I also appreciate the discounted rate for educational institutions — it's a budget saver. What stands out too is the Kitcast customer support team. They usually get back to me within a day, and they’re always open to feedback and suggestions. > > **Inconvénients**: Unlike some competitors, Kitcast does not have a flat licence fee for one educational site with unlimited signages, so costs can add up as we're billed per screen. Technical performance is mostly smooth, but the tvOS app can occasionally crash when overloaded with memory-intensive widgets.
