When a client makes partial payments, they should be able to clearly see their original invoice amount, payments made, and current outstanding balance. Many of my clients pay in installments, and they want to know exactly how much they still owe without having to calculate it themselves. I would also like to see more customization and professionalism in the invoice emails sent to clients. It would be helpful to have the ability to add a clear subject/title, a professional signature, customized reminders, and more detailed messaging. Another important feature would be the ability to see these invoice emails and reminders in our Sent folder, so we have a complete record of what was communicated to the client and when. > > My overall experience with TaxDome has been positive. It is a very useful platform for organizing client documents, signatures, billing, payments, communication, and tax-related workflows all in one place. I especially appreciate having a centralized portal where clients can upload documents, sign forms, receive invoices, and communicate with our office. More professional and customizable invoice emails, better reminder options, signatures, subject lines, and visibility of sent billing communications would also improve the experience. Overall, TaxDome is a strong and helpful platform, and I enjoy using it.
