The customer service is also quick and very helpful.

Avantages :

The thing I like most about this product is how easy it is for the clients to fill out their disclosures. When I used to send the disclosures through Docusign they would always come back with missed questions. With Glide the disclosures are always complete and I do not have to keep re sending. Also, when it comes to AVIDs, I always had to harass the agents to complete them. With Glide I just send them an email and a text and they usually get it done quicker.

Inconvénients :

One thing I do not like is there is no Manufactured Home TDS. When it comes to the AVID, I have not figured out a way to change the person I sent it to. If the agents are on a team and I send the AVID to one team member, but another team member ends up completing the AVID, I am not able to change agents. Also, if the property ends up being a duplex, I am not able to edit that part of the AVID once the agent clicks on the link.

A tool for a fast app

Commentaires : Its good but not perfect with good prices

Avantages :

Its easy , its no code but it has very good basis to step up and using its Crud with its Api will allow to capitalize the time on it and to make the new tools you will learn to talk with Glide's internal tables

Inconvénients :

The Ui editor needs to grow , luckily you can use Glide's Rich text editor for you Css needs ,no real audio component with playlist and no real subscriptions component ( gotta say this is very common across all the no code tools ...no audio and no subscriptions..easy as Shout'em ) BUT you can. create your using Webviews, Zapier , Payhere, Moonclerk and so on

I love Glide

Commentaires : My overall experience is fantastic, I could not imagine going back to the way I did things before Glide.

Avantages :

I love Glide for a number of reasons. The first reason is in the 15 years I have been in this business I have never had a TDS come back with every single box checked and question answered until I started using Glide. Second reason is I can send the AVID's to Agents I work with when they are at the property and they can complete it on their phone. I also love the ability to add pictures to the AVIDs ensuring that there is no ambiguity on what is referenced. Finally sending disclosures to the Buyers has never been easier, I love that Glide will auto populate all the signature and initial tabs in Docusign.

Inconvénients :

When I filled out an AVID at a property the internet was not great and the system kept losing my comments and pictures, I had to keep entering them over and over. It can be a little hard for older clients to us.

Avantages :

This is one of the best website building tools i know of,for 3 reasons :- it is very easy to use - it is very fast to use - it is very powerful.

Inconvénients :

The software is very interesting but some limitations in the flexibility of the customization disturb me a bit!

GLIDE is GREAT!

Commentaires : On a monthly basis I'm working on 25 to 30 escrows, working in GLIDE has dramatically reduced the time it takes making introductions to my agent's clients and sending out disclosures for review and signatures. It's very simple to use too!

Avantages :

I really enjoy how seamless the process is from creating seller disclosures to sending out additional discloses through DocuSign, all through glided. It's nice not having to open several tabs for several different applications to send out disclosures. It's all done in GLIDE. I love that.

Inconvénients :

I would like a way to auto place signatures on company specific disclosures when drafting out CAR forms. I'm sure that will be possible in the future

Great Real Estate Software for Filling out forms on the Go! Easy for Sellers and Agents

Avantages :

I like the new workflow setup. i can easily create a file and with a couple of clicks sent the Sellers the SPQ and TDS, Order the NHD and Send the agent a Text to complete the AVID. I like how i get notified as the file moves along via email. And i like even more how it integrates with CAR.org.

Inconvénients :

My least favorite thing is that i can't customize a features. I would like to be able to send myself text messages.. or create a rule within CAR to trigger Glide to being the workflows. I'm not a technical person so maybe i could create a zap with zappier. Overall. i like the product.

Commentaires : I appreciate what Glide provides to myself, my agents and the clients - It is unfortunate that all systems improvements are now only available for paid users.

Avantages :

User friendly for sellers and agents - links directly to CAR forms - questions are never missed -

Inconvénients :

Ability to direct message on client flagged questions is only available for paid users - multiple AVIDS only available for paid users - expensive tool

GLIDE IS THE BEST

Avantages :

Glide is easy to use and helps me get back completed disclosure packets quickly and efficiently! All my clients are hooked on Glide.

Inconvénients :

I would like if it were easier to connect the Glide app with the agents individual zipforms account to pull additional forms outside of the items that are filled out via Glide. CR's, Addendums, ect.

Commentaires : Overall, it's a great tool and I will continue to use and recommend.

Avantages :

It allows me to send real estate disclosures to clients and helps our clients complete the disclosures in a timely manner. Before I would have to print out the disclosures and get them in front of clients, and sometimes have to walk them through each question. This software saves me time, which I really appreciate.

Inconvénients :

When my clients flag a question, I cannot answer through the software without having to pay.

A great alternative to Lone Wolf transactions for realtors.

Commentaires : Easy to use and the future of real estate. But, adoption by others is still limited.

Avantages :

Simple and easy to use. Already integrated with realtor board.

Inconvénients :

Seems like other professionals do not use Glide or prefer a different system. I submit offers in Glide, and most of the time, the response does not come through Glide, but rather pdfs attached to emails or thru one wolf. I suppose many realtors are simply stuck in their ways and do not wish to try a better and new tool

Commentaires : I use this product daily and it makes my job much easier.

Avantages :

I love how easy the software is to use from my end and how it makes completing documents effortlessly for the seller.

Inconvénients :

I wish that the software would automatically have the agents/sellers sign.

Avantages :

I like that sellers can fill out their disclosures online. I like that it requires users to fill out all fields.

Inconvénients :

Some sellers find it hard to use. I don't like when sellers re-submit that I have to go back in and re-generate the forms (wish they would just be emailed to me automatically).

Good System, just wish it were one step better

Commentaires : Benefits, forms are completed more accurately and I don't get asked as many questions on the forms.

Avantages :

The fact that it's a wizard that walks sellers through all the questions and gives me ease of mind that all the required questions will be answered. I also like that it drops the completed forms back into zipForms.

Inconvénients :

I really wish I could just send all disclosures through Glide to sign instead of having to go back into zipForms to send the disclosures through zipLogix for signatures. Also, it would be great if there was an 'Send for Edits' button or something that can be pressed to send a new link with an email to the sellers explaining what to do to begin/start editing their entries.

Less Omissions & Complete Reports

Commentaires : I like it an hope that as we move forward that more agents are able to use it.

Avantages :

As an agent the ease and ability to use your cell phone to fill out your AVID and add pictures is great! For the client the assistance that Glide uses to get a full and complete TDS and SPQ is very helpful. As a Transaction Coordinator is helps by giving you a completed document; not one that you have to send back several times to get the seller or agent to fully complete it.

Inconvénients :

It will take clients and agents who are uncomfortable with computers, iPads, tablets, or cell phones some coaching but for the average agent and client is is very helpful and makes things much easier.

Commentaires : Using Glide has streamlined opening new real estate transaction into a quick and easy process.

Avantages :

Glide allows me to send disclosures to sellers and doesn't let them miss questions. I also love that they can ask for clarification on a question without stopping the whole process.

Inconvénients :

Glide logs me in and out each time one of my agents login to their accounts through Zipforms.

Avantages :

It makes sure all the Disclosures are completely filled out. Looks clean and very useful.

Inconvénients :

Some people aren't very tech savy so it confuses them. The support team seems to not be on the same page whenever I have an issue.

Commentaires : Glide helps a seller to completely fill out their disclosures without missing a question or forgetting to add an explanation to their answers.

Avantages :

I really like how simple it is to understand how to set-up a file for a client and how easy it is for a client to answer the questions that completes their disclosures.

Inconvénients :

So far, I have not found anything I did not like and just waiting for all the remainder forms to be uploaded.
