Avantages :

I like that texts are able to be easily located by guest name. I also like that there are two categories for texts that have been opened, but not responded to.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was an easier way to change automated messages or auto filled messages.

Commentaires : It has been great. It is very user friendly and is a wonderful asset for training and tracking.

Avantages :

That it calls when a patient submits a form so that we can respond to patients right away and all of the tracking capabilities that it has.

Inconvénients :

nothing that I can think of at this time. I love everything about it and new features that have come out.

Commentaires : Liine is a great business and they provide a great product, as well as exceptional customer service. Many of our clients and our internal team constantly have questions regarding how to set up or use the software and they are always quick to answer or help troubleshoot.

Avantages :

Liine is a great business development tool for practices who are focusing on improving lead performance, conversion rates, customer service, etc. Since most of the software is automated, it saves the practice time, which I know is a big deal for many busy, small businesses. I haven't seen a similar product that is as accessible in the market as Liine is.

Inconvénients :

Since the product is so unique, there is a learning curve. Most of our customers are not great with technology in general, so it becomes difficult for them to learn and understand the software and how to properly use it so they can receive the maximum benefits from it.

Avantages :

I love the simplicity of use. I'm not at all technically inclined. However, I had no trouble learning to use Liine and I love the amount of information I can extract from it!

Inconvénients :

I wish it included the option to create templates for communicating with leads.

Liine is the tool that you didn't know you needed

Avantages :

Being able to read transcripts and get data of conversions is the most valuable part of Liine.

Inconvénients :

The price is pretty high, I would love to be able to record all calls, but it is out of my pricerange.

Commentaires : I love the statistics that Liine gives us. The frame work is written really well and very easy to follow along.

Avantages :

I loved the dashboard and how you can customize it to only view what you need to view. The customer support has always been great to work with also!

Inconvénients :

I had a hard time with not understanding the 'Decided' vs 'Undecided' calls at times. It would get confusing at times because we would think it should be one way and it was documented another way.

Commentaires : Overall our experience has been great. As stated, we now utilize key metrics in our decision making process. The team is willing to help in any way possible and is extremely easy to work with.

Avantages :

The Liine dashboard gives us visibility on key metrics we otherwise would have been blind to. The Liine team makes implementation and changes seamless. They are always available and responsive.

Inconvénients :

A desired feature would be an integration with our EMR. For example, we'd like to see if patients show up and convert to treatment after being put in a certain marketing channel.

Incredible software for lead management

Commentaires : I cannot say enough great things about Liine. I have very high expectations when it comes to lead management platforms, and Liine has blown me away. Their platform is incredibly smart and user friendly. We have been able to really drill down where our leads are coming from, what our ROI is with certain social media platforms, and also using it as a coaching opportunity for our employees who need help with converting since Liine is able to record all calls. I have recommended them to other colleagues.And their service is unlike anything out there. Their team is fun, engaging and respond instantly to our inquiries. I truly recommend them!!

Avantages :

Very easy to use!!! And the service is fantastic

Integration with our current system but other then that , I can’t think of any

Great tool to assist with scheduling dental patients

Commentaires : All in all, it is a very easy tool to use and which I am on all day. Has brought us some excellent dental implant patients to the practice.

Avantages :

Gives me more information than just the patients name. Get reason, office they want to schedule at and an email address.

Inconvénients :

No that I like the least but sometimes when I "manually update", there are some patients that I just screen shot and send info to the office as its something they have to handle. So at the end it asks if they have appointed and the patient may get appointed soon, but not at that moment. Or, wish I could put more notes in that area so information can be added.

Having the ability to read through the calls when listening wasn’t available. All the filters to scan through certain types of calls.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes calls would get graded incorrectly.

Love using Liine!

Commentaires : This solves the problem of trying to find out what the return on investment is for marketing and advertising. Also helps me see where my leads are in the sales process and how my staff can do better on the phone to improve lead conversion!

Avantages :

Liine has really helped my clients see true ROI for their marketing campaigns. The call recording feature also helps them review front desk staff performance and implement training to learn how to handle calls better!

Inconvénients :

I think there is a learning curve but with the right support it becomes second nature to navigate :)

I like have concrete data to track our calls and call data. There is a large variety in charts and information that the company provides

Inconvénients :

It would be nice to have more options for the reason the caller didn't book. There can be some inconsistency on call scores such as message utilization.

Commentaires : i really like the concept of not missing any incoming inquiries, although people still think we are spamming their phone and tend to not answer then call back thinking we did not call them back

Having patient information right in front of you, knowing the general reason they are inquiring, having more information that just a phone number

That you cant change the department if a patient or liine has it wrong, duplicates are not caught

We love the website leads that come into our office immediately after a prospective patient as requested information. It helps us respond more quickly and have a system of follow up.

Avantages :

I like that it compartmentalizes the information that is needed to further assist new leads. It is very helpful that calls are recorded as we can refer back to the phone calls and ensure that information is clearly and correctly communicated as well as utilize for training purposes.
