Digital Signage that Works.

Commentaires : Overall it has been excellent. So many options that we can use to make our devices work for so many different departments and teams. We will continue to use Telemetry TV for many years to come.

Avantages :

It just works. We use this in almost 50 devices all around our campus and are expanding each year. The ease of use is amazing for all my team to work and make edits to all of our signs.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any complaints that I can think of as of today. Great product and service.

Great digital signage for a reasonable price

Avantages :

I like how easy it is to upload media and create playlists. It's also easy to manage multiple locations and multiple playlists.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was some extra fun content like trivia to break up some of our marketing messages.

A bad Experienced

Commentaires : overall experienced was bad, and we are planning on replacing it.

Avantages :

software is easy to use and easy to deploy.

Inconvénients :

most of the time it disconnect and you need to pair again. and if you don't remove the unpair device they will charge you for it.

Commentaires : I thought TelemetryTV was super easy to implement, from purchase all the way through final setup.

Avantages :

I really enjoy how customizable everything is and how it can all be controlled from the easy-to-use desktop app. For users without design knowledge, Canva is a great tool to have built right into the app as well.

Inconvénients :

I wish the slide expiration wasn't hidden behind a paywall.

TelemetryTV as a platform, and a company, is most excellent. Highly reccomend.

Commentaires : Our company has a mish mash system of digital signage that has historically been unrealiable and difficult to manage. After presenting TTV to our communications department and to directors, everyone is very excited about TTV and the improvement to our Signage program it will provide.
Kelli with TTV is great to work with and has been immensely helpful and patient throughout the whole process of vetting, selecting, and purchasing TTV.

Avantages :

-Excellent, responsive customer service. -Thorough training and comprehensive knowledge base -Webhooks for integration with Emergency Notification System I consider this a very desirable integration for increasing the strength of our emergency notification system to patrons and staff. -Device status notifications -Viewer only users It was expressed by our communications department that it would be desirable to have a login that Staff could utilize to log in and view presentations at will on workstations to provide great service to Patrons. -Group permissions -Additional users beyond minimum included amount I could honestly go on and on but these are some of the features included in the Enhanced package that I really value. Many of the "basic" features are also true highlights and I'm very happy with all of the offerings and capabilities that TTV provides.

Inconvénients :

So far, I have honestly found no cons. I haven't fully deployed the system yet but in my trials and in processing pilot devices, I am very impressed and excited to be using TTV.

Great solution for non-technical users

Easy Company Wide Bulletin Board Solution

Commentaires : I've had a very good experience with TelemetryTV overall. We're using it in a few locations in our manufacturing plant as digital bulletin boards and I like the variety of items I can post and display.

Avantages :

It's been a simple solution for me to launch for our plant and even update remotely as needed when we have customer visits or updated announcements.

Inconvénients :

Some of the apps have been a little confusing or not as easy to customize as I would have liked

Constantly Improving

Commentaires : My first real experience with Telemetry was dealing with their support team. I jumped into the product with no experience and limited knowledge. I had never even used a competitor, so I reached out to the support team to get help and was immediately impressed. Support responds within minutes and gives thorough and helpful answers. They also pointed me toward their extensive list of help articles.

Avantages :

TelemetryTV is constantly improving. They continuously release new features, enhancements and fixes for their software. The solution is fully cloud based, so these new features are delivered in real time. The product was great when I first started using it, but it has improved dramatically over the 14 months. You're not just paying for what the product is today, but you're investing into something that will be improved over time. That gives me more confidence as I continue to put time into the product. I don't feel like I'm poised to outgrow this solution. TelemetryTV has a very short learning curve. It is easy to use, change and adapt. I appreciate the fact that you can quickly use the simple features, but there is a huge amount of flexibility and options that you can grow into as you move forward.

Inconvénients :

When I first started with the product, I had a few issues getting things going. There are so many options for devices and slide design that I wasn't really sure where to get started. What really helped me get over the top was reaching out to support and the extensive help library I found.

Excellent product & ease of use

Avantages :

Easy to implement and full control of multiple displays from one application. It works as promised, that's the most important thing. Adjusting content is fairly easy. As a result, the content is actually adjusted weekly and we always show reliable information. Result? a lot of positive feedback from visitors and employees about the content on our welcome screens.

Inconvénients :

Use of HTML formating would be nice to get full control of text elements. Date/time scheduler is not realy handy, could be done better. Having said that, nothing to worry about!

Avantages :

Once you get the hang of it, TTV is easy to use, and has a lot of potential. The program allows basically all media to be pushed to your device pool on-demand. I've been able to display covid safety notices, company notices, warnings about downtime, celebrations of company success. The support team are excellent. Even though we're in different time-zones, they always help me out when I ask, and they'll reach out to me with product updates, new features etc.

Inconvénients :

Onboarding was time-consuming because of the amount of devices I have, however I haven't had much trouble with devices since.

Very easy to use

Avantages :

You can do a lot with Telemetry. I use it for 5 tv screens to keep our employees updated with important information. We have an office in Taiwan and we are able to link it with ours so they stay updated also.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes when you save a tv screen and click something else too soon, it doesn't save and all of your work is gone.

5S Visual Factory Component

Commentaires : Our TV installers were so impressed with the setup and the onboard admin interface, that they've asked for TelemetryTV's contact.

Avantages :

Ease of use, right out of the box. You get a proper look-n-feel from the trial, and although there is a learning curve the UI/X is friendly and intuitive. Able to project rolling production/shipping/receiving schedules and seemingly limitless other content using an extensive apps library. Non-proprietary broadcast appliance is essentially a miniaturized computer that can be easily upgraded or repurposed for other uses on our factory floor. EXCELLENT customer service.

Inconvénients :

Workarounds for broadcasting Teams/Zoom calls, but not yet natively supported. It will be awesome if the appliance can interface with the TV itself e.g. turn it on and off - that will truly make the platform a one-stop shop.

A hassle free Digital Signage solution

Commentaires : Managing a large amount of screens in an educational environment.

Avantages :

After experiencing reliability issues and poor support with our existing Digital Signage solution, I decided it was time to invest in something different. After trialling a couple of solutions I came across Telemetry TV, I am so glad I did! Telemetry TV is very simple to setup, easy to administrate and allows you to deploy rich content to your screens in no time. I really like being able to see snapshots of what my screens are doing in real-time, overrides, the multitude of app integrations and most of all the instantaneous screen updates once a playlist is updated.

Inconvénients :

I love this product but TelemetryTV please create an Admin app for turning on overrides and making changes on the go.

Avantages :

Fantastic customer service: we were having trouble with the offline button showing up on the screen, so we asked, and the Telemetry team adapted the app so we could toggle it off! This was really helpful for our organization, as we were previously using powerpoint to project a pre-show slide show over a 16 day festival. Obviously, a lot of announcements change, so Telemetry was a perfect app for us to update slides in multiple locations on the go. Also, the ability for Telemetry to work offline in the app mode is great! We don't need to rely on a weak wifi signal crashing our slide-show while there is an audience in the theatre, but we also can rely that it will update the slides once it's back online.

Inconvénients :

No cons. This changed our whole operation and saved us hours of work, communication, and headaches!

Just what we needed

Commentaires : This product has been great for our culture. We now celebrate team wins, sales data, funny things and a variety of other content throughout the company on the big screen. It's really helped to further our culture and share in so many things.

Avantages :

The ease of use of this product is key - there is no barrier to creating quick content for our team. If we think of something, 3 minutes later it's up on our screens.

Inconvénients :

Honestly I can't think of anything, it's ticked all of our boxes.

This product is easy to use and there are so many options for content creation. A great tool is get information out to our customers in a quick and easy way.

Inconvénients :

Don't really have any complaints about this product. It's been a great tool for us. We've run into some technical difficulties along the way, but that's to be expected when using a new product.
