Commentaires : I have found using Gym-catch to be easy and great support with video tutorials It is now allowing me to grow my business in different avenues I am delighted I found Gym-catch
Avantages :
Gym-catch is helping me find new revenue streams clients are booking in advance and I am now able to sell my online videos through the app which has given me a bigger market
Inconvénients :
Clients don,t get Text reminders of sessions or if they are on a wait list I think this would be a good feature to add on

Commentaires : The customer care team are fast and really helpful. The system is reliable and easy to use.
Avantages :
It was easy to set up and allowed me to be paperless, in terms of attendance sheets and PAR-Q information. I also didn't have to handle cash or credit card details.
Inconvénients :
The analytics of customer behaviours. it was hard to analyse class performance, look for trends, segment marketing strategies with the data provided.

Avantages :
I like to use Gymcatch to schedule my fitness classes and my time at the gym. Before it was a mess to have clear information about dates and times available for classes. Now it is much easier to keep track of the time I want to reserve my spot. I also like that I can make payments directly without complications, a very useful tool to lead a more relaxed fitness life
Inconvénients :
There is still nothing I can say that I dislike, for my well-being everything has worked perfectly

Tried this software for a couple of years
Commentaires : This software did not suit my business. Customers sighed a sigh of relief when I ditched it.
Avantages :
It was cheap. The support initially was useful. It allowed class swaps which at the time my existing software didn’t.
Inconvénients :
I swapped to different software after a few years as I got complaints on a weekly basis about gymcatch. I spent time with the team at gymcatch going through my account to see if there was a way to simplify, or if I’d made a mistake setting things up, but Gymcatch said I had everything set up the way it should be. It caused me constant weekly problems and was a time suck, and I realised I was losing new trade; new customers gave up trying to book with Gymcatch. In general, my customers disliked Gymcatch and moving software has been a great decision for the business. Within 3 months of leaving Gymcatch and moving to TeamUp, all the spaces in my classes are now filled, so taking the risk of a more expensive software has paid for itself several times over already. Unless you have a very small and simple business, I would suggest steering clear of Gymcatch. I think trying to save money with cheap software cost me money in the long term.

I'm disappointed we weren't able to resolve this for you. Having reviewed what correspondence was raised (especially given timings), it looks as if the use of the Private Access facility (gating who can see sessions to book), was likely the issue and one that either through configuration or communication to you we could / should have resolved. Great tool
Commentaires : Loved the tool and service was fantastic. Definately prefer over similar products duebto ease of use and set up.
Avantages :
The ease of use was great and price in comparison to similar products. It was easy to set up courses that also allowed for drop in class registration.
Inconvénients :
When I imbeded the calebdar into my website sometimes it took a little while to load. I'd also like to see more seamless display of courses and class options for the same class be easy to identify. Flipping between tabs was not intuitive to my clients. It would also be great to download all payment reports annually instead of monthly, or at least a longer period with all the categories in one report.

Thank you for your feedback on the embedded web app, we will continue to optimise these to the best of our ability so that we can minimise these load times for you. Customers can access course details via the session as well as by switching between the Schedule and Courses tabs, but I will make sure this feedback gets back to the product team to review as well. We do have plans to develop some significant enhancements to internal Gymcatch reporting in the future, so I hope when these are released they be an improvement for you, but you can also access payment/financial reports on your Stripe account. The ability to buy the add ons you need so not paying for functionality you don't use.

Getting your head around the initial set up as the Membership Functionality was all new - great support.

Fantastic app
Commentaires : Fantastic. I would recommend 100%. Easy to use with outstanding customer service.
Avantages :
Simple to use for both businesses and clients. Lots of extra features to suit your brand/company. You only pay for what you need and you can swap and change it monthly. Everything you need in one place.
Inconvénients :
My only complaint would be that the client messaging system can sometimes be slow. So there can sometimes be a delay receiving messages.

I can't tell you the relief!
Commentaires : Flipping brilliant so far. So helpful. Patient. Kind. Customer focussed. Clear. The fact they are UK based and we're in the same timezone really has helped too. I used a different soft ware for the last year and it's been awful.
Avantages :
I'm so excited I've found something that is so easy to use. I'm not techy and have been able to work out in one day how to upload classes, pictures, get customers onto the system and start making money - even in my trial period. I love the info I can see about my customers bookings and the scheduling of classes. And it links easily with zoom too! I know how to cancel things and edit a customer package... and it's fairly intuitive. Just dig around and look. You soon find the thing you need.
Inconvénients :
Working out whether I need a class pass, a bundle or a membership is still a bit foggy for me. There are videos explaining which does what - but thinking it through in terms of what MY actual business needed was harder. Luckily the help / chat team were patient when I asked lots of questions. It's linking your strategic structure to the pass / bundle / membership that feels a bit complicated. So I started simple with a 5 class bundle then I'm going to expand from there. There are videos - but it's not as good as chatting to someone about what you want your business to achieve and which is the best model. A half hour help chat / webinar on this would be useful sometime!

Everything, from both customer side and mine as an administrator. Customer feedback has been amazing, particular around how easy the site is to navigate and make bookings. We have seen a massive uptake in bookings since moving over to Gymcatch

Nothing. Everything works perfectly, cant fault anything.

Whats not to like about Gymcatch.
Commentaires : Excellent, the support team are brilliant.
Avantages :
Saves me a massive amount of work, no more hanging around after class waiting for payments, no more tracking sessions and I get paid if people decide to not show up or cancel last minute. It also makes me look much more professional, no tooing and frooing with messages either.
Inconvénients :
I am really just learning with technology and sometimes struggled with some aspects but that was more down to me than the app.

GymCatch - easy & efficient to use
Commentaires : Easy booking, less hassle when it comes to communicating, time saver!
Avantages :
Gymcatch has all the features that I need for bookings for my fitness classes. The zoom integration is key and i like the auto-refund options. My customers are finding it easy to use & straightforward to book classes. The internal message system is great and my customers like that it integrates with your calender. Having the catch up link avaialble through the booking link is such a time saver!
Inconvénients :
For customers to be able to see our full timetable when searching for classes, rather than a restricted view of only the week ahead would be much better.

Simple & Effective Software
Commentaires : The experience so far has been great. The support team is always willing to go above & beyond to assist in any way they can. Added bonus is there's no pressure to commit; no pushy sales & constant calls.
Avantages :
The value for money is great! The software is simple enough to set up even if you have no idea how the backend of programs work & the support staff are always ready & happy to help you through any difficulties.
Inconvénients :
It would be great if there was a way to membership start dates so that clients could commit to their membership in advance. This would be super helpful for new businesses so they could onboard & lock-in members before their open date. It would also be great if memberships could be renewed on a specified rolling basis - 3, 6, 12 months etc. With the option to renew automatically if desired. However there are plenty of ok ways to get around these issues.

Inconvénients :
I'd love to see more measuring capabilities - e.g. how many clients are purchasing particular packs. This will assist with sales and marketing. An easier way to intergrate the booking system into my website so customers can book directly from my website.

Superb customer service
Commentaires : The customer service is incredible, the response time to queries is very fast indeed and the software is constantly being updated to provide increased functionality. Every time I think of something that might be useful, I drop them an e-mail and lo and behold, they have already thought about it and will be bringing it out in their next update. Top notch service! :)
Avantages :
I found the booking system easy to set up, I like the options of the different packages that you can offer. The participant information is great and I found a way to gather all the information needed to meet my insurance requirements without having to ask participants to upload a separate document. It is so easy to duplicate a class to make it recurring. The gift option is brilliant for giving away loyalty classes.
Inconvénients :
Some of my participants found it a bit tricky at first but they all find it very easy to use now.

I never have to panic as they respond instantly via a live webchat and no issue ever goes unresolved. They are so well trained and knowledgable about all ends of the software. It has everything I need. Sometimes I am limited with features however, I feel that the limits are very niche to my industry. I don't think most businesses would need the things that I would.

Commentaires : Great, when I have had a problem, the response has been excellent. Very helpful and keen to make things work for us. Also listened to suggestions to improve the service.
Avantages :
The phone app is excellent and there are now lots of add on features that have helped me take and manage online bookings from anywhere. There are videos explaining how to do things. The team listen to suggestions… example courses and drop ins. The emails are great so everyone knows what is happening.
Inconvénients :
A few things, some times clients click twice and end up booking in twice and do not mean to. There are lots of options and I feel there is lots to go wrong if you don’t fully understand the set up. I am still learning. The “How to “ videos are excellent. Sometimes there are lots of clicks to get to where I need, all takes time. Generally the product is excellent though.

Cannot Rate Highly Enough
Commentaires : I can't rate Gymcatch highly enough. They were recommended to me and I have since recommended them to lots of other people too. The product itself is exactly what my fitness business needs and their customer service is excellent.
Avantages :
Simple to use for both business and clients themselves. It saves me so much time and has been a bit of a life saver this year in particular.
Inconvénients :
There will always be small things which could be improved upon. I have found that when I have messaged Gymcatch to ask about new things I would like, they are generally already setting them up. They are brilliant at keeping up with what the sector needs.

New user of GC and a total technophobe user at that!
Commentaires : I am totally blown away by the amount of support GC have given me with setting all this up. I am totally untechnical and it was very daunting for me (64 this year, brain cells slowing and not technical even when younger...). The level of support, patience and understanding from the GC team along with the effective outcomes has been amazing. Once you know what you are doing, it is so straightforward and I am flying with it all now. I honestly cannot believe how easy it all is so if you are worried about taking the leap, just do it coz if I can do it, anyone can. So many videos and posts showing you how to do it too. I hope the GC team are proud of their high level of support to their customers - really superb all-round. I am a very happy customer, thank you x

The online scheduling is so effective and has proven really popular with my customers. I LOVE this!
Inconvénients :
When I update a session, would be great if customers could be texted from you instead of emailed. Whilst the notification to the customers is really helpful and saves me so much time, not everyone checks their email daily and if a last minute or same day change, a text would be heaps better.

How did I ever manage without It?!
Commentaires : Could not have had better support. I am not technically minded and was anxious about switching to an on-line system but I was helped so much it turned out to be much simpler than I feared.
Avantages :
Gymcatch is hugely popular with all my clients and saves me hours of work each week. Paperwork is a thing of the past and the constant improvements keep making the product better. Ease of use and great support if you get stuck are also big pros for my business.
Inconvénients :
Not being able to book multiple places for the same client can be a problem but this only arises on occassionand I am sure it will be possible in the future.

Gymcatch is a game changer
Commentaires : It’s just made my life a lot easier and my business runs more efficiently.
Avantages :
It’s very easy to use as an administrator on Gymcatch and also very easy for my clients to be able to book classes, which is hugely important for my business. There are so many great features on the portal and it’s good value for money. I would have struggled getting my business back up and running after the Covid lockdowns. I like how my clients can do an online waiver on Gymcatch and how easy it is to communicate with them through the Gymcatch website. It also allows the use of booking links on my website and Facebook pages.
Inconvénients :
I would like to be able to pick a list of customers from a booked class and send them a message. Currently it only sends a message to everyone.

Incredible software and amazing team

Gymcatch had made our wellbeing centre much easier to manage and saves so much time being fully automated and easy to navigate.

Easy, affordable system

Avantages :
This software makes booking classes, and courses so easy. I love the ability it has to offer online classes too and the efficient way it sends out links to these sessions. Highly recommend it’s a fraction of the price of other apps

When I first signed up there was no membership feature, but that has since been added. Excellent service

Simple to use, loads of features and the best value for money out there!
Commentaires : Great experience. Nothing put positive feedback from our instructors in regards to the price, how well the software fits in with their business, and how supportive the Gymcatch staff are. Most of our instructors previously used other online booking platforms and have not looked back since making the switch to Gymcatch.
Avantages :
Simple to get the hang of. - We (Boogie Bounce) have over 600 instructors in the UK and many have moved onto the Gymcatch platform. The best for value out there - Loads of add-ons available which allow you to tailor exactly what you are getting from the platform. Amazing support from the team - All of our instructors are instantly assisted with any queries they have.
Inconvénients :
Weren't initially able to gain as much client information as we would have liked from the software, however this has now been addressed and we couldn't be happier.

Very easy to use & value for money
Avantages :
It's easy to use and create templates for class & appointments. It really is a inexpensive booking system that integrates well. The app is good too and my clients find it easy to to use as well.
Inconvénients :
The app is missing 1 feature that irritates me and that is the ability to add clients from my followers and deduct from their passes and the opposite. Cancel clients off and remind their passes. It can be diwn on the desk top version which means I have to get out my laptop or even go through their website on my phone.. but it's a minor inconvenience.
