This greatly helps avoid the scenario where a company forgets why they are purchasing your subscription product, when the previous admin forgot to inform their replacement.

Inconvénients :

Depending on the industry you are in that might not be a big deal, however I have had a few angry prospects wondering why I am calling their personal line.

Get em in and got on with your work

Commentaires : We had issues with people tracking candidates in LinkedIn rather than our Database. We wanted a tool that could quickly pull the information into our ATS so we can more effectively engage with new candidates.

Avantages :

The ease of use. Open the profile "Add Candidate" and then boom straight into our Salesforce ATS. It was setup from our admin for ease of use, but once the fields we're established this thing is a beauty. It's really helped to build our database and start tracking new candidates for future roles, rather than multiple people using "private" messaging on LinkedIn. Love it.

Inconvénients :

They're have been some updates which had the software not working optimally, but they turn around to have it working was not long. So good customer support.

Critical to how we get leads

Avantages :

Salesbolt helps Breadwinner get leads that our solution is relevant to, and is a great alternative to pure outbound outreach. These are high quality leads that we know have intent to solve the problem our solution addresses. This makes it far easier to initiate a productive and useful conversation to those companies, and saves both parties a lot of time.

Inconvénients :

Salesbolt is a relatively new offering, and the sky is the limit for how embedded they can make their product within organizations that heavily use Salesforce. Today, the interface is quite simple, and could provide even more visibility on the incoming lead funnel.

Review of SalesHud for Salesforce

Avantages :

It's discrete and blends in well with LinkedIn and Salesforce. The features are simple and benefit the user, saving time and effort.

Inconvénients :

There are really not that many benefits to using this software and it is so discrete that it could go unnoticed at times. Further integrations and additional features would be a real game-changer. Also, to install this, there are several policies and agreements to be approved and enabled, including access to data. This doesn't comply with many company policies and hence, it is difficult for companies to implement and allow. For example, I cannot use this software for corporate use because it doesn't comply with our data policies.

hard to see account/select account at times, far down.

Salesbolt saves me time

Commentaires : Overall, Salesbolt makes it way easier to capture information and eliminate human errors. It's easy to use. It also makes it easier to update the database.

Avantages :

Thanks to Salesbolt, I do not have to waste my time entering data. Most of the time, it also identifies possible duplicates.

Inconvénients :

There is a long lag when I enter a new profile from LinkedIn to Salesforce. Also, if there is an existing record that matches the LinkedIn profile, it doesn't update the LinkedIn URL link.

Great tool to create a bridge between LinkedIn and Salesforce

Commentaires : Delivers cross-system awareness between LinkedIn and Salesforce at a very accessible price, allows easy creation of candidates or contacts within Salesforce with no rekeying of data. Also integrates seamlessly with Salesforce based ATS systems like TargetRecruit.

Avantages :

Easy to download and deploy, simple to use and works reliably, upgraded regularly and there are lots of great new features under development

Inconvénients :

Due to rapid release cycle it's easy to have several versions installed and unsure which is which (this may be because I was an early adopted and working with beta versions, so may not be an issue now.

SalesHud for the Win!

Avantages :

I love how SalesHud makes a random browse through LinkedIn and the discovery of new people and prospects productive by being able to automatically add them to the CRM. Sometimes you come across a post or activity that leads you to click and explore the profiles of multiple people associated with it and you wonder whether or not they're already in the database or who they were if you want to add them later. No more thinking about that for me with SalesHud!

Inconvénients :

It would be great to have it a little more detailed in terms of what else a LinkedIn profile gives away e.g. responsibilities, preferences or interests. The interface and ease of use could do with an upgrade but I am more than sure it's coming. Overall I am super happy with SalesHud - thank you, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and Team!

Great to use alongside Salesforce

Avantages :

Thoroughly enjoy using it alongside Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - saves me heaps of time and ensures I have no duplicates in my CRM.

Inconvénients :

Doesn't automatically fill in a contact record when an individual moves company and updates their profile, but this is really minor in comparison to how great the product is!

Salesbolt - Best software for lead generation

Click to Create is a great feature on this software where you can easily create prospect with just one click and it save directly to your CRM.

Inconvénients :

There are some features that cannot easily change in the back end.

Salesbolt should be used by everyone in a prospecting role.

Commentaires : Salesbolt has been life changing as an individual contributor. It took the worst part of my job (finding accounts/contacts and manually inputting everything into my CRM) and made it so insanely easy that I now love it.

Avantages :

I can create accounts and add contacts to to the account within my CRM, all from Salesbolt, in seconds. It also generates likely contact info for a contact which saves me so much time by not having to hunt down an email address for any given person.

Inconvénients :

I love everything about it. I literally have nothing bad to say about it.

Best for creating leads

Avantages :

This application is very helpful in adding companies and leads to salesforce without needing to fill out the forms for every person.

It would be better if this could have options for a horizontal or landscape view.

Great product- fantasitc team

Avantages :

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] really helped us by being open to working to understand our particular needs and finding ways to make a product that met those needs. I think for our team, the #1 thing was ease of use and reliability. We appreciate the ability to manage our contacts in Salesforce better by having a tool that ensures we aren't bring in duplicates from LinkedIn. Better still, it's simple enough we don't need to spend time troubleshooting any issues. Great product for a fair price.

Inconvénients :

We are looking forward to having the ability to pull more information from a person's Linkedin profile onto a created candidate record. To date it hasn't been an option but our hope is that soon it will be!

Easy and Quick Lead Data

Why even the basic use of Salesbolt is worth it.

Avantages :

People are lazy. They will see a contact or lead and unless they need it immediately they will pass it and not enter it into a database. Salesbolt makes that a couple of clicks improving the growth of your database.

Inconvénients :

The terminology used for different fields can confuse.

Nice concept in theroy

Avantages :

It linked to SFDC with ease, the information that you could view and the concept was great

Inconvénients :

I had to connect and reconnect it to SFDC daily, sometimes multiple times a day shouldn't have to with it being a google plugin. It would slow down my computer and crash SFDC sometimes.

Commentaires : Talking to people and making connections is great... but then entering their information into a Sales tool is a bind. Salesbolt makes it so easy.

Avantages :

Allows almost instantaneous collection of data into Salesforce.

Inconvénients :

It seems pretty feature complete to me. I ENJOY using it.

Commentaires : Allows our team and our clients to be more efficient with data import. Greatly reduces manual efforts, provides clean and accurate data.

Avantages :

Easy to set up and configure. Allows us to easily pull in Contacts and Candidates for our CRM/ATS which improves efficiency by reducing manual steps.

Inconvénients :

Currently, with our ATS integration, you can only pull in one record at a time. They are working on an option for mass parsing though.
