Efficiency and impressive tool to create user surveys

Clear, intuitive, simple and easy to understand user interface. Easily and quickly create stunning surveys, questionnaires, application forms. Customer support is quick, helpful, responsive, and efficient.
Inconvénients :
On rare occasions, the loading time is relatively longer while performing your task.

Hello Dominik, Thank you very much for your positive review and your feedback! We are working on the reduction of the refreshing times. But hey, these are working Undo/Redo functions in a web application that does a lot more than just text editing in a multy-user setting and there are lots more features coming soon! ;) Anyway, thank you! Best software for creating surveys easily
Commentaires : My overall experience with QuestionStar is really awesome. I enjoy creating simple surveys here on a daily basis for various needs. I love how it comes with tons of features and customisable forms which makes it easy for us to choose the layout of our surveys. It also makes it easy to distribute the survey among others using shareable links, QR code etc.
Avantages :
QuestionStar is the best software for creating simple surveys with an ease. It has a clean UI and can be easily navigated by the new users who have no previous experience in survey creation. It also helps in distribution of surveys and collection of results which can be further analysed for decision making.
Inconvénients :
It is a great software in my opinion and quite easy to understand. It makes the tedious task of creating surveys and collecting responses easy and seamless. It comes with an array of features and tools that can help a user create simple surveys in no time. Sometimes a surveys takes a little long to refresh but overall I have no complains about the software.

Avantages :
Questionstar is very easy to handle. I am using it for the questionnaire of my Master-Thesis. In case of questions the customer service answers quickly and is very helpful.

There is nothing I didn't like about the software.
