Google My Business (GMB) Review Manager is very easy to use for monitoring and replying to reviews to our properties and other entities.

Inconvénients :

Only negative would be that you can’t delete negative reviews. But at the same time, that’s also understandable.

Commentaires : It has been a fun experience for me uploading my Google My Business page for Kristie Kim Design in Los Angeles and in Raleigh. I have two different business locations but with Google My Business, I can upload posts very quickly and it gets shown all over Google search. I wish there was a feature to upload posts on both the Los Angeles and Raleigh location at the same time. I have to post things two times to have them show up on Google My Business.

Avantages :

I have been using Google My Business Review for several years now. I learned about by reviewing businesses on Google as a local guide. I was receiving a lot of points for uploading photos and rating businesses online until I realized that I could promote my own business on Google My Business. It has been a lot of fun for me promoting my brand and products. Everything does show up on Google search which means I have been doing a great job bringing in traffic to my products. It has helped me generate sales from the many visitors who click on my posts.

Inconvénients :

It is nothing like building a website, so there are differences in how to promote posts on my service website, my sales website, and my Google Business page. On my Google Business page, I have a feature where customers can contact me but it does not bring in loyal customers. Sales are not guaranteed because a lot of people still don't know about Google My Business. It will be only beneficial if social media sites and Google My Business are linked together.

Commentaires : Google my business review manager is a great platform for new startups and businesses it helps to make an initially digital presence in the market and helps you to grow more, the more your products and services will be transparent and good it will reflect your business positively to all customers through our reviews and galleries. these days smartphones are gadgets which can be long away from people so making your business digitally present and upholding it which can only be done by this app.

Avantages :

Google my business review manager is a great app for presenting a new business digitally, after successfully verifying of google provides you with numerous features to promote your business digitally, at 1st it starts showing you on the google maps, which makes digital presence so people cam reach you out through maps, it gives direct contact feature which helps them to connect with the service person, after the successful transaction people write reviews for their experience which makes our business more impactful. I can also run so many promotional offers, our work videos and photos which customers can visit, make an appointment so it helped my business growing.

Inconvénients :

There are not as such any things which can be counted as cons but one thing I've noticed that phots and videos quality get distorted amd its looses it original quality amd sharpness, pictures should not compressed amd should be uploaded as original file. And few times google my business keep on asking to review your own profile repeatedly which is not so necessary sometimes it asks each day or alternate to review your own profile it sucks sometimes to feed the same information.

Commentaires : First and foremost, we are reducing the compatibility and communication issues between different software, which saves a lot of problems because usually solving a compatibility issue means a lot of back and forth between companies, each one blaming the other while no solution is given. Second but also important, our experience with the user feedback with Google has been wonderful, just like we expected it to be (even with very high expectations!).T

Avantages :

The suggested answer is the actual answer: The integration with our current software which was already the Google suite for the most part, was super easy and seamless, as has been the interactions so far, which is indeed what we like the most about the software.

Inconvénients :

Nothing worth noting really, maybe the cost structure (per user and not per complete license) because even though is the best for most companies, for us it has resulted in some issues with accounting and financial department due mostly to the exchange rate and extra processing.

It's very useful software.

Commentaires : As I mention before that anybody could write a review which is not so good. I experienced that someone gives us a one-star but that person never been to our shop and never using our service. I also saw on another business that they got the same experience but nothing we could do about it only reply back to clarify and hoping someone reads it. It takes down our review point. Unfortunate. I am not sure if this matter could be fixed. If it could fix that would be amazing because I love this so much. It's a useful program and easy for customers to decide where to go and where to visit.

Avantages :

The most useful tool is the link that I can easily copy and share with the customer to remind them to write a review by just clicking the link.

Inconvénients :

Anybody could write a review which is not so safe for the business.

A Necessary Tool For Reputation Management

Commentaires : Overall, GMB Review Manager is a necessary and useful tool for us to monitor our reputation on Google. Monitoring and responding to reviews is a cinch!

Avantages :

Google My Business (GMB) Review Manager is very easy to use for monitoring and replying to reviews to our properties and other entities. We get email notifications when a review is received, and then can easily reply to said reviews from within our Dashboard. We also appreciate the prominent star rating graphics that help us track overall rating performance across all our reviews.

Inconvénients :

The rules for reporting review violations seem to be unevenly applied and confusing, leaving us unsure as to what constitutes a valid or invalid review.

Commentaires : Overall, this is a great software for review management. I would definitely recommend for other marketing professionals who want to stay up-to-date with review responses.

Avantages :

This is such a user-friendly software to manage all business reviews in one central location. It's perfect for an agency setting to bounce around between different clients. Very simple and allows us to stay on top of reputation management because it is so simple and efficient.

Inconvénients :

It is clear at times that reviews have been written for an incorrect business, and there's no way to delete these reviews. I understand that you can report them, however, this is a long process and in my experience, these reviews rarely get overturned. It's difficult to establish trust as your brand is gaining reviews with inaccurate bad ones have such a strong negative impact.

What I like the most are the functions that allow you to follow up, these help you improve your business, reducing the response time, and be closer to your customers by knowing their concerns better.

Inconvénients :

What I like least are some glitches, like when you reply to a review and it doesn't save. This can cause comments to go unanswered.

Very easy to use to keep track of reviews and updates

Commentaires : It was still a pleasant experience given its possible influence to the consumer behavior, on how they will interact to your brand. It creates first impression of your company, does a well managed Google My Business would make great impact

Avantages :

I like the fact that I can easily access the Google My Business and review and respond to client feedback/reviews. This can be accessed on mobile as well which is very helpful. I have been managing our company’s Google My Business listing for 5 years now and It never fails to remind me of the areas where I can improve the company’s overall online branding.

Inconvénients :

Maybe it would be helpful for the administrator if there’s a repository for all the templated responses and ability to automatically personalize the message. There are also responses which are not true to its nature with the only objective of ruining the brand, with this I can’t find a function where I can report/delete that review which affect the overall ratings of the company.

Handling business reviews

Commentaires : During admissions time each academic year , many parents look for schools online and since we have all our business info and reviews online, many people visit the school after viewing this.

Avantages :

I have registered my school on google My Business. Most of our school parents and vendors who visit school leave reviews about their school experience and we can track the reviews in the review manager.

Inconvénients :

I wanted to contact few people who have written the review, but I couldn't drop them a private message and thank them for writing the review. Every message is displayed publicly.

Commentaires : Good tool to use for quickly responding to reviews made online about your business, but practices with reporting violations are a little difficult.

Avantages :

The ability to review and respond to client reviews under one platform and do so quickly.

Inconvénients :

The difficulty in reporting review violations. The rules for it are confusing as to what exactly constitutes as "violating". We had someone leave us 3 stars with no explanation. We looked through our records for the name on the review and that person has never visited our business. When reporting it, it was not taken down. We've had problems with other violations.

Great Software for Managing Online Presence

Avantages :

I love being able to see reviews from customers and respond to them. The software is very user friendly. Changes can be made in seconds.

Inconvénients :

Random people leaving reviews who clearly have you mistaken for another business and not having the ability to remove them.

Thank you for the feedback Kortney! Unfortunately, GMB doesn't allow listing managers to delete reviews without getting approval from Google first. We are working on adding the ability to flag reviews from within our dashboard.

Easy to manage all locations in one place

Commentaires : We run a health directory network. Google My Business reviews are the core of our strategy. The tool allows us to easily manage all of our reviews in one place. As well as other aspects such as updating information, scheduling posts etc. Would highly recommend this tool!

Avantages :

The review manager and post scheduler are super easy to manage and very insightful. I can schedule my workload for the week and it's as easy as that.

Inconvénients :

We found that insights and reporting could improve. The custom metrics don't really provide much. I tend to curate some data from Google Analytics to get the full picture of our actual CTR etc.

Pretty easy to use

Avantages :

Like being able to manage reviews for multiple locations with one login and all one place. We can also respond to those reviews quickly and easily through the dashboard as well. Easy to see overall how people view you business.

Inconvénients :

Haven’t really had too many bumps in the road. Verification process can be a little bumpy but also I understand the need for security so it makes sense that it’s not click and done.

I like that it gives me a birds eye view of all our locations review pages. It's convenient and makes everything easy to manage.

Inconvénients :

The listings created organically can get out of hand, forcing less control over them. That's less about the software than the nature of how the listings can be created.
