Inconvénients :

The home screen is slow in loading the available guides when scrolling down. The search feature helps, but some operators get discouraged by the length of time it takes to navigate the home screen.

Commentaires : Very easy and fun to use platform and seems very easily accessible to our users.

Avantages :

The fact we can use GIF's instead of images made the life easier to show complex acts.

Inconvénients :

Image gallery feature. I would like a centralized image gallery where you can upload in bulk, select and use. Would like the loading of images to be much faster.

Occasionally when editing a step, deleting text can cause the cursor to rearrange the letters in words.

The procedures in video are very practical and very useful for the TeamThe availability of information on the system from different Opcos facilitate the use of good practices and no need to reinvent the wheel

If we could add notification features to remind on activities to be executed on a timely manner. That could help the operation, not only having the information available but to be able to plan the execution on a daily basis on the system and receiving notification on our phone would be fantastic.

Some features like photo editing could be upgraded. Also the size of the picture and video that can be uploaded could be increased so a process can be shown in entirety instead of having to trim videos to fit.Sometimes end users complain about the choppy videos .

Commentaires : I think swipe guide is a very useful program. I like having to creating procedures and implement them to allow a more efficient process with training, assembly, etc.....

Avantages :

I like the ability to zero in on a procedure and ensure the correct way of doing assembly, tasks, what to wear etc... when implemented its great for when questions arise, you have a guide to reference and help answer those questions. It also cuts down on training time because the associate can look through the guide before having to do the physical training.

Inconvénients :

I wish there were more ways the manipulate shapes in the pictures. I should be able to do a curved arrow or manipulate a box if I need too. It can also be difficult when viewing on an iPad. sometimes when you press for the next slide, it will skip a slide and move two slides forward which can be difficult when training

Has the potential to promote engagement because shopfloor operator can easily create content and help each other. Its important for the on-boarding and training of temporary people and has a strong impact in increasing efficiency of our bottling packaging lines, by reduce changeover time, reduce minor stops and reduce safety risks.

Inconvénients :

The platform is often slow and difficult to access by mobile phone. The approval workflow do not works properly. When a change is made in one instruction, is difficult do see what was changed, because the advice is at Guide level.

Use of swipeguide

Commentaires : We are implementing work instructions that are now in excell. The biggest advantage is that we have all the instructions in one place and not all over the computers.

Avantages :

It is very easy to use. Every operator can work with it, even the older operators are positive about the program. Very clear steps to follow and the possibility to add extra information are handy.

Inconvénients :

It's very hard to adjust the pictures in every step. Sometimes the pictures aren't visible because they are too large. Maybe it's possible to add an extra feature to zoom in and out on the picture when making a step.
