Best Decision Ever
Commentaires : Easy access to all my HR, Payroll and benefits information at a click of a button. I would highly recommend this software for busy office administrators to simplify day to day tasks. I like knowing that I can access the software remotely when I am traveling and I get the same information as I would if I used it in the office. The accessibility is one of the best things this software has to offer.
Avantages :
The software is easy to use and makes things so much more simple in day to day operations. I find it more user friendly then the competitors software I have used in the past.
ADP TotalSource - One stop shop!
Commentaires : Overall, I am highly satisfied with the product and all the features that are available to use.
Avantages :
I love the fact that all my HR and payroll items are consolidated with one system. I enjoy all the HR features that ADP offers and have used them quite a bit when I come across HR issues!
Inconvénients :
I would love to see improvements in ease of use when running reports. I've used ADP Run in the past and loved how easy payroll reports were ran there.
Makes payroll easier
Avantages :
Has everything for timecards and payroll in one place. Since we have multiple locations, using an app with GPS works well for our staff. Keeps them accessible for being where they need to be when they punch in.
Inconvénients :
All seems good. I have not had any problems
ADP Total Source - Not worth the acclaimed accolades in their website
Commentaires : I would rate customer service/support a zero or "N/A" because I cannot rate something that does not exist. I stopped using the customer support ticket system shortly after I surpassed 10 open tickets with an average of 15-30 days of NO response whatsoever. In 4 months, I have not been able to use the background check process efficiently; I have not had anyone assigned to help me implement a performance review process; I have not been able to properly create a new hire checklist for onboarding of new hires, and I have not been able to properly have the paid time off accrual for one group of employees, for example. I have asked many times to give me the access to make the changes myself. I have met with executives, pleading my case. All I get is "we have escalated your request". Yet no action and no solution. You are often encouraged to go to their knowledge base to figure things out on your own. I do not mind doing so. However, most of the articles are referring to prior versions of the system. So, the steps are incorrect or misleading, forcing me to ask again for clarity only to again get no response for weeks. Sometimes customer support responses are also incorrect. I regret choosing ADP TotalSource. The best analogy I have is imagine purchasing a Ferrari with all the bells and whistles. However, you end up keeping it in the garage 80% of the time. The other 20% of the time the Ferrari is stuck in stop and go traffic with no access to an interstate.
Avantages :
Payroll can be processed smoothly. That's about it.
Inconvénients :
I have the Administrator role and I lead the implementation process in my organization. What I like the least about the software is that not even the Administrator role has access to do simple tasks such as: add a new reason for a pay change; change a paid time off accrual rule; create a simple way to communicate to an employee they received a change in their pay (you are forced to create an "event", where there are several unnecessary steps that makes the "event" take days to be completed; and create an onboarding task list.
ease of usage...user friendly
Avantages :
As a user, ADP is a convenient way for me to quickly enter my time, submit hours worked, and see my administrator's approval. The pages are laid out simply, without extra "fluff" to distract from what is important. The efficiency of this software makes it simple to use.
Inconvénients :
From my standpoint, I don't see any improvements that need to be made or problem areas.

Helpful, with some minor issues.
Avantages :
Payroll processing is self explanatory and user friendly.
Inconvénients :
Customer service is lacking, most of the time when we ask questions (especially HR related), we are just referred to our employee handbook, which is not helpful.

Avantages :
There is so much information, that you can just navigate around a stumble across great information that is so useful in planning and helping employees. Then to be able to manage from the software, very easy.

So much details hard to remember where everything is.

Run Away, Don't Walk
Commentaires : Terrible. Full of promises that were never acted on. A "dedicated" team that never responds. Look elsewhere, immediately. We tried giving them numerous chances, numerous, for very simple things that were promised. None are fixed. Even their 24/7 support line takes 6 days to respond.
Avantages :
PTO tracking was pretty good. And good healthcare rates. They consulted when we had an issue with a bad employee. That's about it.
Inconvénients :
Everything. The system is full of bugs and errors. Running payroll takes about 30 steps. The support team, when actually available which wasn't often, never had answers. We have gone over a year and still have not had a simple employee manual, which was promised the first month. They knew we had employees in California since the beginning, and our dedicated Payroll support person said 1 year later, I didn't know you had employees in CA when we asked why it wasn't available in a dropdown. Our HR support person rarely responds to emails. We keep getting late notices for non-payment from the unemployment services office (which ADP is supposed to pay on time). Employees pay was randomly changed without our notice. The benefits selection process for our employees was a joke—numerous broken links in the system. They weren't even provided a simple explanation of benefits for the plan options. I could go on for days and days about the ridiculous number of errors broken promises. Sorry is all we get, with no resolution. Its a lot of money to pay with NO value. Or a "that's an upgraded feature" despite it being promised by our sales team. The only services that work are the 3rd party solutions they use (which are a lot).
ADP TotalSource Review

ADP TotalSource is a great software to view and manage your paychecks! It’s great that is also connects from previous companies that use ADP Total Source and also shows your W-2s
Inconvénients :
It would be nice to log in work hours in the same software but a lot of companies have their own timesheets they use that aren’t included in the ADP TotalSource

Great product for payroll and benefits
Avantages :
The dashboard is well organized and allows me to easily access my paystubs, pto, and insurance benefits.
Inconvénients :
None at this time. ADP has everything I need to keep track of my pay, PTO, and benefits.

One stop solution for your all HR Function
Commentaires : Overall it is a complete one stop solution for your HR function. It made your all the HR function online and easy to access with the guidance of experts.
Avantages :
It is a complete package to organize all the HR related function in any organization as it is suitable for all the industry. This software helps us to manage human resources completely, employee benefits, Payroll and regulatory compliance. Compare to it's competitors it has more features with regular updates and also dedicated expert guidance. Best thing it is a cloud based.
Inconvénients :
I think it didn't have anything which is least likable but yes they can improve their reporting module as sometime we are facing difficulties with customizing report.
Very easy to use
Avantages :
We use ADP throughout the day every day and I have had nothing but great experiences with it; very easy to use and navigate.
Inconvénients :
Just today, actually, I was signed in and then had to restart my computer. When I opened up a new web browser to restart ADP, it kept telling me that I had it open in another screen. ...which I didn't so that was weird.

Extremely basic and worth what you pay
Commentaires : If you run a small company with basic needs, get it. If it's bigger than 40-50 people or you want something with real detail, I wouldn't recommend it.
Avantages :
It does the basic job of tracking logging in and out and employee record keeping. It's organized in a basic and sometimes easily accessible design.
Inconvénients :
This software is a low bar for what you can expect for the price. It wasn't as detailed in employee information as I'd sometimes would've liked. The fonts are smaller so it's less accessible than other competitors. It didn't leave room for variability options.
This software lets you do so many things
Commentaires : The ease of turning in payroll whenever I am ready without having to make phone calls to do so. Reports at my fingertips, ease of setting up employees, etc.
Avantages :
Love the ease of putting in payroll, new employees, updating employees, getting reports, terminating employees, etc. Really quick and easy.
Inconvénients :
There isn't anything we just don't like about this software. Do wish you could use your right/left arrow keys when inputting payroll. It would save a lot of time. You can use the up/down arrow keys, but not the right/left.
No support
Commentaires : Not a problem while working there, big problem when no longer working for company. Onboarding is a breeze, but it should also be a breeze on our end to leave
Avantages :
Easy to use when I was an employee but once I left the company I couldn’t access my account.
Inconvénients :
Self-termination so I can transfer 401k funds. Since I am unable to find the contact who set up my payroll (she may have left the company) no one can terminate me and I can’t rollover my 401k with Voya Financial.

Versatile and Easy to use
Commentaires : I am able to not only clock in and out, but can access pay stubs, estimate pay, complete reviews, update insurance and personal information and even have access to coupons and discounts.
Avantages :
I like all of the feature that are available for employees in the ADP platform. We are able to complete so many necessary tasks with this platform.
Inconvénients :
The software is hard to access from mobile devices. It does not format for mobile viewing and must be used on a desktop/laptop for best viewing.
Good for simple HR data and analytics, nightmare for more advanced details
Commentaires : Full HR ingegration between payroll, talent acquisition, HRIS, and employee relations.
Avantages :
At the employee level data is displayed in a friendly and easy to read way. Panels separate data into easy to understand groups.
Inconvénients :
Reporting is awful. Not being able to get accurate effective dates on single fields is awful for analytical reporting. Advanced reporting requires further work after the data is collected to process it into a meaningful method,
Love the software but there are issues linking Easy Labor with Total Source

Commentaires : Very good experience. Very useful software. You can view your profile and activity online and mobile apps.
Avantages :
It's a very good payroll software. I punched in and out accurately and I could view my time track online.

I LOVE working with ADP Totalsource. Their site is easy to manage and their service is impeccable.

Avantages :
Very easy to use. Do not need lessons to use and never need to contact support for assistance for every day things. I could probably state that in the time we have been using ADP Totalsource - approximately 6-8 years, I have had to contact support for their program/site less than 10 times.
Great Traditional Resource

Trusted the software, great customer service

Not customizable, our company has unique fields for performances, time off and other reporting that cannot be built into the total source.
Overall experience is great
Commentaires : With ADP handling all payroll and benefits I save many, many hours of work. I know the work will be done properly and be kept up with all current regulations.
Avantages :
Customer support is fabulous. Reps are always able to solve any problems I have save one (see cons). I rest assured knowing that all payroll related tasks are being dealt with properly and in a timely manner.
Inconvénients :
Reporting is weak. I am unable to use ireports and have spent a lot of time with ADP technicians trying to get this function to work to no avail. I would like to be able to run simply reports with just the data I need and not have to download tons of data into a spreadsheet and then sort it out.
Using ADP TotalSource does take away a good deal of the HR questions. Not a total solution.
Avantages :
Most categories are well defined, and easily accessible. It's good to be able to be able to get contact information that correspond to each category.
Inconvénients :
No longer works on Safari (we're an "Apple house"). 3rd party EZLabor does not work well with software. Time-out is way too short.

Perfect service for our company; offers a breadth of benefits and services our Company could not find on its own as a small employer. Easy to use, amazing customer service and dedicated support people.
