Avantages :

La facilité d'utilisation du produit, la prise en main est très facile.

Inconvénients :

Leur malhonnêteté, j'avais acheté un accès à vie. Il a été suspendu au bout d'un an. Il fallait prendre un support obligatoire du prix d'un abonnement, le support est inexistant. Cette condition n'était pas dite lors de l'achat. La société n'a pas tenu ses engagements.

L'outil idéal pour suivre ses perfs SEO

Avantages :

Un bon complément à la Search Console pour suivre l'évolution des positions de ses mots-clés sur Google.

Inconvénients :

Il n'est pas possible de suivre les mots-clés sur Baidu.

Avantages :

Ranktracker is the all-in-one platform for SEO that I was looking for. I love how it combines everything you need into one place, including rank tracking, keyword research, site testing, and more. The feature that impresses me the most is still rank tracking, I like its user interface and data fetching speed.

Inconvénients :

I think they need to improve on the keyword research and audit feature.

Avantages :

I was initially not impressed with it, due to some reviews and questions asked are showing that the solution is not mature yet with some bugs and so on. However, after I tested out the trial, i decided to get it, since there is a refund period. I made the right choice! With the proper extensive testing across multiple domains and competitors, with a few days of proper data populating. I am quite impressed and finally see the value and the direction it is going toward. I am early looking forward to the features stated in the roadmap, and most of all I like how responsive their team is. Support or question sometime have delays or slow, but to me it is understandable since we are working all in different time zone, and also weekends, and COVID19 really do impact a lot. Also it is comforting when you do see the team adding minor features, big fixes, and response to issue, or at least acknowledge the issues exist. Being active on their own blog and FB group is a big plus, some of the guide and articles put out is quite user friendly for those who just starting out. All in all, I am glad that I bought it and tested it out properly across multiple domain & with a few days of data populating and monitoring.

Inconvénients :

Site Audit have some bugs, or obviously weird result. But the others category of fixes did help me found out few of the issues I wasn't aware of. Looking forward to the improved version of the site audit.

This is not a company you should trust with your business or data. The [sensitive content hidden], has no issue with using deceptive tactics in order to rope in users and leaving them in the dust without hesitation. Here are several examples (and it he chooses to flag this review, I'm more than happy to provide proof): 1) Placing lifetime deal users behind a paywall masquerading as a "Support Plan". Several years ago, [sensitive content hidden] ran a lifetime deal promotion campaign with AppSumo. These licenses started from $49 with the promise of providing lifetime access to their software for an early investment to beta software, essentially. Shortly after, [sensitive content hidden] began to strip access to our accounts and in order to receive "priority support" to restore access, and we had to purchase a "Support plan". Over the last year, I was given the same boilerplate response from [sensitive content hidden] and have not had access restored since. I've tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately here I am writing this review. 2) Promising features to get the sale. Prior to purchasing a lifetime deal license, I asked if he was going to include Amazon rank tracking in the future. Without hesitation, his response was a solid yes. 2 years later, it was clear there was no intention to do so. He's money hungry and will do whatever it takes for financial gain and getting users trapped in his ecosystem. They key for [sensitive content hidden] is to squeeze every bit of money out of his users without offering anything in return and goes about it in a shameless way. From an objective standpoint, the software works and works well. I enjoyed the features and the visibility it offered to my SEO, HOWEVER, it comes down to which horse you're willing to back in a space with so many options. [sensitive content hidden] is someone with vision but lacks deeply in ethics and values as a founder in this space. With so much competition and comparable platforms, I don't see the incentive in investing the time and effort to integrate Ranktracker as a core piece in your SEO toolkit and initiatives. The trust isn't there and to wake up one day and everything you've put into setting it up the workflow to be gone is a bit too unsettling for my blood. [sensitive content hidden], do better. Everyone else - buyer beware and know who you're getting into bed with. It's not pretty once you wake up.

Accurate Rank Tracking Software

Avantages :

This is a very good rank tracker with accurate results. Have shared the dashboards with clients and they are happy the rankings match actual positioning for keywords.

Inconvénients :

Not many issues here, it does what it is marketed as and will only get better with age. Be good to be able to connect search console and analytics. Hopefully this is a feature that gets implemented soon.

For Keyword research powerful tools with simple interface

Commentaires : In one word if I have to say about Rank tracker, I must say " Powerful with simple interface". It provides me all SEO features to complete my project like SEO checklist, auditing in such an easy way. Moreover, anyone can quickly understand without any hassle. I tested with other similar tools, In my opinion Rank Tracker is one the best among them.

Avantages :

By using the Rank tracker, I track my website keyword's actual organic search position. Comparing with other similar tools I get that its provided mot accurate data based on organic research. Rank tracker has well designed & very easy user-friendly interface. In the Rank Tracker, I like most, the result I get from my search is very easy to understand. With the Audit feature and SEO checklist, which is cool for me, I can able to provide services to my clients more accurately. I got all the features in APPSUMO at a such cheap rate, that's why I can easily test this tool, the result is pretty good for me. They recently add GMB position search option, it's something interesting.

Inconvénients :

I was wondering, they need to improve the keyword difficulty section, we need to click on the small icon after search to view the keyword difficulties. They should add this in the default search section.

Bad customer support

Powerful Rank Tracker and Keyword Analysis Tool

Commentaires : Amazing so far. The tool is fairly new but the UI is really great. The workflow for domain setup is very smooth and logical.

Avantages :

Very easy to read and analyze the data. Stat seem to be quite accurate. Many options for search engines and desktop v mobile tracking.

Inconvénients :

Currently the keyword difficulty is not the easiest to determine as it is hidden and has to be manually requested. This should be solved soon according to support. Unless you’re doing crazy amounts of keyword research in one session its not that big of a deal.

Great tool for checking site rankings

Commentaires : Ranktracker was amazingly easy to setup. Getting info was pretty quick though the backlinks seem to take a little longer.

It has a lot of features. The seo audit and the seo checklist were handy while giving some good info about all the keywords you are tracking.

Inconvénients :

In the backlinks I don't see a way to filter to just the specific root domain rather than every single link from the domain.

Very Powerful SEO Tool

Ranktracker - SEO For The Rest Of Us

Commentaires : Ranktracker allows me to do most of my SEO work within one tool set rather than spending time jumping to multiple sites and tools. It is also easy to use and understand, which sets it apart from many of the other "professional" SEO sites. With the included tutorials I was able to get up and running very quickly without having to go to help files or FAQs.

Avantages :

For those who don't know much about SEO, Ranktracker has a great tutorial section on SEO and "How To Rank", as well as a really nice onboarding/guided tour feature to explain the interface and the tools available. The dashboard is a clean and easy to understand at-a-glance view of your SEO but not lacking in detail. I love how I can search globally to find the best keywords, including niche and long-tail keywords. The combination of difficulty rating and search volumes helps in decision-making on the best keywords to use. The Keyword Finder is great for searching out additional keywords beyond those you may have thought of. I like to see how my competition is ranking and how I rank compared to them. (I discovered that most of my competitors are NOT utilizing SEO to the fullest, so this has opened up multiple opportunities that I would not have been aware of if I hadn't been using Ranktracker!) The SERP checker is another tool that is invaluable for checking the competition, comparing my ranking and finding those opportunities to assist in improving my SERP ranking. The Web Audit is useful for hunting down and fixing SEO related issues on a website. I like how my site is compared to competitors to expose areas where I can improve my standing and maybe even gain a competitive edge.

Inconvénients :

There are a few things, like a backlink tool and a content tool that I would find useful (they are on the roadmap).

Dont trust this company

You can check it on AppSumo, there is a report about them how they violated their terms and want to charge Lifetime Users again and again.

Avantages :

The tool itself is okay, pretty buggy, but mostly does the job in the basic functions. The SEO Analysis and website recommendations are totally worthless, keyword tracking is ok, but is cutted to just some keywords. If you want more, you will have to pay again.

Inconvénients :

The customer service is useless and they are changing paid plans and try to charge you more. When asking them whats going on there, they will just ghost you.

Total scam.

Avantages :

Nothing. I can't access it. It's a total scam. Buy a life time deal and then they effectively revoke all access by putting all the features behind a paywall (unless you pay for priority support you don't want or need).

Inconvénients :

As with so many others, I bought a life time deal from AppSumo. So far so good. Nice tool, really useful. Then they effectively put our account behind a paywall, totally blocking access to the tool unless we buy for yearly support. I don't want yearly support. I don't need it. I just need access to the product I bought. Honour your commitments to the many people who bought your deal, and stop being a shameful company. And if you didn't buy an AppSumo life time deal, don't worry, they could change the rules on you at any time, effectively stealing the money you've paid for their product. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Hello, I feel like I should start off by saying that I’m not one to pop off about a company. I completely understand that not every customer service interaction is going to be a home run, but in this instance the guy running RankTracker.com ([SENSITIVE CONTENT] is his name apparently), has lied and conned me out of $1000. Ultimately, it’s hard not to feel like this has all been a total scam and I just hope no one else falls prey to this guy - here is the story.I signed up for their Black Friday 7-day free trial but then their platform was down for several days of that trial so I requested, and was granted, an extension (I asked for 7 days and this [SENSITIVE CONTENT] character gave me 5, so great). But then suddenly my credit card was charged just under $1000 during the “free trial" extension. I reached out to this guy, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], who apparently owns the platform, and he agreed to issue a refund.Since then I've heard nothing, totally ghosted, no refund or follow-up and that was days ago so now here I am, forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.What is bizarre is that I was in a trial, so basically right on the cusp of a sale, and then this guy decides to just steal the money. It makes no sense other than to classify this guy and ranktracker.com as a total scam. I just hope no one else falls prey to these guys.

Great Product But Needs More Work

I like that it is affordable and easy to use. It has helped me keep track of my rankings and understand what is working and what isn't. I also like that it provides me with information on the keywords that rank for my website.

Even with the data I get on the tool, I need to go to a different page to find out what exactly I need to change. For example, if something is wrong with one of my webpages headers, it just shows that there is an issue and I need to go to my website to find out where the issue is. I would prefer to see it in the RankTracker Software itself.

Excellent SaaS for rank tracking and keyword research!

Commentaires : My overall impression of RankTracker is quite obvious - it's really good. Worth mentioning too is their great support. It's a UK company and despite that it's in the middle of the night for them, they respond interactively in the customer support chat. I am amazed! So in all:
Excellent product/service. Needs a few improvements in the website audit, but improvements are coming rapidly, the developers and the product management are really responsive to the customers and new features are launched often. My overall rating is 5 stars out of 5 possible.

Avantages :

The rank tracking is in it's own league. When I compare it to other services, RankTracker stands out clearly as the better option. This company is listening a lot to its users so I am sure that the future will also come with a lot of new features. Just today, just as an example, they added a feature that many had asked for. Speedy delivery of a new feature that made the product much more versatile.

Inconvénients :

Without any doubt the website audit. It does many things right, but why doesn't t for instance recognize that URL rewrite IS enabled, that there are defined 404 pages etc? I just ignore that feature for now and wait for it to become excellent too, as the rest of the tool.

My "go-to-tool" for Keyword volumes and difficulty

I enjoy especially the value that I get out of this tool compared to many other "industry leader tools". Ranktracker certainly isn't the "best" one out there, as the tool is still quite young, but it's certainly what I myself was looking to get when I got my subscription. RT has all the core functionalities of a great SEO tool that I could wish to have at this price point and even more, and I trust that I will see even more positive development on its features.

Inconvénients :

This is actually quite hard question to answer, as Ranktracker has more or less all the core SEO features that I am looking to use, but if I "had to" mention something, I guess it would be to have the keyword difficulties always up-to-date so I wouldn't have to use more credits to update them if I wish to see the most recent KW difficulty analysis from the tool. However, this is a very minor thing.

Stay away, they wiull force you into a support contract or deny access to your data
