Hourly is a gamechanger in the payroll industry

Commentaires : From the time we started with Hourly, it has made running payroll a breeze. We are able to track punches, see exact locations, monitor times, look at overview of shifts and employees, run payroll and pull tax info and reports. We are very pleased with all that Hourly has to offer.

Avantages :

We find Hourly very useful for our administrative team as well as our employees at the job site. It is easy to manage both on the laptop as well as on your phone. It is very user friendly. We appreciate being able to track hours, payroll, locations and tax info all in one spot.

Inconvénients :

On occasion we have had an issue clocking in at a job site when there is poor cell service. But aside from that, we value all that Hourly as to offer.

Great feature set & functionality, great product & great customer service

Commentaires : Hourly helps save us lots of time when it comes to time tracking, payroll management, and payments.

Avantages :

The mobile app is very important as it allows our employees to track their time accurately while in the field. It also helps us in the office accurately track labor time and bill customers.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the app & portal do not update in real time. have to manually refresh to get updated figures. they also do not currently support prevailing wage payroll which is an important feature for the construction industry.

I don’t like the fact that there was very small amount of instructions. I basically had to figure it out myself

So easy, even your boss can use it

Commentaires : So far we only use the time keeping software and it has saved us tremendous administrative burden. We are looking forward to begin using the full service payroll and insurance solution.

Avantages :

The guys who created Hourly are solving a problem that they know firsthand, and it shows. Onboarding everyone was simple with video tutorials available in English and Spanish. Editing people/tasks/site lists, and finding and fixing errors is easy.

Inconvénients :

The system still has room to grow by adding "nice to have" features such as per-person task defaults, per-task rates, per-site overtime policies, or more flexible reporting.

Great Payroll/Timesheet Option

Commentaires : I've really enjoyed the process. Very easy to use.

Avantages :

I love the support. When I need help, my advisor is always readily available.

Inconvénients :

That I have to manually add my commission-based people every pay day. And there is no commission pay feature.

Avantages :

This software is seamless and simple. My two favorite things!! If there is ever a need for customer service they answer direct. Never hold time.

The customer service is amazing. The ease of the program is also outstanding. In the 2 years of using the service, they have done many improvement as well. A ever growing great program.

Inconvénients :

Honestly, at the start of the company there was a little "understandable" amount of glitches or bugs. At this point, I really don't much of a complaint

Integration was simple especially because the customer service is a dedicated, live person.

Slightly cumbersome but once I learned the steps it's simple enough

Avantages :

Since day one, I have loved using this app for my business. Everything within the app is very user friendly, and if there is something that I can't figure out, their customer service is above and beyond the best.

Inconvénients :

Although there is always room for improvement, the hourly team has always been open to ideas of ways to improve. As a long time, user they have listened to all of my suggestions to continue to be the best for all of their customers and users.

Avantages :

Hourly is very easy to use and offers great features. Our team uses the platform daily and adjustments are quick and easy. Being able to change work locations mid work shift for teams handling multiple tasks for budgeting management is very useful for our business. Additionally, the requirement we’ve set for our company to require approval to overtime is essential to keeping expenses controlled.

Inconvénients :

Something that would be beneficial from time to time would be a user manual with common step by step tutorials. However, customer service is very responsive and ALWAYS available to help navigate special situations.

The best customer service and support!

Avantages :

Everyone at Hourly, regardless of their tittle will pick up that line and help you until you have a solution. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and support. It is pleasant speaking with all the staff as you can tell the genuinely care about their clients in the way they speak to you, listen to you and support you. I came onboard to my company already having Hourly established and they went above and beyond for me to teach me, educate me and support me on how to operate Hourly. I would highly recommend them to any company!

Inconvénients :

I have no complaints! They always find a solution to any issues I might have.

A perfect fit for my business

Commentaires : I am so appreciative of whoever put this product together. It saves me time (which equates to more money in my pocket), allows me to more accurately cost my jobs (which equates to more money in my pocket) and it is just so darned simple (which equates to less headache for me!)

Avantages :

It simplifies the entire payroll of process. Before Hourly I would have to chase down errant time cards, ensure they were filled out correctly, fill in a spreadsheet to track my job costing and then log into ADP and enter the hours and approve. This was an unpleasant, time consuming and mundane process. Now, the guys enter the time cards and job costing on their phones, I review each day (taking literally minutes) and run the payroll at the end of the week. IT COULD NOT BE EASIER.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes connectivity is an issue but Hourly has done a great job of addressing my concerns here.

If you like saving time and money Hourly is for you!

Commentaires : I use Hourly to track time, run payroll and insure my guys with workers comp. I've saved $10,000 or more on workers comp insurance already and love how easy it was to set up everything and get started. Customer service is fantastic!

Avantages :

I didn't start a business to spend all day on the back office. Hourly has freed up a ton of my time and lets me focus on working on my business instead of working in it.

Inconvénients :

Can't really think of any. The app is great and the team is very responsive.

Increased our efficiency

Avantages :

Hourly has greatly increased our organizational efficiency. We love the overview screen as well as being able to drill down into fine details. We also love that anyone in our office can find information such as shift, time, location, overtime and what jobs people are on without pulling physical files.

Inconvénients :

The software has gotten better over the past 18 months. The team is committed to a successful product.

Commentaires : I’m really happy and it has made my life so much easier. The seamless connection with workmen’s Comp insurance is the best. It simplifies everything

It’s very easy to use and the team is fast to respond and very helpful.

Inconvénients :

My Bookeeper has issues getting the reports, and I myself wish it was easier to print out the paystubs. Everything is there just need to look for it.
