The things I like most about Bookipi:- Easy to use- Simple to use - Efficient and fast

Inconvénients :

One thing I like least about Bookipi:- You can’t sign your invoices in the app, only the client can sign on their end

Commentaires : It is like an accounts department on the go. I know immediately who's paid and what is still outstanding. I have a list of clients on my phone. Any queries can be quickly answered whether in the office or not.

Bookipi is very easy to use. I can use from multiple device and allow staff access to it.

Inconvénients :

I wish I can restrict access of some of my staff to some certain features like total income earned and other sensitive parts

Avantages :

Easy to use, it's free and it's really helping small business owner like myself as we don't have budget to pay for the apps

Inconvénients :

I can't use the saved items to search for the buyer. Sometimes logo will disappear on its own but then it's easily restored so no problem for me. Moving invoices into the thrash comes without any confirmation so sometimes I accidentally removed my invoices into the thrash

Commentaires : Very good experience, easy , fluid and fairly complete package

The ease of use - makes something fairly complex a lot more simple to do

Inconvénients :

Only issue is the email section - as all invoices and quotes are all emailed from the app and that correspondence is not automatically sent to the users email ( unless specified ) which means if you forget to bcc yourself into the quote/ invoice - you have no way of going back to check

Commentaires : Bookipi makes it easy to invoice customers and to be able to refer back to the invoice incase needed.

Avantages :

I like that it is easy to add customers, the layout of the invoice and all info that is editable. The sending options is also great.

Inconvénients :

There was an issue with editing some additional info, but it seems resolved. I struggled to get out of the editing box. The closing X did not work.

Easy invoicing especially when using mobile phone. If possible please may you add order number on invoicing to make it easy if you want to invoice two times on the same order that is one for deposit and other for full payment
