En savoir plus sur Infinite Campus SIS
Système d'information scolaire en ligne au niveau de l'établissement, y compris le livre de notes, le reporting d'état, les PEI d'éducation spécialisée et plus encore.
I like the fact that it integrates student information into the IEP. However, this seems to be the only redeeming quality.
Syncing with other software could be less difficult.

Best School Software
Commentaires : I am a teacher and I love this program. It is by far my favorite program to use as an online grade book. It would be nice if you could attach assignments, but overall, it is great.
Avantages :
I love the layout, design and functionality of this program. Like most programs, it does take some time to learn it, but it is worth it and very much worth the time to review everything that it can do to make you and your students' lives easier. With some practice, it is easy to navigate, especially after you have invested the time it takes to set up all of your classes. Using it on a daily basis is the easy part, you just have to make sure you fully understand how to use it first (like with everything in life).
Inconvénients :
At first, it takes some time to learn/remember all the details in order to set up your classes the best way for you and your students.
Simple, Organized SIS
Commentaires : Infinite Campus is one of those "what you see is what you get" kinds of software. Those looking for a simple means of getting the job done without a lot of bells and whistles, this is the product for you. This can be great, but it doesn't really incentivize exploration or further training beyond the basics. Plus, the very-limited customization options can feel really limiting, prohibiting users from setting the product up in a way that is more beneficial for them.
Avantages :
The best part of Infinite Campus is how clean and easy to navigate it is. The simple "Instruction" view provides a clear means of moving through the common areas that a user needs. While some SISs have complex, busy interfaces, Infinite Campus operates with a "less is more" approach, which is great for users who aren't is tech savvy or don't have the comfort to dig in and explore on their own.
Inconvénients :
Infinite Campus's biggest strength can also be its biggest weakness. While it is great for users who aren't strong with technology, it can leave a lot to be desired for those who want a little more in their SIS. There isn't a lot of customization available, nor are there many lesser-known features that self-driven, curious users can discover.
Infinite campus SIS
Commentaires : Overall great experience. Im happy with real time displays and updates or grades, assignments, and attendance.
Avantages :
Real time updates to grades, attendance, assignments.
Inconvénients :
It is slightly more conplicated to learn to navigate for new users conpared to similar software.
Too expensive; Pop-up fees everywhere - Not for smaller districts
Commentaires : I think their conversion and onbaording team is top-notch-- Extremely helpful and communication is fast and to the point. I just don't know that they're worth all the money. I think we'll be looking to switch to a more modern and cost-effective system like Alma once our contract is up.
Avantages :
-The onboarding team is excellent. They include technical experts to try to find solutions when the sales team promises the world and then you find out everything is an extra charge. -The product is robust and is well connected to the requirements of various states. -It allows direct access to the db and is fairly easy to use once you get used to the interface.
Inconvénients :
-Cost! Everything is a nickel and dime fee for various modules. And of course, to do feature A you need to buy a premium module with A-Z features (B-Z you'll never use). - Their sales process promises all the features you need but then you find out the core features are extremely limited. After signing-on, it feels like a bait and switch. - It ends up being an incredibly expensive product for a smaller school or a school with simpler needs. However they seem only concerned with the needs of big-dollar districts and are unreceptive to small districts. I want my district to get the best value for it's dollar and benefit our students and parents. - The sales team is unhelpful and full of excuses and seems more concerned with closing deals than actually helping customers.

Infinite Campus, and education management system with infinite possibilities!
Commentaires : We have used it for about eight years, and every few weeks I learn about a new function that makes student data easier to manage and access.
Avantages :
I like the fact that student attendance, behavior, schedules, parent contacts, grade books, communication tools, and final grades are in one place and can be cross-referenced as necessary. I absolutely love the digital behavior referrals, that are instant and digital.
Inconvénients :
It was slightly complicated to navigate at first and to access its infinite functions.
Infinite Campus Gets the Job Done
Commentaires : Overall, my experience with Infinite Campus has been very positive. Like any major system, there are going to be positives and negatives. Fortunately, with Infinite Campus, the things that it does well are the things that you are interacting with the most.
Avantages :
What I like most about Infinite Campus is the ease of use for the things I use daily. The lunch and attendance is easy to input. Also, the student contact information is very thorough and set up nicely with all of the information in one easy to access spot. The grading features are also simple and easy for even teachers who struggle with technology.
Inconvénients :
The grading features in Infinite Campus are easy to use. However, they can be more time consuming than necessary. Each different subject area is on a different page so it can be time consuming as a teacher with many classes to go through all of them. Another area of need, is the help features. The help features are fairly limited and it ends up being easier to ask a colleague, which adds more time to the process.
Infinite Campus Review
Commentaires : Overall, I find it to be a good program from the teacher side. It is also easy for parents to access as well and is great for keeping them informed about their student's grades.
Avantages :
I like how much information is available about each student. I can check attendance, an IEP, health questions, and grades all from the same program. It is easy to input information as well. There are many options for how grades can be weighted.
Inconvénients :
There is so much information accessable in the program, that sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for. Reports could be a little less finicky and more intuitive to run. Also group emails could be easier and maybe have an option to sync with Gmail, since my school uses the Google Education apps.
Great for School Leaders
Commentaires : My overall experience has been great! It takes some time to learn all you can do with it, but once you do it is a real aid to your work load and ability to support teachers.
Avantages :
The vast number of reports and the ability to build reports allows me to quickly access information and cuts my work in half. I use the WIZARD for scheduling and I love its ease of use. I also use reports to ensure equitable grading practices.
Inconvénients :
I can hostely say that there is not much I do not like about Infinite Campus.
Infinite Campus for teachers
Commentaires : My overall experience has been positive. It is easy to take attendance and keep notes on students. I can log in from anywhere as well.
Avantages :
I love that I can color code my grade book for missing assignments. It really helps me to just take a quick glance and know right away which student is missing what assignment.
Inconvénients :
The reporting can be a bit tricky. I feel I have to go through too many steps to get a simple report. Also, if a student gets transferred out of my class their grades do not transfer with them. For this reason I still keep a paper copy of my grades which creates more work for me.
Infinite Campus for a Rural District
Commentaires : We are able to manage students, data, parent contacts, messaging, texting, emergency notifications and many other things with Campus. We are very happy with the product.
Avantages :
The tools in Campus are intuitive and easy to manage. There are many tools available and this product is quickly becoming the standard in our state and region for student management.
Inconvénients :
I really don't have too many complaints about Campus. Our customer support has been solid and we have been happy with the product.
Infinite Campus SIS Review
Commentaires : Infinite Campus is a decent program. I do think that certain features can improve to make it stronger. Looking up a student can be much easier if all data was classified and had a drop-down option.
Avantages :
Taking student attendance is very easy to do. Teachers are able to input comments that let the operations team see why a student was absent. This allows staff members to know what is happening with students and families.
Inconvénients :
Navigating student data is very challenging. I noticed that when I need to look up a student and attempt to view their personal information, I have to navigate different parts of Infinite Campus to get there. Some of the data is limited for me to see; therefore, only the operations team and administration team is able to access it.
Infinite Campus Review
Commentaires : Overall, I have had a good experience with Infinite Campus. I have used it for 11 years now and it is very beneficial to me as a teacher.
Avantages :
I really like the organizational features the best. I also like the different options that Infinite Campus allows me to have for seeing grades and attendance of my students. Infinite Campus also makes it very easy to enter new grading tasks.
Inconvénients :
I would like to have more customizable reports. Sometimes it is hard to manipulate the reports to be exactly what I would like. Hopefully, creating reports will become easier in the near future.
Overall, I had a positive experience with Infinite Campus as I learned more about it's features.
Avantages :
I liked how easy it was to use and transfer grade-book settings from year to year as well as the customized grade reporting. While almost every program used for grading or attendance has these features, this system was the most straightforward and intuitive I've used.
Inconvénients :
It's gotten better in terms of student/parent interface over the past few years, although I sometimes get frustrated as setting up online assignments from class to class can be tedious. Also, it seems to work better with some web browsers(IE) than others(Chrome).
Infinite Campus
Commentaires : The program allows information to be available to anyone with access to find information about students that is needed quickly and easily.
Avantages :
It is easy to use. New employees are able to start using it immediately because it is user friendly. Very helpful to use a program that is web based so work can be done from anywhere. It seems to be a program that can be customized for different school districts' needs.
Inconvénients :
There have been times when multiple people are adding information to a document and one person's information is not saved. There's no indication of this until you reopen it later and your stuff is just not there. This may have been fixed as I have not had this happen in a long time. The only other problem is that if I have access to a student for special education, I only have access to their special ed documents, not their schedule or attendance. This could be a feature that my district does though.
IC is OK!
Commentaires : Since staff has to have a lot of information available to us about our students, IC is an efficient system to collect and store this critical info.
Avantages :
IC makes it easy to look up IEPs and check on medical or other flagged details on our students. I can print out information to share with staff and enter assessment info that we can all use.
Inconvénients :
When we used IC to track grades, it didn't work well for us at the elementary level. Since we don't use that anymore, I have no complaints!
Infinite Campus Use
Commentaires : This database is a great tool to track students and their progress. We can also look at grades, transcripts, attendance, gpa's. This database is a one stop shop for a student's overall progress and the parent portal is a great tool for parents.
Avantages :
What I like about this software is its ability to create great reports. It also gives you the ability to store photos on the records. Software is made specifically for educational institutions.
Inconvénients :
Navigating can be a bit confusing at times. There are a lot of windows to click on and if you don't write down directions, you will be stuck trying to remember how to get to a particular window.
Organization
Commentaires : I use this everyday for the past fours years to keep track of students grades and parent contact. It is very easy to get throught
Avantages :
This is a great way to keep track of all the students information from home life to attendence. This keeps track of all the information and is very easy to add and locate everything you need.
Inconvénients :
I do not see an cons in this program at all because I use this on a daily base for the past four years.
Just getting started
Commentaires : Overall, it's been a good experience. I"m just learning my way around but am doing so with a great deal of ease.
Avantages :
It is fairly easy to use and get around. It stores and gives you a lot of information. I can generally go in and get what I need rather quickly.
Inconvénients :
When filling out forms - it needs the ability to save and store drop down menus. I.E. having to fill out the same names for administrators on each form gets annoying. Being able to enter names for a drop down menu would be very useful.
It is nice to have so much information in one place.
Avantages :
I like the special education features and being able to access multiple points of information. Taking attendance is quick and easy.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes it can be confusing when working on certain features and it seems to change often. It seems like there are multiple steps you have to take to get into certain features of IC.
Infinite Campus Review
Avantages :
This program is able to store a lot of information. There are different tabs that house a variety of student documents and necessary pieces of information.
Inconvénients :
If the high end version of this program is not purchased, features are limited and become frustrating to the user.
Reports are the only drawback
Commentaires : Overall it’s a great system. With a few tweaks it could easily be one of the best systems around.
Avantages :
This program can be customized to fit school or campus needs. Communication logs, data, and grades can all be stored. It’s also compatible with other programs for uploading students.
Inconvénients :
Many of the reports you need are not easily accessible. Somethings require you to go in student by student to check. This is often time consuming.
Infinite campus review
Commentaires : Overall this is a great product and it is definitely worth using.
Avantages :
I enjoy how simple it is to use and how straight forward all of the features are.
Inconvénients :
I would like it if there were different search features
Makes checking in simple
Commentaires : IC is like any other platform: it's only as good as the information that goes in it. When scores aren't updated, the information can be alarming but understanding the timing can help keep parents on top of potential problems before the end of the semester.
Avantages :
I really like the user interface of this software. It's easy to navigate the log in and toggle between my students. As a parent, I find the information is presented in an intuitive format.
Inconvénients :
I wish the platform had more opportunities for notes/communications within the platform. Being able to email a teacher directly from the grade report would be tremendous.
Great for teacher reviews and grading
Commentaires : I love the way that parents are able to see the progress of their students and be able to be informed at their children's progress. This makes it easy for them to communicate with teachers in knowing how to help students be successful at school.
Avantages :
Easy to communicate with parents how their children are performing in school. Easy way to add grades and give semester averages for students Follows the children's progress through all grades
Inconvénients :
Parents sometimes have trouble understanding how the program works The login process can be confusing to parents who have not used the software before
Great Program
Avantages :
I like that attendance, behavior tracking, and grading is all in one place.
Inconvénients :
The gradebook is a bit limited in what information we can share with students.
