Good so far... getting better

Commentaires : Results will vary. Odro will talk to businesses about how they believe you can get the most out of their product; but of course, it depends on your market, country and so many other factors. Taking away the 'opinion' of what Odro can do as a sales tool and to talk about its functionality, I think it's good, but could be great.
If they added tools to edit the video (better than the basic snipping), then this could be used for so much more. I can imagine recruiters using it to release a lot more video content on LinkedIn for instance.

Avantages :

It's easy to use, especially now each consultant has a room assigned to them, rather than having to book them.

Inconvénients :

Would be great if it had a lot more features. Much better editing, able to overlay subtitles, sound editiing etc.

Odro for Training

Commentaires : Overall very positive, other than the screen sharing on one monitor and occasional freezing or lagging I am a big fan.

Avantages :

Ease of use by far! I lead to US onboarding and initial training at Meet so use it quite often and being able to have new users just bookmark the link in other offices from day one understand that is where they go for all meeting is very helpful. I don't have to waste time constantly creating and sending new meeting links.

Inconvénients :

The screen sharing when you don't have two monitors. It can be a bit annoying and even when I share a tab, I then have to leave the odro tab and can't see who I'm speaking to and what they can see. sometime being a problem because graduates are not sure what they are looking at and wont speak up if something is frozen or if there is an issue.

Commentaires : So far not great to be honest and as it stands we will not renew our agreement.

Avantages :

Easy to use and easy to understand. Odro continue to develop the product which I like

Inconvénients :

Not so much the product but the support - it seems to have disappeared. Emails/messages that we send are not answered. Weekly Podcasts that are promised don't happen. Feels like we have come on-board and now we are just left to it. Other suppliers work with us and so we feel part of something. Sadly this is not the case with Odro.

Bringing recruitment into the 21st Century!

Avantages :

Odro and Capture has a variety of features which I've received incredible feedback from and won clients' and candidates' trust and belief. As a business, it works extremely well as our USP! Thousands of new recruitment companies are created every year so the more we can stand out the better! Candidates find it easier to meet with me and mean I can meet with all of my candidates no matter where they are, we've even done some overseas video meetings!

Inconvénients :

There has been times where I have had difficulties with the recordings but luckily there is a great technical team on hand. What we do need is the Magic Button on outlook to work for ODRO recordings as well as Captures.

Avantages :

Odro is very easy to use, and my candidates have even complimented the software when using it. The videos are often clear and you are able to record meetings which is extremely useful.

Inconvénients :

Occasionally I have issues with candidates accessing the link.

Great Tool - slightly misaligned

Commentaires : It is a good tool, the company were more than willing to help. However, I think they need to have a multi pronged strategy instead of pushing this as a business development tool.

Avantages :

The video interview / application for candidates. This is more and more common with our clients and competitors - and I can see this being a standard application tool in the future.

Inconvénients :

The push to make it a business development tool - I do not see (or heard through contacts in the industry) this is an effective tool in business development. It is definitely an added feature when discussing with clients - and a good one. However, sending out 25 videos a week to potential client was not a good ROI for our consultants.

Brief overview

Commentaires : Great overall, only been using is for a couple months. But overall it's been good.
Using it for live video interviews, solos interviews as like a pre-screen.

Avantages :

It's quick and easy, no login details required for the candidates side of things. Can use it anywhere on your phone.

Inconvénients :

Some people have struggled getting connected to it, and sometimes there's audio problems. But that would all depend on the user using it.

Odro for international Executive Search

Commentaires : The Customer Support rep initially did not pick up the fact I was in a non supported office for video calling. The senior executives often do not want to video call because they only have time for a phone call and also some candidates offices/backgrounds at home can seem unprofessional to clients. I’m sure Odro works really well for tech recruitment and marketing/design type recruitment where informality is ok. For executive search I wouldn’t recommend it.

Avantages :

The software is easy to use, I found it easy to create video introductions and send these to clients and candidates. The interview platform is good however there’s no functionality for editing.

Inconvénients :

The video quality for interviews is not good. You never know whether this is Odro or the candidates internet connection. For executive search everything has to be perfect, the solution only works if all candidates video interviews go perfectly otherwise you’re sending some standard CV’s separate to the video shortlist.

Definitely not worth paying for

Commentaires : I would not mind using it if it were free, skype is better

Avantages :

A picture speaks a 1000 words... and a video goes even further. Standing out from the competition when making new clients and contacts is always hard. Sending a personalised video and being able to use odro as a unique service / product has made making new contacts so much easier.

Inconvénients :

Can be a bit laggy at times and have had instances of not being able to save videos.

Avantages :

Ease of use on Linkedin, ability to attach files, rename and change details also really helps Great for bulk adverts for jobs

Inconvénients :

Cannot use on PDF's - I like using Odro to spec CV's via email whilst looking at a CV and talking a manager through it. If you could use it on a PDF would be ideal! Not enough time to set up camera etc and use!

Can have the occasional technical issue with the videos and software itself (might be due to our substandard computers though)

Commentaires : I like the product but the contact we had (although I think she has left) was constantly on at everyone to use it which was really annoying to the team. It was brought in as an option, not to be contacted every week demanding we increase usage.

Commentaires : It is helping me to reach clients that have in the past been hard to get hold of.

Avantages :

I use Odro for the Capture tool to support my business development. It's easy to use and offers something different to your bog standard emails/cold calls. I can personalise my message by filming whilst on the clients website and highlighting areas we could deliver better results.

Inconvénients :

I haven't actually come across anything that I don't like about the tool. Granted I haven't used this for a long period of time however it really does do exactly what they told me it would do.

Commentaires : Brilliant. Easy for clients to use, great feedback from clients and a fee closed inside 4 weeks of us bringing it on.

Avantages :

Layout of the dashboard is really issue The step by step instructions that candidates receive on the solo interview stages Ease of use on multiple different devices mobile etc

Inconvénients :

From the consultant back end its a little "clicky" to begin with thats more of a familiarity issue than anything wrong with the product.

Too much too soon

Commentaires : It would have been nice for Odro to have dug deeper into our business and really highlighted to us whether this platform was suitable for us or not given our work loads, and digital ability to use it.

Inconvénients :

I found that the software is far more for a recruiter who has more digital ability and more time to dedicate to this.
