Simple and easy to use

Avantages :

Just a great idea and well implemented. Our team is delighted with the results We had no issue with putting this into place and it has been working smartly and well for us. The service has made our staff commute much easier.

Inconvénients :

There really wasn't a negative about this.

ParkOffice - A real world review

Commentaires : We had a small car park and wasted a lot of time/money parking elsewhere in the city as we never really knew when the spaces were in use. This service has completely solved that problem as our team can now arrive at the car park confidant that the space they've booked is available.

Avantages :

Wide range of features: I have to say I was surprised by just how much functionality you could pack into a parking app but then once our business starting using it in earnest it was immediately clear it's all absolutely necessary. ParkOffice manages to cover every base when it comes to features and there are still more on the way. There is even the option to interact with parking entry systems for further ease of use (not something we've used yet). Ease of use: It's simple to pick up and use regardless of your tech know how with a clear and pleasant interface both using the browser or either of the mobile apps. Booking a space is a simple matter of a couple of clicks via either interface and integration to Stripe allows for the seamless ability to charge a fee.

Inconvénients :

I was a little disappointed at the lack of granular reporting but the Dev team took that on board and have recently released a very comprehensive suite of reports. The only other feedback I've received from our users is requesting the ability to book narrow time slots but in reality that has not been a problematic issue.

Parking allocation

Avantages :

User Friendly, website supported. Nothing else to say, just use service for 2 weeks.

Inconvénients :

Unknown parking lot allocation mechanism. Not support Siri to open the gate which taker longer for user to stop vehicle, open phone->App->Wayleadr->Open gate

Fantastic user experience

Commentaires : Firstly, to manage a set of parking slots that might be used for a larger group of users that might attend the office on a regular basis. Moreover, to assign priorities to specific users that have stronger needs on having an available slot than the majority.

Avantages :

Easy, convenient and a fast-forward user experience that helps me on planning every week's needs on demand. Having the habit to plan weeks ahead helps me every week on having my bookings up to date.

Inconvénients :

I would love to receive insights in case I forget to make my reservations. Interconnected scheduling with gmail would be a fantastic feature to predict which days I'll be in the office.

Making parking easy

Avantages :

The app is easy to use, the support team are helpful and the app simply removes any complexity or admin around parking, to allow time to focus on what's important

Inconvénients :

Nothing to note, it does exactly what it says on the tin. We have never run into any issues.

Easy parking for my day-to-day work

Avantages :

It makes sure I can get a parking spot when I go to work at the office. If the spots reserved for electric cars are fully booked, it automatically assigns me a parking space at the "regular area" so I know I always get a parking spot.

Inconvénients :

It would be nice to have the parking map integrated in the app so I know exactly which spot has been assigned to me.

The best parking app

Avantages :

So user-friendly, quick and takes the stress out of parking. Love that you can release the space if you no longer need it! I have used other apps and it doesn't compare

Finding out you got parking the day before - 2 days before would be ideal!

Parking in office was never that easy

Commentaires : Really good app, it really facilitated parking now that we are back in the office.I have a free spot most of the time as before if I miss the parking loto would have to wait for a month to apply again

Quick and easy parking every time

Solving our parking problem

Commentaires : We needed a solution fast to solve our parking and the administrative and time burden it was having on our teams. This app solved that single-handedly. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team acted very swiftly to set up product demos which helped tailor our solution. The implementation process was very straight forward and the adoption went very high, very quickly. I think the messaging to our teams key around this. Now we have a workforce that know exactly where they have parking which means it has taken a little bit of stress out of their commute and that’s key. I would recommend the ParkOffice product to any companies out there who want to outsource the administrative burden of parking.

Avantages :

The product interface is very intuitive. We have a workforce of varying technical ability - it was key that the product was simple to use and easy for us to roll-out to new joiners.

Inconvénients :

The product is very simple, yet very effective. I can’t see any outright improvements that would benefit us outright.

Wayleadr makes parking easier and saves money

Avantages :

It is easy to set up, assign accounts and use. And the Chat Help is Exemplary, the best.

Inconvénients :

It's possible i just don't know how to do this, but would like to be able to edit user info w/o having to go down 2 levels in each users profile.

Excellent Parking App

Commentaires : Not having enough spaces for everyone is the main reason we started using this software. This has meant that spaces not being utilised during the day are released now and people are able to park.

Avantages :

How easy it is to use to ensure the spaces are utilised efficiently. We have 16 spaces with 19 people that need the spaces. Using this app ensures that everyone gets a space each day. It really works well.

Inconvénients :

Reporting function is not there yet and administering the software could be easier. As an administrator it would be good to see what spaces are being used every day and what is available. At the moment, you can see this but they are all together and not in any particular order.

Commentaires : My overall experience has been great! Would definitely chose Wayleadr again!

Avantages :

The software itself works fantastically! Its very user friendly and easy to understand. The implementation is seamless and beyond that, the support from the Wayleadr team is fantastic. Our account manager and tech support were very engaged and wanted to help us succeed with their product.

Inconvénients :

There is no automatic user life cycle management with Azure AD. Meaning we will need to manually disable access to the system. This is more of a lacking feature.

Commentaires : Following the easing of lockdown ParkOffice has helped us re board staff seamlessly and by giving staff assurances and access to identifying parking slots in advance of arrival is one less challenge for them transitioning from working from home back to the offices.

Avantages :

extremely easy to use and navigate, arranging parking can be a pain but software simplifies the process without the worry of whether or not I'll get a parking space when i arrive for work

Commentaires : Very user friendly. Solves a problem we had been struggling with. Would recommend ParkOffice to any business that has a car park.

Avantages :

Really user friendly. The app is very slick and easy to use. Has worked a treat since we signed on. Staff morale has picked up significantly as a result and I’ve received lots of positive comments from previously aggravated staff.

Inconvénients :

I don’t think I’ve received a negative comment from staff. Long may that continue!

Eliminates all the hassle of managing our carpark

Commentaires : This has solved the hassle of managing a carpark when there are already too many important things to manage in the office

Avantages :

Before this we operated off a texting group which was a pain with all the notifications. This allows those who need a space easily reserve and is fully transparent.

Inconvénients :

Difficult to get everyone to adapt to using it but once we showed how useful it was in a team meeting, everyone was onboard

A few updates caused the app to crash which caused some issues using the 'open' button to get into the carpark.
