Avantages :

I've tested many chatbots but ideta is the only one that is of French origin and that integrates so well into my Ecommerce site.

Inconvénients :

At the moment, very few things. It's always a little bit difficult to configure a tchatbot but this one is much more easyer than other ones i used in the past.

Un Chatbot prometteur qui respecte la RGPD

Commentaires : La création d'un Bot demande un léger moment d'adaptation. Heureusement de nombreux tutoriaux et guides sont présents. Le support est réactif et ils sont à l'écoute des clients. Je recommande pour ceux qui souhaite avoir un ChatBot no-code.

Avantages :

Ideta est simple à utiliser et à implémenter. Il permet d'offrir une véritable expérience aux visiteurs avec un dialogue fluide. Les fonctionnalités sont nombreuses. L'équipe de développement est active et le support réactif. Ideta a travaillé avec de grands groupes français. L'application offre une parfaite compatibilité avec la RGPD.

Inconvénients :

Il faut un peu de temps pour s'habituer à la création d'un Bot. Moins intuitif que BotStar. Cependant, il se révèle bien plus puissant.

Commentaires : Le temps que j'y ai passé m'a semblé une application d'un très bon niveau et des fonctionnalités très avancées (plus que prévu). J'ai été positivement impressionné par tout ce qu'il apporte.

Avantages :

L'application possède de nombreuses fonctionnalités intéressantes et la possibilité d'étendre ses options avec dialogflow. Je pense que c'est l'une des meilleures applications que j'ai jamais achetées. Après avoir bien compris l'interface, vous pouvez facilement implémenter les chatbots et les adapter aux exigences de mes clients.

Inconvénients :

l'interface est difficile à comprendre, et les options pourraient être améliorées selon l'endroit où elles sont placées, ainsi que l'éditeur, qui peut être amélioré par rapport aux autres applications de chatbot. J'espère qu'ils amélioreront cette partie.

Commentaires : The time I've been there has seemed to me an application of a very good level and very advanced functionalities (more than expected). I was positively impressed with everything it brings.

Avantages :

The application has many interesting features and the possibility of extending its options with dialogflow. I think it's one of the best apps I've ever bought. After you understand the interface well, you can easily implement the chatbots and adapt them to the requirements of my clients.

Inconvénients :

the interface is difficult to understand, and the options could be improved depending on where they are placed, as well as the editor, which can be improved compared to other chatbot applications. I hope they improve that part.

Commentaires : I had a great experience using Ideta. Although easy to use, is full of features that I havent seen in other chatbots and I believe is really promising. For example the comments automation for Facebook. The more I know the software, the more I enjoy it.

Avantages :

The capabilities it has for implementing a chatbot on your website. Has sliders with images for your client to chose from, easy to use dialog and store of important data. Also has out of the box validation for email (really important in my opinion) and a "are your still there?" automatic dialog.

Inconvénients :

Some out of the box features that I need to work around to cover, like Google Ads integration and some specific entities store in NLP (Dialogflow specifically). Im confident that the development team is covering this sooner than later so Im looking forward to develop new projects with Ideta.

Commentaires : The software works beautifully and it's packed with powerful features such as the possibility of sending images, videos, links, etc in your conversation, which is very handy as a chatbot to automate conversation flow. Its package also offers a very generous number of conversations you can have per tier making it a great opportunity for those who want to use it as a small agency and build chatbots for other business owners. The only downside in my opinion is their thinking behind the conversation flow building. Most software uses that drag-and-drop canvas to build the conversation flow, whereas Ideta's developers have to build a totally different way to do it making it a bit hard to start since you have to adapt yourself to their tool, but once you learn how it works, it super easy. It's just that initial first contact with the tool that can be a bit time and energy-consuming, and I was told that they're looking to improve it to the traditional drag-and-drop in a conversation with the team.

Avantages :

- A lot of handy features - Very generous package - Best value for money - High-quality customer support -Highly customizable

Inconvénients :

They have their own unique way of building a chat conversation that differs from the traditional "drag-and-drop" flow.

Commentaires : Am so glad I chose Ideta over the more trendier options in chatbot technology. Be prepared to read through the tutorials more than once to get a grasp of what your bot can do, and how to execute them, but overall an excellent piece of software that I'd recommend for any website.

Avantages :

Chatbots tend to be one-size-fits-all in the utilitarian design, but Ideta is much different. They provide ample options for design, making sure your chatbot box truly looks like it's part of your site and not a third-party product that you've happened to purchase access to. With access to analytics and chat logs, I have a better understanding of prospect's intentions.

Inconvénients :

There are a LOT of choices and options to make the most of your chatbox. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but once you have a clear idea of what your chatbot(s) are supposed to do, it get's easier over time to set up each option and condition.

Avantages :

the ease of use to get into the tool I also really appreciated the massive amounts of education the tool provides to get me ramped up.

Inconvénients :

there can be some hiccups as you learn this new way of doing things but the education helps a lot. my biggest issue was deleting things I created wrong and trying to recreate them.

Commentaires : Ideta is an extremely powerful chat-bot software that plays a crucial role in the operations of my business. I absolutely love that you can scale this bot to be as simple or complex as you want. In my case, I’ve been using this to capture leads on websites, and to provide support to existing clients. The AI functionality gives this chat-bot a real edge. While I haven’t dived into it too much yet, I’m really happy to have seen use-cases where I can expand on my current bots to improve the experience for my prospective and current clients. I also am very happy with the API integration and functionality, giving me great control over the operations of my bots. The customer support with Ideta is INCREDIBLE – one of the highlights for me, hands down. While there can be a bit of a learning curve to use their system, and there are a few little quirky things about their UI, I feel that they are very committed to the continual improve of this software, and the pros heavily outweigh any minor cons. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase, and am very impressed with Ideta.

Avantages :

Ideta is a highly customizable software, from the design of the chat to the ability to connect APIs and use AI to create a bot that is 100% suited to your needs. Ideta is extremely generous in its price compared to the offerings; I feel it’s an excellent value. I’ve had to communicate with customer support, and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been absolutely phenomenal! Ideta supplies a tremendous amount of templates to choose from to help jump-start your bot operation. I love that there is even ecommerce functionality built right in. They seem extremely attentive to their roadmap and continuing to improve the software. I’m really looking forward to the release of the mobile app to easily respond to live chats. I’m very pleased!

Inconvénients :

There was a bit of a learning curve for me when I transitioned from other chat bots to Ideta. They seem to be working on training materials, but it felt a bit incomplete to me, and I ended up learning how to use the software mostly through their templates and reaching out to support to get some questions answered. As this is a growing software, there can be some glitches from time to time. A notification of these things occurring would be nice (such as an update is being performed to the system, so some glitches may occur and be temporary). There are a few little quirky things with the UI, but nothing to be too picky about.

Chatbot Automation made Easy

Commentaires : The Ideta has in-depth video training, that walks you through optimising how you engage with your audience. And everything about the app. These videos are fun, with the company mascot.
Overall the team is responsive and very helpful.

Avantages :

There is no coding required for this Chatbot. Which is awesome. It's easy to set up and you see the conversation flow in the App. This Chatbot uses natural language processing. So Chatbot is not robotic, more conversational.

Inconvénients :

I would like my CRM to be integrated directly so I could use my existing email sequence.

I think the fact that the developers used it first on their own clients and due to that, they know what is needed with a fully functional chatbot.

It is not just this chatbot, it is all chatbots. It takes time to set up but once you took the time to study the features, it is a true gem!

My favorite chatbot building platform

Commentaires : This is my go-to chatbot-building platform. I've tried several others but found them cumbersome or tedious to setup. Ideta's templates made it much faster to generate a POC chatbot than other platforms. The cartoons and playful spirit of the site also makes the process of building a chatbot seem like less of a chore :)
Ideta also has a free udemy course to help with onboarding, which is a nice touch.

Avantages :

The UX/UI is clean, simple and fun to use. Although the platform is filled with cartoons, this is a serious chatbot-building platform that finally makes it easy for beginners to build chatbots. I also found the preloaded chatbot templates covered quite a few of my potential use cases, which made it much easier to get up and running with a chatbot customized for what I needed it to do (e.g. make appointments vs. tech support tickets.)

Inconvénients :

The site uses a lot of tooltip pop-ups, at least during the initial onboarding; the constant interruptions are a bit distracting. Having the ability to easily turn these off would be appreciated. The tooltips are useful but sometimes I just want to play around with a tool without being bombarded with pop-up "help".

Ideta chatbots, AI chatbots, and human takeovers

Avantages :

Ideta is a chatbot with enhanced AI features and Live Chat takeovers. It is easy to create and customize a chatbot using Ideta with their no-code approach. There are a few templates to get you started along with guides on how to implement it on your website, Facebook, etc. You can set your flow where the bot can engage the customer after a few seconds. This allows the visitor some time to be acquainted with your product before the chatbot starts converting them into a customer. The human takeover process is seamless. You could use Ideta to handle FAQ, engage your customers, collect information to contact your website visitors again and many other ideas on how to use a chatbot. You could have different chatbots for different webpages and websites. You can easily clone/duplicate an existing bot once you built one, making it super easy to rebrand and reuse previously created bots.

Inconvénients :

The original language of Ideta was in French, so some older tutorials reference features in French. Likewise, some descriptors appear in French as well, which are easily reportable via their chatbot. The interface is not like other chatbots out there, so there is some adjusting to the new process.

Developing a chatbot on your own with Ideta toolbox is what coding should be every time: less a matter of syntax knowledge but the pure beauty of devising a structure that makes sense, with no logical error and with an economy of lines

A Powerful AI Chat Bot that finally seems easy enough to build.

A powerful bot that can integrate all sorts of external company data if needed I like that it is a very visual chat both, both at front and back end. Storing user data like name and email is quite simple Accessing company and bot information is simple.

Inconvénients :

No Auto Save after clicking off a bubble creation. This is annoying as you have to lean to keep pressing save when it could be simple to have an autosave in place. Videos are useful but annoying. The D1-7 videos really doesn't need the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] explaining things to camera, when it is more useful to see what he is talking about with the Screen.

Commentaires : I am beginning to use this software, so I am learning and understanding well how it works, to try to apply all the capacity that it brings. It seems to me that it is a quality software that has its learning curve, but when you learn it you can apply it very easily and it is very useful.

Avantages :

what I liked the most about this software is that it has a competitive price and excellent qualities. After you learn it is easy to use, they have very good customer support. They have several ready to use templates. can customize to our brand colors and add logos

Inconvénients :

At the beginning you have to dedicate time to learn the software and be able to understand how it works, but after you learn it it is very easy to continue working on it. The UI could be translated to more languages (Spanish).
