Parcel Tracker is Simple and Time efficient

Commentaires : Tracking all of my parcels, delivery and packages for my business and personal use.

Avantages :

Our concierge at the reception saves so much of time by using the Parcel Tracker, it's very simple to use and the service has been amazing. The system was very easy to install and the customer support has been 5 stars! Love using the Parcel Tracker and will highly recommend it to everyone!

Inconvénients :

I wish the software was implement on many more buildings in UK so I can use one unique solution for everything.

A complete game changer

Commentaires : I love it, it's been such a useful addition and an absolute gamer changer for our staff.

Avantages :

Parcel Tracker has been amazing. It helped us save so much time all whilst improving how we log all the deliveries into our business. We've been able to free up the front of house staff time and they are now able to offer a better service to our visitors and better admin our site. The actual way the software works is also revolutionary, I didn't think this was possible. It's removed the need to record any of the parcel details manually. Parcel Tracker with a single scan detects the recipient name, the courier, barcode and tracking number. It also timestamps everything. Collecting parcels is also super easy! we can either collect via a QR code, a signature take a photo of where the parcels were dropped off for the collections.

Inconvénients :

The software used to be a bit buggy (about 2 years ago) since then these issues have been addressed and the software has been super smooth.

Could be Better

Avantages :

Very easy to use, very user friendly. Captures an image of the package you are scanning in for later reference if you have a lot of packages on hand. Allows for a large number of users and recipients.

Inconvénients :

Does not sync well between all users' devices and will show radically different numbers. No easy way to do any sort of package audit if you have packages in the system that were picked up but not scanned out of the app.

Great parcel system

Commentaires : Really good app to use, easy to train staff with. Less likely of losing parcels on site. So easy for the residents to show a QR code and scan to locate the parcel.

Avantages :

The digital log of each parcel for residents is really useful, knowing if we still have a parcel or the resident has collected it is a great feature especially when we are queried about them. It's really simple to use and fast compared to our old process.

Inconvénients :

We had a bulk upload of main residents which is great, although when we have one off short stays it can be a little bit annoying as these residents won't be on the system and we would only know by human knowledge (only criticism).

Commentaires : I love it. Having a secure system which has a relative low cost But we are able to process many student parcels in an efficient way.
The Students are happier knowing there parcel has arrived and they can come to reception at a convenient time which suites their needs

Avantages :

simple process to use this ap to confirm parcel delivery to 270 international students in the accommodation. It makes our job simpler by securing parcels quickly and sending an automatic email to the student that they have a parcel at reception. easy to understand by our international students. and it makes them happier that they don't need to keep coming to reception looking for a parcel.

Inconvénients :

The list of possible recipients on most parcels it goes directly On a few it goes to a default name. But its easy enough to search the correct name

Avantages :

Uploading hundreds of individuals takes seconds (not days). Very user friendly for the somewhat tech savvy.

Inconvénients :

If a user does not use IT systems on a frequent basis it can take them a while to become accustomed to using the software.

Perfect for Small Apartment Building with Concierge Service

Commentaires : Good overall product and does what we need it to do for a reasonable cost. Good customer service. Real people with real answers and not some BOT.

Avantages :

Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us. We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.

Inconvénients :

Had one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.

Commentaires : The app has freed up staff time to allow them to do other tasks. The QR code system has helped relieve concerns regarding giving out the incorrect parcel to customers. It is easy to use and we have had great feedback from customers

Commentaires : much better than the system we were previously using. Very easy to use as the system automatically generates a QR code which residents can scan and show proof of delivery. System automatically sends confirmation once they have signed and collected the parcel which helps to manage lost parcels

Ease of use clear notifications for residents with QR codes notifications directly yo their mobile phones for ease

Inconvénients :

not easy to bulk edit recipients without losing parcel data

Avantages :

love the app, really easy to use, great to keep track when receive such a high volume of parcels, extra security for staff on site when storing parcels on behalf of other people.

Inconvénients :

can take some getting used to if not particularly tech savvy, and date extraction can be a little delayed when there are changes in customers

Avantages :

Easy to use, if you are training someone it will literally take you 10 mins for them to understand what they are doing.

Inconvénients :

Not always updated with info. People will come to collect 3 parcels some they have already collected by phone hasn't updated to show.

Easy to Use!!

Commentaires : Overall, its very useful for my job. Makes tracking collected parcels easy. I also like that the automation system is quick. That is once a scanned parcel is submitted, recipients get an email almost immediately.

Avantages :

I like that it stores the history of parcels collected. I like that it also combines recipients into one QR code regardless of how many parcels a recipient has.

Inconvénients :

The new update does not take pictures automatically once scanned, instead it opens a new page asking you to take a picture. Its faster when as you scan it automatically takes a picture.

Commentaires : We have solved the issue with residents not picking up parcels within a reasonable time and it has helped manage expectations for resident's deliveries - they no longer make wasted trips to reception (in their opinion)

Avantages :

We like the way it detects the key information from the package and seamlessly informs the customer of the arrival of their package. It has really sped up the process of handling deliveries.

Inconvénients :

It would be nice if there was a desktop web version to have a complete overview of what packages are currently in storage.

Great Parcel Manage system

Commentaires : We have been using it for a while and love it. We tested ParcelTracker in some of our buildings at the start and it greatly helped the parcel receiving, collection, and tracking. So we are deploying the system to all of our buildings.

Avantages :

Super easy to use; design is very clean and user friendly

Inconvénients :

We can't mass update recipients' details in different buildings at the moment. You can only mass insert recipients in the same building

Commentaires : its been great i would definitely use this again. and would highly recommend any company buys into this app.

Avantages :

I like how easy it is to use, it is minimal training for your company because it is so logical and easy to use, everything is easy to find and easy to use.

Inconvénients :

it does make loud beep noises when it scans and when it doesnt recognise something but you can just turn it down.

The most helpful thing about this app is the speed you can use it at. One or multiple parcels can be logged in a matter of seconds, and also collected in the same timeframe.

Easy and centralised plug and play system for any property manager

Commentaires : Very positive, will recommend to property managers in residential and beyond. It's a plug and play solution which we'll continue using and saving time for our facilities teams.

Avantages :

Exceptional speed of set up and on-boarding was easy regardless of the size of the block, support from the team, pricing. Great app as well, and very straightforward for personnel to use. Convenient recipient upload and removal functionality, making the move in/move out management and upkeeping of resident logs very swift.

Inconvénients :

We have not found any faults with the system, and even when we had ideas or requests of new features, the team had added this to their pipeline.

Commentaires : It's been a pleasure using the system so far. It's user-friendly and simple. I wish it would be more advanced and I'm waiting for the new updates.

Avantages :

I like how the system (most of the time) finds a recipient of the parcel automatically and the process of assigning one is quick and simple- exactly how it should be. You can mark the parcel as damaged at this step and add a picture which comes in handy.

Inconvénients :

I think it lacks a few features, such as deleting a parcel that has been assigned by an accident. The recipient should have full visibility of this and the assignee should be able to leave comments under such action.
