Avantages :

Helium 10 have the accurate information about Amazon (in more than 4 countries). It’s very necessary if you are work with Amazon.

Inconvénients :

The only but I had its the price, because it’s not cheap.

Modern Version of Jungle Scout

Commentaires : The overall experience with Helium 10 has been fantastic, simply put, sure you could possibly find a platform that better suits your needs, possibly, but you can't go wrong with Helium 10 for certain.

Avantages :

When I say modern version of jungle scout, it shouldn't be automatically assumed that that means better, although it could for you. Helium 10 offers a lot of the same functionality of jungle scout and their overlay chrome extension is top notch. That piece of Helium 10 is what truly brought me to Helium 10, I couldn't say which is better between Helium 10's extension and Junglescout's, they do a lot of the same functions, but what I can say is that you won't find any better than those two. If you're currently deciding which ecommerce research tool to use, I would say Helium 10 definitely deserves to be in the number 1 or number 2 position, and when it comes right down to it, when you have a platform as nice as Helium 10's that rivals jungle scout's as much as it does, all that is left is preference. That being said, I am more of a Jungle scout man, but you can't go wrong with Helium 10.

Inconvénients :

I would say the thing I didn't like about Helium 10 (and again, this is only because i have to choose something I don't like, the platform is all-around great). Is the "success score", it feels a little under developed, I am no programmer and could be completely wrong about that. It is completely possible that I feel this way simply because I have seen Jungle Scout's niche score system, and it is fantastic, but I would say that would be one of the only cons I have had with Helium 10. But don't let that discourage you, if Helium 10 is the platform you are gunning for, both are great, and I would say choosing between the Jungle Scout's niche score system and Helium 10's success score system is a little bit more than just preference, I think Jungle scout's is inherently better, at least by a little, but that small of a difference, over one functionality should most definitely not be the deciding factor.

Commentaires : Bad. The few features I make use of work really well. It seems every time I try to adopt a new feature I am met with bugs, or some 'try and buy' scheme that's not specified so they can easily get their hooks in me and force me to upgrade to their next tier. I do not think Helium 10 is an ethical organization. I think they're a bunch of talented and corrupt developers looking to get as much money out of their consumer base and they are happy to confuse their customers in order to keep their hooks deep in the operations of their customers. If I could go back in time I would have taken the less impressive feature-set of Jungle Scout to avoid the dishonesty of this organization.

Avantages :

Certain features work well. They come out with new features frequently. Be careful to vet new features before using as this company has a tendency to release features that appear to be half-baked and not quite ready to go to market.

Inconvénients :

Portals: they allowed me to create a portal (landing page) due to a glitch. I should never have been able to at my price tier of Platinum. I created collateral and included an insert in my packaging leading customers to the portal. The portal has a 100 page view limit, essentially making it useless. They say I have to go to their next price tier of Diamond ($250/mo) to remove this limit. At no time when creating the portal was I made aware of the limit. I also purchased a domain through Helium 10. Any domain purchased with Helium 10 has a limitation that it can ONLY BE USED FOR PORTALS. This limitation is not specified when purchasing. Now I've been trying to get them to migrate the domain to AWS for several weeks now and their development team is continuing to work on it. I'm now sending out collateral containing a landing page that goes nowhere because I don't want to upgrade to diamond. My packaging contains a 'products@MYURL.com' that isn't hooked up to a web server because the domain contains a limitation of only being useful for landing pages created through Helium 10 (again, they do not specify this limitation when selling you the domain) and I'm completely screwed if my customers follow my insert or try to reach me by email. Their support team continues to assure me that this will be addressed. They've been doing it for about 3 weeks now.

Go Helium 10 and you will never go back!

Avantages :

We have tried many different software companies for managing our Amazon sales and listings throughout the years, including Seller Tools, Seller Labs, AMZ, Zon Tools, and none compare to Helium 10. So much more efficient and easier to use and understand. As well as more accurate.

Inconvénients :

Some of the exporting features could use improvement. Such as exporting keywords lists, it will export all keywords, not just the ones you ask for (like if you x out words that don't apply, they still export)

Great software

Avantages :

It has all the features needed for my online ecommerce business. They are constantly updating the software and adding new features without increasing the price. And it saves so much time when searching for new product ideas and helping to validate them.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any cons to share currently. I used to want them to organize the flow to match more of how I use it by grouping tools into the categories they were used for, but they did that now!

10/10 software and customer support

Avantages :

Import listing from Amazon is my favorite feature, super easy to update and create listings as well as using scribbles/frankenstein to optimize. 10/10

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it's hard to toggle between different features when working on listing optimization, this is only difficult when you are working on a listing that has TONS of child variations, not too bad but can be difficult

Good information, but slow

Commentaires : I used it to see prices on ASINS as an end consumer and a seller. I liked to see if it were at a high or potentially might drop. I also liked to see how certain products performed over time and trends versus my products.

Avantages :

I loved how I could search different keywords being used, sales, analytics, etc. of other ASINS that were not my own. I loved the Chrome plugin on product pages that tracked sales, pricing, rank, etc. This was my favorite feature and one that i used the most.

Inconvénients :

Honestly, what I liked least was the Chrome Plugin's consistency. It was my favorite feature to use...when it would work. It was great at first, then it started slowing down my page. Then it stopped showing up altogether. I eventually uninstalled it. If it were reliable, then I would have kept using it.

Used to be great

Commentaires : Used to love it and recommend to others, will be looking for better options moving forward and not recommending.

Avantages :

I use Helium primarily for kw research and listing writing, it used to be second to none in these areas.

Inconvénients :

They limited the number of kw's that can be imported into Scribbles...this is just ridiculous I need far more than the 1000 limit, this makes my life difficult. Another thing...there should be a better choice for feature subscriptions, I use Cerebro, frankenstein, scribbles and kw tracker that is it, I don't need the rest.

Great features, but sometimes buggy

Commentaires : I still use Helium10, but I am trying other competitor services as well. I just am getting tired of inconsistent data and wrong data being shown. Otherwise, they have many features that are great.

Avantages :

Helium 10's keyword research tools can help you to find more opportunities to sell on amazon.com. I would say that their features rival that of competitors.

Inconvénients :

I have a love hate relationship. For months it could work great. But then all of a sudden I notice it is giving wrong best sellers rank (BSR) data on the chrome extension. It's a shame, but we need accurate data if we want to do in depth research. It's just not always that reliable. If they can fix the bugginess, the could be one of the top amazon seller software tools.

Helium 10 has even in the few short months I have been using it expanded. The videos are good and very helpful.

Inconvénients :

Well, I am extremely busy and learning new software is challenging and time consuming. Sometimes I don't do the due diligence of watching the videos then I spend way too much time trying to figure out what to do. There is a lot of information to absorb. All worthwhile but can be time consuming.

Does it all and even more

Software is a one-stop-shop for everything Amazon. It has helped me find great products to sell, as well as provide the training to grow my business.

I love Helium 10

Avantages :

If you have Helium 10 you will not need another software to help sell on Amazon. It has so many features and the fact that they keep on bringing new features without asking for more money. It is absolutely amazing. You also get to join the FB group which is very valuable. Bradley is as usual amazing with his live webinars and tricks and tips. I can say that H10 truly wants you to succeed in selling on Amazon and gives you all the tools you need, you just need to put in your hard work.

Inconvénients :

We are Platinum users, some times we have to wait for a feature to be made available as it first rolls to Diamond and Elite members.

Buggy Software & Poor Customer Service

Commentaires : Overall, not a good experience. You need reliable software when doing your bids through the software. You can't have your software down for a week or two weeks with no info on when it will be back up.

Avantages :

Using the Prestozon ads product that Helium10 owns. Feature set is nice, not bloated with features you don't need. Relatively easy user interface.

Inconvénients :

Several bugs and very slow to fix them. Even worse didn't respond to support tickets and provide any updates despite providing detailed summaries of the issues including screen shots.

Helium 10 - sales notification

Commentaires : Helium 10 is great for a quick snapshot of your daily/weekly/monthly sales if selling on multiple Amazon marketplaces.

Avantages :

- used Helium 10 mainly for daily and weekly sales information. Great for daily analysis of different Amazon marketplace listings. - Showed the comparative daily/ weekly increase or decrease in percentage of sales/ units

Inconvénients :

- the format of the emails was sometimes hard to read because it visually looked messy. - There are 3 different membership levels which can limit the number of features one has access to.

for example, Toys & GAmes X$ profit for last month, or even a space to add product supplier code next to each asin ( maybe)

the profit calculator extension it hard to use, and the most important is the profit per Asin is very hard to find, which this feature I am using in another program ( Fetcher) which is in a click of a bottom I can tell if and what if the product profit , when yo have over 100 sku's like myself and many other sellers
