HRNest is a good choice
Commentaires : It helped us to move from .xls spreadsheets and manual work into nice SaaS that takes of a lot from our heads. I really recommend it to micro, small and medium companies. It's not expensive and it will buy you a lot of time.
Avantages :
It's very intuitive and easy to introduce into company's day to day routines. Reliable. It simply does its job.
Inconvénients :
There should be more will on HRNest side to introduce new features suggested by users. I've sent a few ideas but they remain on the wish list.

Amazing Platform
Commentaires : Hrnest has amazing customer support, I did the set up that required some customization and HRnest was able to deliver any changes in a fairly quickly manner.
Avantages :
I spend a lot of time going through different demos and doing extensive research. HRnest has it's beta version and you don't really need to sign up and waste time. Instead, it allows for a quick assessment if the features that you are looking for are there. It has all the features that I was looking for in order to automate vacation process approval with calendar visibility. Very easy to use, our employees did not have any problems adapting to the platform.
Inconvénients :
Inputting the vacation already taken by employees was somewhat cumbersome. I would suggest to adapt to a new platform like this at the very beginning of the year.
Alternatives envisagées : Calamari et BambooHR
Pourquoi passer à HRnest : Ease of use, variety of customization are strong points of HRnest. Other platforms did not have so many customization options as HRnest. The smoothness of the platform is amazing compared to other applications.

This is a very nice tool and very intuitive, you don't need a manual to figure out "what and where to click". Easy to work with and very clear :)

Opinion after 4 months of use
Commentaires : The program is simple and clear even for a novice user on the first day. Everything is intuitive. You can move around on the platform comfortably.
Avantages :
What I like the most is that I can very easily apply for leave, I don't have to print paper applications and go to HR. I can make up my working hours on an ongoing basis. When it comes to choosing a leave application, there are a lot of options, everything is transparent.
Inconvénients :
To be honest, you don't get any downsides for this short period of use. It really made the job easier.

HRnest – a very intuitive tool to use
Commentaires : When it comes to HR administrator – what is the best is that HRnest gives you so many possibilities to adjust the tool configuration according to your company's requirements and you can do it yourself. You can change e.g. the approval path, update days off in calendar (when the whole company takes the day off for holiday that takes place on Saturday), etc. And what is very, very helpful and saves time is the ability to enter some data by batch input (add many employees’ profiles, add many vacation limits on year change). The reporting features of the tool are as well excellent. Thanks to this, you can check information (e.g. total leave balance), use it as a control tool (e.g. to check how many days of leave on demand each employee has used during the year), etc. As the reporting feature is available as well for employees, they can check all of this by they own which in turn reduces the number of questions directed to HR e.g. on their current holiday balance. Another feature we admire is that the tool is so accessible. You just need a web browser to use it. Thanks to this, employees can check their work schedule or e.g. request leave on demand even using mobile phone, which is very convenient and useful for them. The employee receives all notifications about the leave approval status also by e-mail and sees the acceptance stage in the system.
Avantages :
We searched the tool especially for leave management and work schedule purposes. The priority was that the tool would be compliant with all Polish labor law regulations, to cover all types of absences (e.g. leave on demand, sick leave, maternity leave, rehabilitation allowance) and to support all types of employment (including part-time employment). We have tested many tools available on the market but actually only HRnest fulfilled all of these requirements. Additionally, it is very intuitive to use for all types of users (employees, managers and HR administrator) and has great manuals that are available to users along with screens and descriptions of all stages of the process. Thanks to this, users can learn the functions of the tool themselves and start using it very quickly. What is worth of appreciation is the outstanding customer service. From the first day of testing the tool up to now we are assigned to one HRnest support person who is very helpful, tries to find solution to our queries, gives us the information back on the time of implementing requested changes by developers (if this is the case) and is so quick in responding on all our questions. That is the person we can count on in all matters related to the tool (technical problems, configuration change, request to implement new features).
Inconvénients :
We hope that the “Personal File” module would be more developed one day as it has potential to be expanded e.g. employees’ requests could be more adjustable (by possibility of adding text, checkboxes, drop-down lists, etc.).

Commentaires : Using HRnest we were able to use a solution that covers all of our HR needs.
Avantages :
This software contains all modules, that helps us to keep all HR aspects of our company online and at one place. Easy way to integrate with other software, using APIs and other tools makes it additionally convinient.
Inconvénients :
The only thing that would help us more, would be automated business trip calculations.

Clear HR management without HR manager
Avantages :
With HRnest we keep all things related to attendance at one place, after our HR manager left the company was a bit confused what to do. After few clicks we knew all is fine and we can keep all formal biurokracy in order. The accountancy is happy too, it's flexible and easy software.
Inconvénients :
I had problem with expiring session, but contact with support solved this quickly.

Commentaires : We stopped using spreadsheets and paperwork. All is in one place without us worrying if something is missing.
Avantages :
The app is easy to set up and use, it has lots of features normally found in more expensive offline software. The customer service is spot on - all questions are answered quickly and new features are being added with every update. It is very light and works on every kind of device.
Inconvénients :
No mobile app - only the mobile site access. There should be more types of reports and variables to choose from. The notifications of unregistered work time would be helpful for those who tend to forget.
Alternatives envisagées : TimeCamp et tomHRM

Avantages :
Very simple to use, friendly interface, available in multiple languages, well price, fantastic support ( best I had so far from a company in Poland ( actually you have direct access to a person who is more than willing to help fast). totally opposite of the big companies that put you on a never-ending cue to talk to a robot. excellent for scheduling, business trips, personnel file management. and also a big plus that is has all correct data for Poland ( e.g. cost / km, etc) and the fact that is all in English ( and support is provided in perfect English ) is all a big plus and a key factor to choose this product. in Poland, 99% of the similar software are in polish only. same as support , same as commercial contacts.
Inconvénients :
no app for iPhone, not really optimised for mobile use. still waiting to be able to switch between HR account and general manager account without logging out..

HR nest Time and Absence tracking system evaluation
Commentaires : Provide minimal work time, holiday and absence tracking but it needs to be develped to be customized to the needs of our company and to fully comply with the law.
Avantages :
Easy to use, transparent, customer finedly, possiblity to extract and export the data to excel for reporting.
Inconvénients :
Currently no possibility to create monthly work time sheets in line with labour law regulations pls implement the monthly time sheet approval process. Employee prepares the monthly time sheet, employee manager approves, the document can be printed out and submitted to the aduitor in case of authorities audits.

HRnest offers the option of preparing a monthly working timesheet by an employee and sending it for approval by the supervisor - a lot depends on the settings in the system administrator's account (HR account). Commentaires : We like to keep our company documents in order. HRnest has definitely made this task easier for us - all employee documents are assigned to individual profiles, which makes finding them quicker.
Avantages :
like the fact that every employee has the opportunity to see how many days' holiday they have left at any time.Employees are happy that they do not have to wait long for a decision on their leave - they usually receive it within a few days.Resource management allows me to have control over all the valuable devices my employees use.Sharing the holiday schedule with all employees has resolved many team conflicts - everyone has full access to their department's schedule and can adjust holiday plans accordingly.
Inconvénients :
Not much, vacation days should be rounded up and not in decimal form.

Commentaires : An application that transfers knowledge about holidays to employees, there are no unnecessary questions, how much leave do I have? when i was on vacation does anyone have a vacation planned for this period? and many more. As a manger, I have more time.

Commentaires : Very good Product and cooperation, affordable price for an average company in Poland, technical support at the highest level. New name more professional (from "Urlopek" to "HRnest"). Free account for up to 5 employees - the highest rating.

The software is readable, intuitive and with well-written instructions. In addition, people of all ages can use the system. Thanks to it, every employee easily manages their working time and informs about absences.

The spreadsheet needed to complete the aggregate list is chaotic.

Inconvénients :
as an accounting office, we manage the absences of many clients. The process of employee migration between employees of our clients is complicated. Jendak is a rare process.
