Avantages :

Logiciel facile à utiliser, très simple et une option presque infinie à utiliser. Le contenu est facilement maintenu, les mise à jour sont automatique, c'est un excellent logiciel

Great tool to digitize your brand guideline

Commentaires : We used Frontify to digitize our brand guidelines and to provide access to it for all our colleagues around the globe. It's a great tool to present all aspects of your brand and to guide everyone through your brand. It is also a great asset tool for your images/photography and videos, icons and documents. You can also easily personalize your content. The support and training provided by Frontify is a great help even if the tool is very self-explaining. It's the perfect software to digitize your brand standards.

Avantages :

It's an easy-to-use software, self-explaining and almost endless option to use. The content are easily maintained, changes and updates are done immediately. The management of the user groups, user rights and the targets are very smart. It's a great software for all the needs of a brand portal: for guidelines as well as icon, media and document libraries. And it's perfect for all those who have multiple brands to manage.

Inconvénients :

Some functionalities in the presentation of the content can be improved, e.g. using tables

Commentaires : The overall experience is great. With Frontify, we have made a large portion of the organisation brand ambassadors that keep our brand expression consistent, accessible and engaging.

Avantages :

Frontify has enabled us to work consistently with our brand across the entire organisation. It has simplified all aspects of our brand management, while at the same time increasing internal brand engagement and commitment a lot, from understanding and emotionally connect to the brand core identity to finding the right assets at the right time. The Frontify support function is also very responsive in every stage of the process, always friendly, agile and helpful regardless of the matter.

Inconvénients :

Some parts of the Frontify set up process and administration are somewhat unintuitive and hard to grasp. The backend UI is also not the best from an admin user perspective, with some processes being a bit unclear and overly complex. There are also some bugs within some features, but nothing that can't be worked around.

Commentaires : Good solutions that are being improved upon. Also pretty great customer support when you need it.

Avantages :

That anyone on the team can use the software to update guidelines, control the CMS system, and deploy updated content.

Inconvénients :

There is a bit of a learning curve, especially on the admin side.

Easy and quickly accessible for end users

Avantages :

It allows for everyone within the company to easily access correct images, videos, as well as branding (products: templates). By making use of correct user groups, you as an admin can easily determine what every end user can and cannot see.

Inconvénients :

It is not necessarily something I did not like, but it took quite some time to manage all the assets we wanted to migrate and getting a hang of how to correctly use the templates. Our designers made quite some mistakes in the InDesign files in the beginning, which resulted in us having to update the templates regurarly.

The Publisher is my hero!

Commentaires : I think Frontify is a great software. It's very helpful to have one link for all brand elements and that we are able to personalise it.
While building our own style guide, the customer success manager was very helpful with full detailed trainings and keeps me up to date with new features.

Avantages :

There are many departments in my company that need a lot of banner designs, so I made templates that are easy to use and saves me a lot of time. My colleagues are very happy with this and it gives them the freedom of making their own banners when they need it. Also with the approval feature, I can check if the brand guidelines are respected.

Inconvénients :

Hopefully one day we could be able to implement Adobe illustrator files instead of sketch. Our company uses a lot of vectors and illustrations, so it would be nice to be able to change/edit those in the publisher.

Avantages :

It's very easy to use and to set up. We work in a big company, so lots of people use it. Everyone is very happy with it. The template function is amazing, saves us al lot of work and everyone in the company makes use of it. Also the costumer support is fantastic, really helpful and and quick response.

Inconvénients :

It would be nice to have a better function for resizing images (zooming in and out) within a frame in the templates.

Avantages :

Great experience using Frontify

Commentaires : Overall I enjoy using it. Finding out that there are new features is exciting and I look forward to making updates and building new sections for my team to discover content.

Avantages :

It is SO easy to use and make updates. The team also listens to our feedback as users and considers it when building new features.

Inconvénients :

Our libraries and internal sections are growing quickly so we need more subcategory options but I'm sure this can be taken care of.

Commentaires : Yeah it's pretty good overall. I can't complain. Maybe in the future you should consider having different modes available, e.g. Writer's mode, Designer's mode, etc.

Avantages :

Clean UI and the navigation is fairly decent Lots of customisable features are nice, adjusting typography, etc. The support team is very good too, so thanks for that.

Inconvénients :

I would like to drag and drop content (like supernova) Some copy/paste functions are buggy. As a writer, it would be nice to be able to tab skip between text blocks too. I also really dislike having to re-log in every hour or so....

Change the way an organization thinks about a brand

Commentaires : Intuitive, broad functionality. But some of it seems to be coming from an evolution process rather than from a long term vision.

Avantages :

Involves the entire organization: In order to create an on-brand presentation, users need the template, images, icons, font etc. That's how Frontify sneaks into the daily business of all employees.

Inconvénients :

It is not fully mature. Some features are not fully integrated, functionality does not allow granular configuration. Some processes are not (yet) fully thought through.

Commentaires : Exciting experience!! we can't wait to publish the portal and see the employee's responses.

Avantages :

I love the ease of use and editing, and the clean and simple result. I'm sure a lot of employees will like the new portal and find it useful. I like that there are dedicated features for a brand book like Do's and Don'ts and more. I love the technical support provided by the chat which also includes the support of a Customer success person on your behalf, and many useful articles in the academy.

Inconvénients :

I am missing the option to hide certain parts within a page and not just the entire page. I lack the ability to copy and paste parts I have designed and based on them in other places. Sometimes you need to refresh the page for a particular action to be a ceiling (like deleting headings below an image) I'm missing the ability to upload a PDF as a format in the Logos library.

This is the value of your business. Email marketing is fab here. There are many features that will be very useful to market your business. If you are tight in money definitely go for it.

The first time it is likely hard to use. But after using it several times it just got better. Maybe social media can be improved.

Brand consistency with Frontify

Commentaires : Frontify is simply the best solution to achieve brand consistency in the digital age. It is an super ease-of-use and we didn't even need to train our staff on it, because it was self explaining in nearly every point.

Commentaires : Very happy with the product, more team members who learn about it, want access for other applications.

Avantages :

Its a great product and we've been with them from almost the beginning. Great to see they've worked with us as the product has changed.

Inconvénients :

Some limitations on versioning when edits are made. So there needs to be a bit on on-boarding to make sure nothing is removed by accident.

Avantages :

Frontify is a great tool for any company, it has a great UI, this makes it very easy to use for beginners. But Frontify has a lot of functionalities which also makes it great for advanced users.

Inconvénients :

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Frontify. Never experienced any bugs.

Intuitive interface

Commentaires : Early days, but we plan to make the tone of voice and visual guidelines more accessible and more detailed for content creators in the company to use. We wanted a portal that looks and feels good so as to encourage people to revisit the site for referencing any information they made need. Ultimately, to make our company brand scalable.

Avantages :

The user-friendly design of Frontify is the most appealing part of the product. Additionally, the functionality for building brand guidelines is very well thought through.

Inconvénients :

It's a bit on the expensive side - particularly if you want to get a domain name.

Commentaires : Frontify, gives us the possibility to showcase our creativity digitally to our clients and give them a modern (easy to use) solution for the good but old fashioned brandbooks. With a Frontify brandbook we can show our clients that we think in modern solutions and make their and off course our work a bit more easy and cheaper. A true win win scenario for everybody.

Great Brand managment tool!

Avantages :

Frontify allows you to create a very easy and complete online style guide with the possibilities to download the assets directly from the platform. I found this function really great for sharing the different materials within the company members and also outside.

Inconvénients :

I think the software is overall very well organized and complete, I don't have any complaints.

It's so easy to use, extremely flexible, and allows us to focus on the actual brand management instead of maintaining the software that supports the brand management needs.
