Commentaires : I am new to Assembly as are my co-workers. But it is so slow sometimes that we cannot actually use it because it takes so long to change screens.

It seems fairly easy to use.

None. I am satisfied with the current features in Assembly.

Commentaires : My overall experience was very positive. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] responded to my request for a demo, and answered all my questions. We've seen immediate adoption of the product, but most importantly I see our employees using it on a regular basis to show appreciation. It's enabled us to all connect and express our appreciation for each other, regardless of title, personality style, or location! (Even our developers get in on it.) :) Assembly is an essential part of our employee culture now.

Avantages :

It's very intuitive and easy for new employees to start using. It's also a fantastic tool that's helped us to "operationalize" our values.

Inconvénients :

I honestly can't think of any.

Commentaires : We have several use cases for Assembly, to start with; we are a national brokerage focused on employee benefits and we often have to evaluate the best systems for our client's goals. We frequently recommend Assembly to them to help with employee and peer recognition efforts. We also use Assembly in house as our solution so we could intelligently talk to its actual use with clients considering it. Our entire staff enjoy it and use it weekly.
Saying thanks is one of the most underused and cost-effective methods of employee retention out there, number 2 is saying thanks and gifts! The CarrotHR/Assembly team has been easy to reach and fast to respond to client feedback and support requests often offering to go further with more help than even requested, this is pretty rare for a Saas company model that usually is focused on self-service.

Avantages :

Easy to set up. Simple concept that gets employees positively rewarding each other for good behavior.

Inconvénients :

Recent branding change is positive but created some short confusion for a month while employees got used to the new name. Shouldn't be an issue for new clients now that the transition is complete.

Fantastic Recognition Program

Commentaires : This tool is amazing for Employee Engagement. There are very real rewards given out in a most convenient way. Our employees have started to make themselves accountable for things. They have started meeting each other and sharing positive exchanges. They hold the Care Coins in high regard and feel proud of themselves.

Avantages :

The ability to make our staff feel positive about themselves and our company.

Inconvénients :

That I don't have enough time to try out every single one of the features. Maybe in time.

Assembly is an easy to navigate site that brings so much positivity within my company’s culture. It’s a simple way to acknowledge your appreciation to your coworkers, it encourages hard work, and most of all it’s fun!

Inconvénients :

It seems to be a little difficult for some colleagues to upload a profile photo without it showing up sideways.

The concept of Assembly is so strong and useful that it outweighs some drawbacks. An extremely easy and meaningful tool for managing teams and empowering recognition at all levels

Inconvénients :

The interface is a little confusing, especially for a fairly straightforward tool. The recognitions don't allow for extensive visual personalization to make it fun like other platforms I've tried

Fun way to celebrate co-workers

Commentaires : I love that there's a way to tell people they're doing a great job - i wouldn't have otherwise shared what I think, my perceptions of performance, or mentioned something I think is really great. I think this program will really improve workplace relations.

Avantages :

The software looks like a social media feed - you can scroll down and see all the ways your team has been interacting and commending each other. It feels fun!

Inconvénients :

I would rather not have to toggle between my earned balance and giving allowance, but that's so small and insignificant.
