I love this tool!

5,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : I signed up for Project.co a few weeks ago and I love it! It is really easy to use and checks off all of the boxes for me. I have been trying to find a project management tool for a while now, but the others I found either cost way too much for what I needed or they didn't work very well. If you are someone who manages multiple projects with various team members, Project.co is the obvious choice!

Avantages :

I love how easy it is to use. I had no problem getting used to the functionality.

Inconvénients :

I wish external users could create tasks.

I think I'm in Love

5,0 il y a 6 mois

Commentaires : I've been exploring Project.co for ten days now and find myself incredibly impressed! Not only are there a ton of features I haven't even had time to explore (which will work best for my thinking processes? the kanban (trello-like) view? the calendar view? the list view? and what about sorting?), but the ones that I HAVE explored are pretty awesome.Last night I was playing with inviting a client into their project. I LOVE this. The client can only see their project and only the parts that matter to them. (My internal notes, time count, and detailed task lists are hidden.) The client can invite their spouse themselves to the project if they want to. The areas that the client can access are limited and the functions for the client are limited so it means my client can't mess up the accounts! And, even though we just have the one project for the client (so far), we can use all kinds of ways to help them track what's going on: bulleted lists, checkmark lists, lists that expand and contract, ways to highlight or change the bold/italic/strikethrough and typesize to emphasize things,.... just tons of features.I could go on, but I have to get back to my Projects! Thanks Project.co! I'm really excited to keep exploring!

Avantages :

Simple enough to learn quickly and get around easily, complicated enough to get really organized and track a lot of info. Love the visually simple design. And love the collaboration possible with clients that restricts them enough that it's even easier to use for them and they can't mess anything up.

Inconvénients :

It's loading slowly sometimes. Might want another level of organization, for instance having individual clients organized into a larger client group or having the various projects organized into themes (admin, clients, marketing, etc.)

Project.co - tool for collaboration within your team

5,0 il y a 4 jours Nouveau

Commentaires : Project.co is very simple and easy to use tool for project management.

Avantages :

Project.co is very easy to use software, almost everything is very intuitive and I would say it is also suitable for teams which don't have any experience with project management softwares. It enables to communicate about projects, track progress, share files - everything in one place.

Inconvénients :

I haven't found any disadvantage yet, compared to more comprehensive softwares, Project.co is focused on simplicity so more demanding user might miss some features or customization options.

Game-changer to my onboarding and project management experience!

5,0 il y a 4 mois

Commentaires : Since I got Project.Co, my onboarding has never been so easy and professional! I can actually have my onboarding be executed even without setting another meeting to my clients. Plus, they love how I can make their dashboards (what I call each Project) look in-brand with their business. They are also happy how easy everything is! My project management has never been this EASIER and CONVENIENT. The biggest factor is that the support from [sensitive content hidden]himself is soooooooooo prompt and very accommodating. He answers even my slightest confusion on where to look for this and that. He answers very vividly and guides you althroughout.

Avantages :

Easy to navigate & not intimidating to use, Has great tools that keep my tasks in one place, In brand look makes it more professional, Prompt customer support

Project.co looks very promising

4,0 il y a 6 mois

Commentaires : I like the fact that several project examples are already incorporated in the subscription to help show examples of how one can work with it. I jumped immediately into trying to mimic our current tool (one that Works for our Team - that is a hint of the tool we use ;-) and started to create a project. I quickly searched for a way to import tasks instead of manually adding 100+ recurring tasks.Finding this feature was not apparent to me so I reached out with the online help tool. Knowing it was a national holiday, it was still nice to see an acknowledgment saying someone would get back to me. Nice enough :-)To my surprise, I got a live response within minutes telling me where to click so that I could import a csv file."Finding this area" allowed me to see a whole new section and the additional possibilities and features of the platform - all really good!I like the layout and design. The features are rich and at the onset looks like this will be the tool we are going to be using. Some features are missing that I would like to see. While it is possible to import tasks, there is no way to import recurring tasks. As a result, each task needs to be manually edited and set to recurring. Another feature not yet available is the ability to Bulk edit items all at once rather than individually. As I have been playing through, support has been top-notch! I was also surprised at the responsiveness when I asked a question the next day.

Avantages :

Simplicity, design & being feature rich.

Inconvénients :

I would like to have the ability to bulk edit tasks. Also, while you can import tasks, there is no way to import recurring tasks.

Finally a Client's dashboard that is simple and easy to navigate

5,0 il y a 7 mois

Commentaires : I have been struggling to find a project management tool with a simple and easy-to-use UI/UX. I tried apps like Assana, Monday, Trello and many more only to get calls or emails from clients saying it's overwhelming and asking me to keep them updated by email. So I decided to move forward with Project.co. I showed it to some of my clients and asked them for feedback. They said it's "Simple and easy to navigate" - music to my UX Design ears. I already started the complete migration to Project.co and the setup process was very smooth: Custom domains/email setup and branding. I had a little problem with permissions and the support team fixed it right away.

Avantages :

I really like how the project page looks like a Social Media Profile page. It's easy to use and easy to interact with. Every asset, conversation and link is in one place. Not a new concept but the way they design their UI/UX it's simple for my clients to understand.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I'm missing is the Google Drive Integration which it's already planned on their Roadmap.

The project management software you need

5,0 il y a 3 mois

Commentaires : The best project/task management software Im just thankful to be using on all of my projects.

Avantages :

The way project.co was designed was to have the user focus on every project they are working on/with. It's different from the majority of project/task management software out in the market because the layout does not make you feel overwhelmed with tons of tasks that you need to work on.

Inconvénients :

If you are used to using a traditional project/task management software then at first you might have a hard time understanding how to use project.co. But once you understand why [sensitive content hidden] and the team designed it the way it is, you will have a light bulb moment. My suggestion is to overcome this feeling of "it's hard to get started, or it's not clear how to set it up" by creating several video guides on how to do things.

5,0 il y a 7 mois

Avantages :

This tool is perfect for managing my design projects. I love that I can manage my projects and clients from a single, centralized location. This tool is especially helpful because it is so easy to use. When I first got this tool, it took me about 20 minutes to set up and I was able to start using it right away. I love the templates that are available for creating projects and the ability to use images and videos for my projects. This tool is perfect for freelancers and small businesses.

Inconvénients :

The support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT], the founder, has been outstanding. I have had some issues with integrations, but that's me asking to do more than the app can handle at the moment. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] at Project.co has been going over and above with customer support. Thank You!

10/10 easy to use and great developers

5,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : As a software startup in this increasingly competitive market, my company 27Bytes LTD has been looking for exciting new alternatives to the "usual" software choices. Breaking the mould from the age old, and dare I say boring existing solutions! We believe in supporting other SMEs so when something like project.co comes along we jumped at a chance to try it!
It fits really well with our agile workflows and accommodates different users preferred layouts as you can quickly switch views from Kanban to list to scheduler to calendar!
Kanban and scheduler views are where it's at for us though, nice neat columns of data and an easy way to check work loads and manage client expectations at a glance.
Onboarding clients is quite easy too, and looks great when you setup the DNS for a custom domain! being able to share notes and files means less searching through emails and keeping all project related data in the project.
Using Kanban view allows you to change states quicker too, so if you need to update a few different tasks at the same time then switch views and simply move columns! nice and easy.
I've saved the best till last, no android app is a huge bonus to balancing work-life. I've cleared off my trello widget from my phones home screen as I've no need for trello anymore! and with that simple change I'm no longer thinking about work everytime I use my phone. A link to login to project.co on my work laptop and my morning routine has vastly improved.

Avantages :

- easy to get started using it; - custom domain name; - multiple different task and project views; - customisable; - generous user limits; - no phone app!! great to get away from being work mode all the time ! - Great road map; - Storage for notes and uploads to keep everything in one place; - private area away from clients! great feature in itself meaning a project is contained entirely; - Fits right in with agile workflows; - Devs seem to genuinely care in the product and their users!

Inconvénients :

- menu defaults to open!; - could do with onboarding templates / rules when adding clients to a project. Minor issue. - No api BUT zapier integration is planned;

Great alternative to Asana

5,0 il y a 7 mois

Commentaires : I have been looking for an alternative to Asana for a while and this has ticked all the boxes. I love the fact that I have been able to add a custom domain and my branding too, so it looks like an extention of my website for any clients/ colleagues. One thing I particular love is the layout and that you can quickly and easily get where you want to. There is no feed of all the activity, however I see this as a plus point as this often use to confuse me, rather than help, as we have projects that have fast turnarounds. Thanks so much - I'm so glad I found this great software.

Avantages :

- Easy to navigate- Can embed any tool with a URL- Custom branding and custom subdomain name

Inconvénients :

- Time tracking could be developed further - by integrating an existing tool

Easy to use

5,0 il y a 6 mois

Avantages :

I was originally looking for a tool that can create a timeline. I stumbled upon Project.co and thought I'd give it a try. I had a new project up and running (with a timeline) within minutes. Project.co is incredibly intuitive and insanely easy to use. I love how it stores any kind of feature within the project (ie: checklist, notes, etc...). I regularly use Asana and have used Monday.com and Teamwork....project.co is the winner. Highly recommend.

Inconvénients :

Hmmm, haven't come across this yet....can project.co create/send invoices for time tracking? that is the only thing I can think of that I haven't looked into-- if it does, great! But if it doesn't, may be something to add -- we use clockify now and the ease of clockify is the only reason I would use them instead of project.co - but again, I have not looked into project.co to see if this can be done - so it may be there and I just dont know it

So many tools to keep a good overview

Avantages :

I like how I can use all the tools in one place. I can see projects seperatly, but I can also get an overview of everything I work on.

Inconvénients :

This is EXACTLY what I need

5,0 il y a 7 mois

Commentaires : I've managed several projects and one of my main issues as a solo-preneur was finding a client facing project management tool. Please believe me when I say I've tried ALOT of them. Believe it or not, most project management tools are built for internal teams, not working with your clients. In order to provide your client with a top-tier experience, you need to put their experience first. Most of the time, when our clients interact with us on projects, they are limited on time, and learning a new platform can be intimidating (especially if they are limited on time). I love Project.co because it solves all of these problems: 1. Their interface is simple. No extra bells and whistles to add confusion. 2. Each project has its own single source so all the information shared is in one location. This helps cuts down on the questions clients may ask about where to find specific things, or what they need to do. When everything is in one location it works wonders! 3. Integrations - As someone who Zaps (almost everything) I love the Zapier integrations with Project.co. I use a Zap that when a client signs and pays, it automatically creates a project (from one of my templates I can create). This cuts down on time so I don't have reinvent the wheel for each new project4. Customization - Each client has their own project and I like how you can add images and banners specific to that client's brand. It's like they have their own mini portal. 5. Again, they are a client facing tool, so they totally understand you'll be working with the client for a limited time during that project. Why get penalized for it?

Nothing. It does just what I need to get the job done.

Replaced Asana in 5 Minutes

5,0 il y a 7 mois

Avantages :

We've been using Asana for years but within 5 minutes of using project.co I felt like I understood the tool better and although I'm only a few days into using it, I feel confident it will be our permanent replacement. The user experience just feels so much more straight-forward and the branding much less intrusive. You can make project.co your own with just a few edits to the custom branding features. As a single-page app, switching between tools, projects and task lists is lightening fast, which, over the course of months using the tool will add an extra layer of enjoyment and efficiency to our workflow. Other tools try to do too much and quickly end up bloated or buggy. For us project.co hits the sweet spot for being feature-rich but also focusing on effective project management without getting lost in the weeds with other biz tools. I'm looking forward to tying in clients and freelancers to see how they like it, as well!

Inconvénients :

I don't think we will use project.co to replace our current invoicing system but I didn't buy the tool for that purpose anyway. We will use it for project management, primarily.

Great Investment for Project Management

5,0 il y a 7 mois

Avantages :

After spending a few hours configuring Project.co to reflect my brand and testing out some of the features, I am impressed! I was looking for a solution to manage my clients and projects, something like Honeybook or Dubsado, without the high fees. Although it doesn't do everything the other software does, I'm making it work with other tools I already have, and I'm loving how it's turning out. I love that I don't have to pay a hefty monthly subscription! Project.co has a lot of promise, and I'm so glad that I invested in it now while it's on AppSumo! Looking forward to seeing Project.co grow!

Inconvénients :

Although it wasn't intended to be a client management tool, I am making it work as one. I love the fact that you can bill clients through Project.co, but I wish it had a better interface to create invoices before sending them out to clients. I also wish there was an option to send automated emails and forms to clients.

Balanced & solid

5,0 il y a 7 mois

Commentaires : Basecamp, Podio, Ryver, Wrike, Breeze and, currently, ClickUp - been through them all, never felt settled - looks like I might finally be home!Yet to really test in the wild, but everything so far looks to be intelligent and logical and, unlike ClickUp, it's smooth and well-defined. Please do not turn into the bloatware that ClickUp has become! The chat feature will finally allow me to force a stubborn client away from WA - sure, it's not a unique feature, but looks to be the best-implemented I've seen.

Avantages :

Things I particularly like so far - Notion-style functionality with / commands, the design, the inline-tasks, embedded Google Docs and Sheets, custom domain and full white-labelling, templates and email notifications/reply via email that, so far, actually work as they should. All in all, very happy and hopefully onboard for a long time.

Inconvénients :

Things I'd like to see - versioning (a change paper-trail), the ability to allow notes visibility at a granular level, API (or email-to-task), a collaborator setting (even if this takes a paid seat) that allows them to create tasks, or perhaps a more granular level of role permissions?Things that would be nice but are probably an ask-too-far ... ability to create products and services that can be used to create line items in invoices. More invoicing functionality in general (monthly or annual recurring, discounts on a line/product basis).

Excellent product & great value for money

5,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : Excellent project management tool for a small business that doesn't want to spend lots of money on such a tool.

Avantages :

We are a small software development business with three in-house full-time developers and one part-time remote developer. We have tried several open source and paid project management tools previously, but they were all a bit clunky (open sourced) or too expensive for our small business. None of them provided limited access for clients (without extra cost) and some were just too feature-rich for our small team. Project.co seems to be the perfect fit - both from a cost and feature perspective. I like that fact that’s it continually being updated and we can also provide feedback and suggestions. It has proved to be of huge benefit to my team and exceptional value for money.

Inconvénients :

Very minor things like when I go into a project I want it to go straight to the tasks not to the project details... but I'm picking at straws here as this is a very small issue and only takes one click to get where I want to be.

Why I really like Project.co

5,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : Project.co serves several useful purposes: 1. It helps to capture activities and serves as a tickler for tasks that need to be performed. 2. It allows you to create projects and assign tasks to specific individuals to ensure they are appropriately managed and completed on time. 3. It can broadcast activities performed to external users, allocate time to each task, and bill clients for work performed. Additionally, I appreciate the many ways you can view project activities to gain a better understanding of the progress made.

Avantages :

Project.co is literally transformational. I am using it to make my business more efficient and productive. As an HR Consultant, the client-facing aspect is very beneficial because my clients can see in real-time how much work I'm doing for them. In fact, it is such a great application that I've already started to implement Project.co in my client's businesses. The rate of adoption is high because the application is easy to use and they can easily see the benefit. For the reasons mentioned above, Project.co has my highest recommendation.

Inconvénients :

I'm anticipating the rollout for the mobile platform and the interface to Quick Books, Salesflare & Better Proposals.

My Project.co

5,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : It is a simple process to invite your clients to a specific project where they can see the project steps and progression. Files can be shared, and a multiway discussion started to move the project forward. This process enables all conversations to be kept in one place rather than scattered over lots of email or telephone calls. I have white labelled my Project.co and my clients are invited by email to join Project.co (white labelled) with their personal login and defined client area. Privacy for users both internal and external can be defined.

Avantages :

One of Project.co's many strong points is customer support. Executive from Project.co responds within hours or even immediately to a support question, and solves it. Project.co allows the steps of a project to be clearly defined, tasks created with status, and progress monitored, etc.. This is a customer-facing project management tool where both parties are informed as to project progress and steps. It adds that extra touch of professionalism to your business.

Inconvénients :

SAAS products are generally on a continual improvement process so I am looking forward to future developments and enhancements.
