Starting out on the right side of fund management

Commentaires : “The First Rate Vantage tool and the customer service is exceptional. We recommend starting your fund the right way with technology on your side and that technology should be First Rate Vantage.”

Avantages :

A fund can be totally managed from this single software. Also, any extras or things I needed the software to do they added. Their customer service and implementation are very personal and on a one-on-one basis.

Inconvénients :

There are so many features it is hard to get them all put in and to remember where everything should go.

Commentaires : Vantage is an excellent partner to enhance the credibility and growth of my investment firm. Their tool provides every detailed KPI for my customers and has created a one stop platform to review existing and new investment opportunities. The modules for internal usage are intuitive and easy to use. It provides a lot of functionality and data to manage the day to day business portion of the funds.

Their implementation team is very strong and configures the system to my needs. They have created the system to provide a lot of variety and options, which ensures an accurate reflection on my business.

The team goes above and beyond expectations to ensure my system is frictionless for my customers and my internal team. They think a lot about ease of use for the users and have innovative ideas to enhance my brand.
I am excited about all the new modules and features they are creating! I cannot wait to continue to grow my relationship with Vantage.

Avantages :

I like the full end-to-end features for fund management. They can manage multiple variety of fund scenarios and investor scenarios. The system provides flexibility.

Inconvénients :

I think for admin rights they can put all the modules into a single url instead of multiple URLs

Commentaires : Overall, my experience has been good. The team are really great in assisting this customized software updates and they are very responsive when we face any issues with the system.

Avantages :

Great customer service and 1:1 support offered. Our Account Rep is fast to reply and able to deploy development resources to further customize our dashboard as needed (both for our own internal reporting and for client-specific requests). Vantage is very flexible in terms of supporting us, which is appreciated.

Inconvénients :

Some specific financial calculations needed to be QA'd but, again, customer support was able to quickly get on a call to resolve/discuss.

Avantages :

Overall, I like all the applications that come with the software. We are able to provide all the necessary numbers to our investors and even take it a step further by showing our properties with images. The portal has a lot features that make it easy for them to receive secure documents via upload or through email. Before we got this software we used to track everything in excel and send statements in PDF. Now we have professional statements that are easy to read and look great! The support team is extremely helpful and answer questions fast. Our investors are often impressed. I would highly recommend this software!

Inconvénients :

The only thing I would say that I don’t like is certain placement of save buttons and drop downs in the back end. I don’t have too many negatives.

Commentaires : Over all my experience was fantastic. The system did exactly what I needed it to do and any problems that arose were dealt with quickly and resolved efficiently.

Avantages :

Customer Support is Incredible, Vantage will do everything possible to help and make sure it is working. It calculated correctly and saved me personally an immense amount of time. Running waterfalls and creating statements went from weeks of process and checking to days.

Inconvénients :

It can be difficult to learn processes to make all parts of the system work together. Vantage will work with you as long as it takes for you to learn the process where you are self sufficient, and even then when you forget something they will help.

Commentaires : I have been using Vantage software for close to a year and found it quick to learn & easy to use. The system is secured with suitable controls in places. The team is super helpful and respond to all our requirements promptly.

Avantages :

It is user friendly and takes care of all the needs of business and investors.

Nothing so far. I find Vantage software a good software.

Thank you Chris. It's a pleasure working with you and your team. Regarding investor and contact mapping, allows the users to associate 1 or more contacts to the investors and report distribution preference. If adding multiple contact to investor is time consuming, please try the import option.

Commentaires : Working with Vantage Software over the past many years was great. The team was good about notifying us about routine maintenance and incorporating product feedback.

Avantages :

Software was easy to use and investors got used to it very quickly. The UX was friendly enough for everyone.

Inconvénients :

Aesthetically, it was not the BEST looking portal. It looked pretty dated.

Great CRM software

Avantages :

My favorite thing about Vantage is the customer service. Our team has been able to make modifications and changes to our investor portal easily. The Vantage team responds to all requests in a timely manner and gives multiple options to whatever change you wish to make. We were able to have specific settings on our Vantage portal to ensure that we could generate specific reports for our different teams - accounting, underwriting etc.

Inconvénients :

There is no automated password reset. One must manually change the password for a user. However, I believe Vantage is working to change this. Other than that- not many complaints :).

Commentaires : It is a great product for an investor and accounting portal and very beneficial for getting accurate information out to clients in a timely fashion.

Very user friendly. Customer service is awesome. Compares very favorably with other investor portal programs I have used. Provides great functionality and features for the price point.

Commentaires : Overall, my experience has been outstanding thanks to our Vantage rep.

Avantages :

I like how robust the software is, considering almost all things related to investor management.

Inconvénients :

The interface could use an update. Sometimes currency data defaults to nothing when making updates or changes to a contact or investor profile. Also, cannot always tell when certain changes have been saved or updated, but really minor things that could make a big difference.

In our latest version, we provide options to set certain fields as default (ex: Currency). We have planned to rollout the latest changes by early next month. Also, we enable confirmation message/alerts, so user will know records was updated.

Thank you Connor for your feedback. We integrated BI solution into our accounting and investor portal to provide interactive visualizations and dashboards capabilities. User can drag and drop to create their desired reports and dashboard.

Avantages :

The business support we receive through Vantage is great. They solve any issues very quickly and provide help very quickly as well.

Inconvénients :

Some small glitches do happen (as with any software) - but these are always fixed very efficiently.
