Commentaires : I have found using Gym-catch to be easy and great support with video tutorials It is now allowing me to grow my business in different avenues I am delighted I found Gym-catch

Avantages :

Gym-catch is helping me find new revenue streams clients are booking in advance and I am now able to sell my online videos through the app which has given me a bigger market

Inconvénients :

Clients don,t get Text reminders of sessions or if they are on a wait list I think this would be a good feature to add on

Avantages :

The ability to buy the add ons you need so not paying for functionality you don't use.

Inconvénients :

Getting your head around the initial set up as the Membership Functionality was all new - great support.

Commentaires : Loved the tool and service was fantastic. Definately prefer over similar products duebto ease of use and set up.

Avantages :

The ease of use was great and price in comparison to similar products. It was easy to set up courses that also allowed for drop in class registration.

Inconvénients :

When I imbeded the calebdar into my website sometimes it took a little while to load. I'd also like to see more seamless display of courses and class options for the same class be easy to identify. Flipping between tabs was not intuitive to my clients. It would also be great to download all payment reports annually instead of monthly, or at least a longer period with all the categories in one report.

Tried this software for a couple of years

Commentaires : This software did not suit my business. Customers sighed a sigh of relief when I ditched it.

Avantages :

It was cheap. The support initially was useful. It allowed class swaps which at the time my existing software didn’t.

Inconvénients :

I swapped to different software after a few years as I got complaints on a weekly basis about gymcatch. I spent time with the team at gymcatch going through my account to see if there was a way to simplify, or if I’d made a mistake setting things up, but Gymcatch said I had everything set up the way it should be. It caused me constant weekly problems and was a time suck, and I realised I was losing new trade; new customers gave up trying to book with Gymcatch. In general, my customers disliked Gymcatch and moving software has been a great decision for the business. Within 3 months of leaving Gymcatch and moving to TeamUp, all the spaces in my classes are now filled, so taking the risk of a more expensive software has paid for itself several times over already. Unless you have a very small and simple business, I would suggest steering clear of Gymcatch. I think trying to save money with cheap software cost me money in the long term.

I'm disappointed we weren't able to resolve this for you. Having reviewed what correspondence was raised (especially given timings), it looks as if the use of the Private Access facility (gating who can see sessions to book), was likely the issue and one that either through configuration or communication to you we could / should have resolved. Commentaires : The customer care team are fast and really helpful. The system is reliable and easy to use.

Avantages :

It was easy to set up and allowed me to be paperless, in terms of attendance sheets and PAR-Q information. I also didn't have to handle cash or credit card details.

Inconvénients :

The analytics of customer behaviours. it was hard to analyse class performance, look for trends, segment marketing strategies with the data provided.

Avantages :

Everything, from both customer side and mine as an administrator. Customer feedback has been amazing, particular around how easy the site is to navigate and make bookings. We have seen a massive uptake in bookings since moving over to Gymcatch

Inconvénients :

Nothing. Everything works perfectly, cant fault anything.

The ease of which myself and my clients are able to use the management portal and APP. Makes my job a great deal easier and I think it will be a great investment for my business.

Inconvénients :

I have nothing negative to say about the APP so far. I have been using it for approx 8 weeks.

Excellent booking system

Commentaires : Excellent I am really happy with the product and the price, it saves me so much time in my business.

Avantages :

I have found Gymcatch really useful for manage my yoga class bookings, relatively easy to use and if there is anything I have been unsure of the customer service team are exceptional (this is one of the best things about using gymcatch!) The price is excellent value. I highly recommend.

Inconvénients :

I have gymcatch embedded into my website but that doesn't always work great for booking on mobiles but I just send people booking on their phone straight to the gymcatch webpage (via a link on my website) and that seems to work fine.

Commentaires : Easy booking, less hassle when it comes to communicating, time saver!

Avantages :

Gymcatch has all the features that I need for bookings for my fitness classes. The zoom integration is key and i like the auto-refund options. My customers are finding it easy to use & straightforward to book classes. The internal message system is great and my customers like that it integrates with your calender. Having the catch up link avaialble through the booking link is such a time saver!

Inconvénients :

For customers to be able to see our full timetable when searching for classes, rather than a restricted view of only the week ahead would be much better.

A great booking system

Commentaires : GymCatch saves me time in booking administration and keeps all my records in one place. Customer support is absolutely fantastic and they listen to customer views when planning future iterations of functionality.

Avantages :

GymCatch is easy to use, set up and administer. It keeps everything in one place and allows me to handle bookings, payments, integrate with Zoom and host an On Demand library.

Inconvénients :

There isn’t a way to customise the emails that go out to bookers. The On Demand functionality could also be improved to allow videos to be hosted on a GymCatch page so bookers aren’t redirected off to other sites.

Avantages :

I love the fact that it is app based for customers. I moved away from this software years ago when I ran a small gym - now that I have returned there are even more features - allows freedom to tailor to your business and customers.

Inconvénients :

Having to use desktop site as admin to do more of the back office features.

Avantages :

Easy to use and reasonably priced. Ability to collect client data.

Inconvénients :

I'd love to see more measuring capabilities - e.g. how many clients are purchasing particular packs. This will assist with sales and marketing. An easier way to intergrate the booking system into my website so customers can book directly from my website.

Amazing customer service

Commentaires : I took some time to learn how to set up classes and packages and had to ask a lot of questions, I’m much better at getting responses to questions rather than watching how to videos. The staff were brilliant with my questions and couldn’t have been quicker and more efficient. I’m really pleased so far with gym catch and look forward to when they add more.

Avantages :

The customer service is excellent, I’ve asked lots of questions and always got fast responses. I like that my members can login and book their own classes and pay online.

Inconvénients :

It was a little confusing to start with bundles and passes, but I understand they are working on a class set up which will be perfect for me. It took some practice but I understand the app now

The best part has to be the customer support. If anything ever goes wrong or one of my customers needs assistance beyond my control, the support team are absolutely amazing. I never have to panic as they respond instantly via a live webchat and no issue ever goes unresolved. They are so well trained and knowledgable about all ends of the software. It is so refreshing to ask for help and actually receive exactly what you need. 10/10 would recommend. The return for what you pay for is next to none!!

Commentaires : Great, when I have had a problem, the response has been excellent. Very helpful and keen to make things work for us. Also listened to suggestions to improve the service.

Avantages :

The phone app is excellent and there are now lots of add on features that have helped me take and manage online bookings from anywhere. There are videos explaining how to do things. The team listen to suggestions… example courses and drop ins. The emails are great so everyone knows what is happening.

Inconvénients :

A few things, some times clients click twice and end up booking in twice and do not mean to. There are lots of options and I feel there is lots to go wrong if you don’t fully understand the set up. I am still learning. The “How to “ videos are excellent. Sometimes there are lots of clicks to get to where I need, all takes time. Generally the product is excellent though.

Cannot Rate Highly Enough

Commentaires : I can't rate Gymcatch highly enough. They were recommended to me and I have since recommended them to lots of other people too. The product itself is exactly what my fitness business needs and their customer service is excellent.

Avantages :

Simple to use for both business and clients themselves. It saves me so much time and has been a bit of a life saver this year in particular.

Inconvénients :

There will always be small things which could be improved upon. I have found that when I have messaged Gymcatch to ask about new things I would like, they are generally already setting them up. They are brilliant at keeping up with what the sector needs.

A great booking system for my classes

Commentaires : Very good customer service and how they are always looking to improve, add and stay up to date with their system to make it better for customers. Easy for clients to use and has the features I need.

Avantages :

The integration of Zoom so clients can book everything in one place. Memberships and passes to offer. Easy for clients to use.

Inconvénients :

You have to sometimes go forwards and back to find what you are looking for. On demand I do not use and have to use a different way to get on demand videos to clients as this doesn't work for me on GymCatch as too complicated and not easy for clients to access. Sending YouTube links has been easier for me. It would be good if there was a portal or easy access area for clients who are on a specific membership or want to purchase on demand, to access recorded content.

Couldn’t live without gymcatch now !!!

Commentaires : I don’t think I could work without gymcatch now ! My business is small but it has taken the worry out of wether people will attend or not . The more classes I do the more necessary gymcatch is .

Avantages :

It’s easy for everyone to use . I have had very few issues and any queries I’ve had have been answered immediately and I am old and not great with software !!😂

Inconvénients :

Slight niggle …. I have to log on through business portal every time ! Unless I’ve got that wrong ???

Commentaires : Fantastic Ollie and his team are amazing. There lots of resources available to help navigate through the system and having the ability to easily have an online chat to support anything you need is amazing.

Avantages :

Gymcatch had made our wellbeing centre much easier to manage and saves so much time being fully automated and easy to navigate.

Simple to use, loads of features and the best value for money out there!

Commentaires : Great experience. Nothing put positive feedback from our instructors in regards to the price, how well the software fits in with their business, and how supportive the Gymcatch staff are. Most of our instructors previously used other online booking platforms and have not looked back since making the switch to Gymcatch.

Avantages :

Simple to get the hang of. - We (Boogie Bounce) have over 600 instructors in the UK and many have moved onto the Gymcatch platform. The best for value out there - Loads of add-ons available which allow you to tailor exactly what you are getting from the platform. Amazing support from the team - All of our instructors are instantly assisted with any queries they have.

Inconvénients :

Weren't initially able to gain as much client information as we would have liked from the software, however this has now been addressed and we couldn't be happier.

Commentaires : Gymcatch has improved attendance at my classes, it has created an excitement to get booked before the class gets full, and it has saved me valuable time before each class having to take participants' money and record their attendance.

Avantages :

I love that users can book themselves into my fitness classes and pre-pay online as it has improved commitment to attend. I like that they can book for more than one person easily, and it's really easy for me to cancel bookings and/or add participants myself to transfer them to a different session.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was a BOOK NOW button I could add to my Facebook profile to link to Gymcatch

Thank you too for the Facebook page. Happy to pick up directly if helps too... Unfortunately Facebook recently amended the button text options for where you can link to an external site (removing the BOOK NOW option). We certainly would prefer if they hadn't too. For specific reasons I can relay directly we won't be pursuing their direct integration that would enable an in Facebook book but hope the SIGN UP or CONTACT US options work well as an alternative. Very easy to use & value for money

Avantages :

It's easy to use and create templates for class & appointments. It really is a inexpensive booking system that integrates well. The app is good too and my clients find it easy to to use as well.

Inconvénients :

The app is missing 1 feature that irritates me and that is the ability to add clients from my followers and deduct from their passes and the opposite. Cancel clients off and remind their passes. It can be diwn on the desk top version which means I have to get out my laptop or even go through their website on my phone.. but it's a minor inconvenience.

Love everything about this software, massively reducing class admin time.
