The Ultimate Canadian Answer for Newsletters and Contact Management

5,0 il y a 6 ans

Commentaires : What works for one subscriber may not be for others. Customization is the key to handle different groups and Envoke makes it easy to cater to your target markets by creating collateral and content their users will find informational, interesting or newsworthy.

Avantages :

More usable features than one can imagine. Everything is thought of and easily available. Don't like something or need a change or update the management team is very nimble and keen to help you and advance the system for all users.

Inconvénients :

It took a while to fully understand and utilize this elaborate system. And for a small business not fully ready to roll out there should be no charge up until you use it. It may cost some considerable expense to keep systems live for potential customers. But when they are ready to use it on a small or large scale it becomes highly addictive. Anyone who tests or tries it should be encouraged to use it more often rather than shut them down. Even a sample database of 100 subscribers could grow to thousands rather than risk hard earned users to opt-out and eventually go to the competition.

Great Tool!

5,0 il y a 4 ans

Avantages :

Envoke functionality is great and fully meets our needs. I really appreciate the FANTASTIC customer support, the online documentation and the embedded helper information. This makes it very easy to create lists and filters, upload contacts, build templates and emails and schedule campaigns. We reduced production time significantly- it only takes a couple minutes to setup an email campaign! I also really like the AB testing functionality (very easy to use and very effective), the welcome autoresponders or how easy it is to resend to contacts who did not open. Highly recommend this tool!

Inconvénients :

New features are added all the time. This is much appreciated!

Great option at very good price

4,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : It opened up a way to mass and target communicate with our members that we hadn't been able to do before, except in a very manual way. And the fact that it was a Canadian company, and all CASL compliant sold it for us. The folks at Envoke have been great to work with, and very responsive to inquiries.

Avantages :

I think the ability to not only segment your email lists, but also solid templates that you can use and modify, or build new ones from scratch.

Inconvénients :

Integration hasn't really been a problem, but its tricky having images or text transfer within an email inside a template that will scale easily between desktop and mobile. Until you're more familiar with what it can and can't do, it takes some adjustment.

Thanks for the nice review, Kelly. As for the email editor, a major update is scheduled for release in a month. We're interested in your feedback once you've had a chance to try it out.

Excellent Software

5,0 il y a 3 ans

Commentaires : Much better than the previous software our company was using. Customer management and message design were easy to use. Customer support was excellent in helping achieve our goals.

Avantages :

Customer management is easy to follow. Allows custom fields to be uploaded and dynamically included in messages. Excellent customization on message content. Quick and helpful support team.

Inconvénients :

No problems encountered while using the software. Maybe offer low-price/low-volume options on the pricing page for smaller businesses.

Economic Development Newsletter

Avantages :

After researching various newsletter software, Envoke seemed to check all the boxes of its competitors and we felt provided a better overall value. A bonus was that it's a Canadian owned company which put a high emphasis on following Canada's CASL legislation.

Inconvénients :

So far we have not had any negative issues with the software and any minor issue has been cleared up quickly with prompt customer service.

CASL Compliance

5,0 il y a 6 ans

Commentaires : Envoke sales people were the exactly on target with the amount of attention. Not too pushy, but always available to assist. And, if I ever have questions, I get my problems resolved quickly. But, mostly, it's pretty simple to use.

Avantages :

I liked that my emails look professional and that it's easy to use. I love that it's low cost. Most importantly, it makes compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation easy.

Inconvénients :

I'd like to see more font options so that I could match my branding.

A truly all-in-one platform

5,0 il y a 8 ans

Commentaires : The core value we get from Envoke is that it's a central place where everything lives. This includes our email database, our marketing database, the history of each contact and every action they've ever taken. The connection between our PPC campaign data and data we get from our product via the API is crucial. I rely on the Envoke database more than our internal database because it has everything I need for marketing. For example, our internal database tells me what people are doing with us, but it doesn't have visits, campaigns, etc. I have used Pardot and other bigger systems, but the way Envoke is set up gives me the most value. The launch of the new Engagement Builder is a great step in improving our marketing workflow. Now we can create forms, landing pages, nurture programs, and deliver lead generation offers much more quickly. As a company with a lot of traffic, this is a big lever for us. Being able to do it ourselves and keep everything connected is important. Many people use single solution products for these elements, but in doing so, they miss the value of having a single marketing database with everything connected. New users do need a fair amount of onboarding but the setup services are hands-on and extensive. Their support is good and responses are quite quick.

Avantages :

- All in one solution (forms, emails, database, reports etc.) - Powerful Database: houses all our data in one place. - Great support - Constantly improving and adding new features.

Inconvénients :

- Not as intuitive at first (but all marketing automation systems having a learning curve)

User friendly, easy to integrate, great customer service. What more could you need?

5,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : It was an easy transition from mail chimp. The data is housed in Canada so we are above board with the technological regulations. The templates were easy to set up, and they actually look better then they did before. The content is much more organized with the ability to set up different subaccounts. The importing of contacts was quick and easy and I didn't have to worry about losing any valuable contacts through the transition. Great customer service whenever we had any issues. Top notch.

Avantages :

The platform made it easy to keep all of our different email campaigns organized. We have multiple groups in our organization that send email campaigns and it's nice to be able to have different subaccounts to keep all the different content separate and organized. There's many customizable features with the messages so all of our email campaigns look really appealing and sleek.

Inconvénients :

The only issue I've come across with envoke was not being able to have mutiple users in the same message editing it. If one person exits the message you might lose the work done by another.

Effective, affordable, easy to use product with excellent customer service!

Commentaires : Envoke offers what a large email marketing program offers at a similar price with better customer service. And we prioritize working with local, small businesses.

Avantages :

Inconvénients :

I would have said the user language was different than I was used to, but they recently upgraded this, and I find it makes more sense to my level of experience.

Have used their services for over 15 years and very happy with experience

4,0 il y a 8 ans

Commentaires : No other way to send thousands of B2B emails and get the statistics that they have. Wish I had taken the CASL issue more seriously earlier in the process

Avantages :

Well laid out and flexible for viewing several reports. Fast too. Easy to navigate. Reliable, only down once or twice in 15 years and I'm on it often during the day.

Inconvénients :

The save button on the contact screen isn't line up with the close button above it. The formatting in my newsletters is awkward...can't seem to get the line spacing right above and below an image.

User-friendly, robust software

5,0 il y a 2 ans

Commentaires : I have been using Envoke for almost 2 years now. I have used similar platforms in the past and I can truly say that Envoke provides an easy-to-use software for many uses.

Avantages :

It's list management, statistics, and easy-to-use templates

Inconvénients :

The fact that you cannot immediately see why an email address has been rejected when uploading new contacts - you are required to click through to another location to view the rejected records.

Customer Service

5,0 il y a 6 ans

Commentaires : It's been excellent. Several other programs on campus also use it now because of our experience. The functionality is perfect for what we need it to do. And again, can't say enough about the support staff.

Avantages :

The support we receive from customer service is stellar.

Inconvénients :

I only personally use it every 4 times a year and I don't find it to be overly intuitive - particularly when I'm creating distribution lists 'interests' - the naming convention is odd to me and because I use it so infrequently I find it quite foreign every time I use it. Operator issue though - I'm sure if I used it more often it would be much easier.

Worked with Envoke for a number of years now and I've found the UI very easy to work with.

4,0 il y a 8 ans

Avantages :

The advanced stats for clicks, opens, tracked URLs, failures, etc. The speed at which support tickets are resolved.

Inconvénients :

Hard to say, I've always found it easy to use and have never had a bad experience with the software/application.

Réponse de l'équipe de Envoke

Thanks Gary, We've always been proud of the advanced stats, allowing drill down to individual contact records ¿ including errors ¿ but the truth is the interface has become a little old. So, we have a serious upgrade to the stats interface on the way! I expect to see it in the next few weeks. I'd love to hear your feedback in the support system

Amazing customer support and great features with affordable and flexible pricing and it's Canadian

5,0 il y a 7 ans

Avantages :

They are constantly expanding the features and functionality of the program. They are extremely responsive to customer input and requests. The program itself is relatively easy to use (getting easier all the time) and if there are new features there is great documentation and support with them. Customers can even get one-on-one phone tutorials if they are stuck with a feature. The pricing scheme is great: buy as many credits as you need for your company, and they don't expire.

Inconvénients :

Some basic features are still missing / a bit awkward (e.g. different colored text within a paragraph isn't possible yet). Making a template is easy; using it is still a bit awkward.
