Love This Program!!
Commentaires: This program provides the ability to track multiple clients, engagements and provides comparisons from year to year. It gives a lot of information in a format that is easy to follow and the email communication ability with the client is a plus.
Avantages: The ease of moving through the system and varied types of engagements/projects that can be monitored at the same time. Ability to view at a high level and easily drill down to detail information.
Inconvénients: Not many drawbacks at all. No ability to search beyond the last name. It would be great to be able to search using first names and using business names.

It Can't All Be in Your Head
Commentaires: When you have over 800 clients, all in various stages of completion, it's hard to know off the top of your head where everything sits. With Traxit, you know who is working on the file and what level in the process they are in. Does the file have unanswered questions, want to send an email, need to make notes to the reviewer...it's all there for you with one simple search! Try it, you'll like it!
Avantages: The ease which you can locate the exact status of a client file

Commentaires: I was beyond pleased with Traxit. The program allowed the entire office to answer questions regarding the status of a return/project. What a time saver!
Avantages: Very user friendly. Covered all the information bases needed to track a return/project. Easy to update. Communication with clients through Traxit was a definite plus!
Inconvénients: Honestly, I can't answer this. There was nothing about the software that I didn't like.

Commentaires: Since we can very easily track the status off the returns, it has improved our ability to respond to clients quickly. The program is being improved upon and is the team is great with using feedback to make improvements to the software.
Avantages: First of all it is very easy to use. It gives management a snapshot of where everything is in the office. The ability to send questions via email from the system means we can track the question and whether it has been answered or not. Also when clients call in, anyone in the office can tell them what the status of their tax return is.
Inconvénients: That is shows me all of the tax returns in the office which can feel overwhelming to have such visibility but I guess that isn't really the software per se.
