One of the best decisions I have made for KoCoon Fitness to swap to Legit Fit in Dec 2020. The platform is incredibly easy to use and allows new customers get signed up in under 1 minute.
No app but I do know one is in the pipeline and look forward to using it.

Commentaires : The team are extremely helpful and have answered any queries I have within an hour. I was nervous about changing my bookings system from manual to online bookings but there is so much you can do on LegitFit and according to my clients, it’s very user friendly.
Avantages :
Using LegitFit for bookings has given me back so much time I used to spend on taking bookings manually and monitoring cancellations. It gave me the opportunity also to advertise classes using links etc. which is much more user friendly.
Inconvénients :
Nothing. It was one of the best business decisions I have made.

Great customer service, some quirks

I've been with LegitFit for about 3 months. I am a sole proprietor with a studio that does one thing, private training sessions. For the most part, LegitFit is easy for my clients (and me) to understand and use compared to other booking services, and I do appreciate Ian's help.
Inconvénients :
There are some quirks that are quite annoying and most seem related to time. Once they get sorted out, I believe this will be a great booking platform. The first issue which I brought up about 3 months ago relates to time. I have set the time zone for the studio, but clients get reminders that their appointments are scheduled for totally different times (ie I have put their appointment in for 5pm on a Wednesday, and they get an e-mail saying their appointment is at 1am on Thursday). I've been told to have clients set their time zone, but I don't believe they should have to. If they are booking in person services it should automatically be set to the studio's time zone. I was surprised to have a new client experience this. I had not met the client yet, so something like this negatively impacts their perception of me because it looks like I can't book them in correctly to a session. When I was one time zone updating scheduling for a session while on vacation, I set the time to to something like 10:30am (which is when the client requested the session) but when I came back to my time zone, it showed the session at 9:30am. When I've been updating recurring sessions that are on a Wednesday, sometimes for no apparent reason they'll show up on Tuesdays and I'll have to edit it again and unselect the Tuesday option (even though that was never selected by me to begin with). I'd love to see financial reports in a little more detail

Great Customer Service

Excellent customer service. Continually updating and adding new features. Respond to client feedback to implement innovative changes. Very user friendly for our clients. A one stop shop for all our business needs.

I have no complaints with LegitFit and their is nothing that I would try to change.

Commentaires : Overall LegitFit has been very good to deal with. They are very understanding of our business and the different aspects we look for support in. They are always open to suggestions and feedback which is great to see. They are actively adding in more features over time also which shows they are proactive in improving the software and these improvements are usually based on customer feedback which is a big positive.
Avantages :
How user friendly it is and how it can be tailored to suit many different business models.
Inconvénients :
Maybe the communication with clients in terms of emailing and sms could be better but I know this is not the main feature of the software.
Fantastic Service.
Commentaires : Shane from LegitFit has been particularly great. He managed to take my very manual excel sheets and put them into the system with very little impact on my clients. He has also supported the process every step of the way.
Avantages :
LegitFit took away all of the paperwork I was facing each month. From scheduling, to reconciling payments.
Inconvénients :
You get what you pay for. The cost is high but the business case for using it makes it worth the investment.

Studio 7 Fitness & LegitFit
Commentaires : I have been with Legitfit for a number of years now and have never had any issues with the software. The users as I said above have been able to navigate it easily enough so no issues there. I must say the customer service care has been excellent, I am not very technically minded so I want to make a special mention of [sensitive content hidden] who I have been emailing for a few years now and he is always so helpful and punctual in his response where sometimes I am under time pressure he really comes through for me so a big 5 stars for [sensitive content hidden] too, much appreciated his help. Thanks for that.
Avantages :
I like how user friendly it is for the members, rarely the guys have any issues with the software. I like how you are constantly trying to improve the service for us the gym owner but also the use. The constant innovation is impressive.
Inconvénients :
I don't think there are any dislikes, I know the costing for the year went up last year a good bit but I also understand things change in the market place and new additions to the service was included in that.

Commentaires : Very happy with my experience of LegitFit. Having been with them for many years, I can honestly say I would never use any other system again.

Easy to use and great customer support.....
Inconvénients :
After adding a new client, you can't edit their details. So if you inputted their email, phone or name incorrectly you would have to delete them from the system in order to make amendments.

Ease at which you can use the software and is very user friendly especially on a smart phone

Not able to structure and store on demand workouts. Only possible to zoom on the timetable

Commentaires : From the day that the opened legit fit have been one of the most genuine and easiest to deal with companies I've had the pleasure of doing business with. If I don't understand something from the app there are always on hand to help out I would highly recommend that it fits to anyone looking to further there fitness business.

Commentaires : Streamlined payment's and bookings. The time saved on this are know better served with my clients directly.

Legitfit have stream lined the whole back end experience in my gym. The site is doing most of the work which allows me to focus on the people when they come through the door!
Inconvénients :
I can't navigate straight to a client's profile from the package/membership page. If I want to edit it u have to exit the products page and go to the client's list .

Commentaires : Very good, for what’s its main function is for- taking bookings & payments it works very well!
Avantages :
Customer service is very good, fast & helpful. Ryan who is one of the founders is very nice to deal with.
Inconvénients :
Monthly report might be a good idea, giving you a breakdown of overall revenue received, breakdown of overall members, gained & lost. These are important metrics, if this could be an automatic monthly report delivered to the business owner it would be quite helpful.

It was great during CoVid as it kept a record of my attendance, and also Zoom was integrated into legitFit
Now it’s my admin, leaving me time to get on with teaching.
Avantages :
That I can manage it! I can change my timetable/ classes etc on my phone rather than waiting to go back to laptop or diary!
Inconvénients :
Some of my clients still dragging there heels! My price plan for memberships changed - but I couldn’t change existing clients onto the new tariff.

I would love to see a feature where clients could use the app on their phone to be scanned when coming into the gym. i.e if a new customer purchases a pass and walks into the gym, there is no check in process unless I log in and see if they have purchased it I think it would be a great idea if there was a scan option linked to the app where we had a scanner attached to laptop that they need to use when coming to the gym or classes

Commentaires : Simple and easy to use. Any issues which are none at the moment can be dealt with by easily contacting the team which are always happy to help. Iv rang on one occasion to ask a question and was talked through it.
Avantages :
Simple and straight forward to set up. Had great help from staff while setting up and couldn’t believe how quick it was done. I was ready to go in no time. I like that’s it’s simple for clients to use and I like how it’s easy to use for myself.
Inconvénients :
I don’t have any issues with the software to date. Only thing I can say here is about clients upgrading or downgrading memberships. Maybe it’s me missing something here. Possible option for me to do this for them. It can be done with some cancelling and rebooking. Otherwise no issues

The Fitness Habit
Commentaires : There have been a few issues with Legitfit like any app but overall the app has been great and first class customer service.
Avantages :
The ability to gauge how busy classes and the gym would be on a daily bases. It was great when covid restrictions were in place to limit the amount of participants in the gym on an hourly basis. We have since stopped this when restrictions were eased. We also use the app as a way of class/gym participants toi buy session via debit card as we do not have a credit card facility on site.
Inconvénients :
When applying services to a client that may have bought membership for there months in the gym you have to apply a month worth of services in the app that automatically renews monthly and then physically cancel the services when the membership is up. It would be great if you could apply services from a certain date to a certain date depending on membership type bought within our gym.

No Going Back
Avantages :
I've been using this software for about a year now. I know that for a lot of Personal Trainers managing timetables and clients can be pretty thankless. The software allows clients to handle their own bookings. You can set up automated refunds and it's even possible to customise your own cancellation policy through the app. The interface is minimal and very easy to use. All my appointments and sessions are colours coded according to the category and I even have my personal diary on my timetable in red that only I can view. I am a very small operator and I was worried about having another expense however since my first meeting with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] I've managed to significantly increased my income as well as profit. Looking at how far the company has come in 1 year has given me great confidence in their future. I'm always excited to see what's around the corner.
Inconvénients :
I would love to see the software move to a full app, however I know they are working on this at the moment so it's only around the corner
