Avantages :

OneUp makes posting to Linked-In for me super easy and allows me to schedule my posts accordingly, so I don't have to keep visiting the platform. The interface is very intuitive and all web based.

Inconvénients :

Any last minute changes done, and the post is not confirmed for scheduling, all the changes are lost and one has to go all through again.

Simple à utiliser et service client au top

Avantages :

Avant One Up j'ai testé beaucoup d'autres logiciels de ce type. One Up est non seulement l'un des moins chers mais il m'a tout de suite plu par la simplicité d'utilisation et la rapidité de création d'une publication. Je publie en moyenne 600 posts par mois. Suite au Covid 19 les magasins pour lesquels je travaille sont fermés et j 'ai envoyé un mail au service client pour mettre mon compte en pause , j 'ai reçu une réponse en moins de 8 H, pour me confirmer que ma demande avait été prise en charge et qu'ils m'offrait un mois gratuit afin que je puisse continuer à publier si besoin. Merci beaucoup pour ce geste ! C'est un gain de temps énorme ! Je recommande très fortement

Inconvénients :

Le seul point négatif est que nous n'avons pas la possibilité de mettre notre compte en pause.

Commentaires : Positive experience so far. Easy to use and schedule posts to social channels.

Avantages :

Scheduling posts and being able to provide a calendar link to clients so they can view it.

Inconvénients :

When generating a calendar link, it is saved in the share calendar popup. However, it is unclear if I am able to reuse the previously generated link when I update the schedule on a weekly basis. I have been genrating a new one each time. Some clarity there would be nice.

OneUp is a total avoid, dont waste your time and money!!

Commentaires : They are absolutely hopeless when it comes to resolving any issues. The software forever generates erros failing 100 to 200 posts at a time. Total avoid and a complete waste of time and money. I have been using Oneup for managing the social media accounts of our digital business. They have 101 different errors and every day new errors show up for no rhyme or reason. Therir customer service is pathetic, they just dont reply and carry a we dont care attitude. When you have 300 to 400 posts scheduled the amount of time you will end up fixing all the posts and their reschecdule reuirements. I would assume Oneup should be paying users to use their software. Initially i was tolerant and kept editing failed posts time and again. Inspite of paying a a full price monthly subscription without any discounts or deals they just dont care. I dont think any marketer on entrepreneur should put up with such pathetic service. Dont waste your time and money go elsewhere!!!

Hey Anand, I just checked out your account and it looks like you were using OneUp to spam over 20,000 posts to your social media accounts. The error messages you were receiving were coming directly from the social networks, letting you know that you were publishing too often.

Ensure you are getting what you pay for

Avantages :

It's easy to use The ability to post unlimited - I picked this tool despite its cost because it allows me to post unlimited (if you could actually post unlimited... see cons).

Inconvénients :

I pay for the ten accounts/unlimited posts price; however, I have had the tool since October 2023 and still cannot post unlimited. I continue to report the issue, and each time, I receive a message that they fixed it, but I keep running into the problem each time I use it. Secondly, the 'tool is slow; when you hit the submit button, you must wait while it does its thing. I would prefer it to do its thing in the background so I can continue creating the next post.

Hey Christina, you are indeed on the unlimited plan, but we have to have some checks in place to avoid spammers ruining the platform for everyone else (otherwise OneUp would be unusable for all legitimate users). As soon as you asked, we lifted the post limitation on your account :)

[sensitive content hidden] did a great job with helping me find a solution that worked for my business. And the app is working great!

Inconvénients :

I prefer different plans structures for pricing but with that being said [sensitive content hidden] was able to help me create a plan that worked for me.

Awesome platform for Content Creators!

Avantages :

User friendly experience, easy to learn how to use with the youtube video tutorials, integrates all of the platforms that I use currently and may use in the future, compatible with zapier and has a solid ai integration.

Inconvénients :

I'd love to see a feature that uses ai to help come up with content ideation. It would be cool if you could somehow store the ideas you have (whether they are original or from the help of ai). For example, I may do a brainstorm session and come up with ideas for content that I haven't yet created. It would be awesome to be able to categorize these ideas to be able to refer to when I am ready to create.

Commentaires : I used it for three months for 27 GBP locations and was great experience. Unfortunately the customer temporarily gave up afterwards, otherwise I would have continued to use it.

Avantages :

Mass GBP posting and latest revises fetching.

Inconvénients :

Daily quota on fetching latest reviews on GBP.

It is the middle of the night where I am , and I had an issue with my account being flagged for spam when i was right in the middle of doing some posts for the month. Initially it said you guys were offline, but he got my issue resolved extremely fast. Highly appreciated!

cant post to youtube community. i would like to be able to make frequent posts in my YT community

Great Social Media Software That Is Constantly Improving

Commentaires : It was a good experience. Communication for support was fast and the software did what it was supposed to do. Also, I noticed that the posts I scheduled for LinkedIn through OneUp didn't have engagement issues. Some of the other softwares I've used the reach goes down (even though social platforms claim that's not true). That was never the case with OneUP.

Avantages :

I had recommendations and OneUp implemented them very quickly. I was surprised by this! Normally feedback goes onto a comment card and never sees the light a day but not with this company. They are constantly improving and adding new features and take the feedback of the clients seriously.

Inconvénients :

The only thing that frustrated me a bit but I think is common with a lot of software tools is that I'd schedule out posts and my LinkedIn profiles were getting disconnected. So I'd have to log back into to reconnect it.

Commentaires : Fantastic. I learned it quickly. My workers learned it quickly. Several learning curves with adding accounts to categories, but once we found the list view, we could cntl+f to easily add accounts to catagories. 10 out of 10 overall experience.

Avantages :

After loading over 500 posts and leaving for vacation, I returned with zero issues. All my posts were triggered on time. All happy clients. Google does not have a posting schedule, it is also hard to find. Lots of companies offer it, but they don't do it well. With Oneup, I can choose individual buttons like add call now buttons and website links. When I have a client that I need to post on FB, Google, Twitter, I just upload 1 post, and Oneup will post the image and the content on all 3 platforms, and on whatever time I want. We are going to start selling annual packages and the Oneup system allows you to duplicate posts and submit them again. This will be helpful when we start to rotate 350 posts annually. Everyone will be auto-pilot at that point and I will be able to increase my margins by over 300%. Excellent software, clean, easy to use. I highly recommend this product if you post on a daily basis with google my business alone or multiple platforms. Also, they are actively building the software, which is great because I know I have support and I know they still care about the product evolving. This is important because FB and Google update and change actively things, so Oneup needs to keep up with them. At this point, I feel they are 120% invested in staying on top. Give it a shot, 5-stars from us. Client Database - almost 100 clients Posts per Year - 1500+ Software Experience: 10 out of 10 A solution to a large section of our fulfillment: Yes.

Inconvénients :

When you are uploading numerous posts at one time, and don't have a spreadsheet to import (We write our content out of docs), after each submission, the page refreshes. You have to go and find the business again (hard when you have hundreds) then select them , then let it load up the post page again, then you can enter another post, submit, then it refreshes, have to start over again and find the business. I would love a (submit and post another) button, that instead of refreshing back to ground zero, just whipes the forms and refreshes the individual client page. Please consider, as it will save us hours every week.

Fantastic software for GMB

Commentaires : Such a great experience, highly recommend to anyone looking to manage GMB (we don't use it for our socials as a different team handles that).

Avantages :

It's easy to use, great with categories where we can sort our 27 accounts into 'folders'. Love how easy it is to edit posts and move them around.

Inconvénients :

Nothing - our whole team is really happy with the tool so far. The only thing is the changing dates based on when we are doing recurring event posts but that is in the pipeline which we are very excited about

Commentaires : Since signing up, I've been able to easily get content created and scheduled. It even syncs with Google Drive to make adding media to my social posts that much easier. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] were both available to answer questions for me through live chat, as well, which was nice!

Avantages :

I like that I am able to easily repeat posts and hashtags, add new social media accounts, and see clear previews of how my content will appear. This tool does exactly what I need it to and it costs less than many of its competitors.

Inconvénients :

I took one star off for ease of use. Perhaps it's because I am new to OneUp, but some of the layouts do not seem immediately intuitive to me. Takes me a sec to figure out where things are.

Easy, even for me!

Commentaires : Well, first, I was SHOCKED to hear directly from [sensitive content hidden] That's a new one! Second, after using OneUp for one day for my podcast, I joined with a second account so I can post on behalf of my radio morning show!

Avantages :

This is the first of MANY social media schedulers I've tried that I am able to use with ease. I'm not quite a boomer, but I need things to be very simple. This is! And, you can't beat the price!

Inconvénients :

So far, so good! I had a few minor issues in set up but was able to resolve with customer service help

we have expanded our social media platforms by using Oneup. We now post regularly on Pinterest and Threads which we were not doing before. Now we have regular posts going up expanding our reach with our business

Inconvénients :

After reviewing our usage of the system I can not find anything that is the least of my issues.

After SO. MANY. platforms tried, I FINALLY FOUND THE BEST ONE!

EVERYTHING and I'm not even kidding. I own a small real estate brokerage and manage numerous different accounts. After trying every single other platform out there and nearly loosing my mind, I found Oneup.....in a Reddit chat. I figured why not, plus I love supporting smaller companies. I cannot tell you how great this program is. I find it easy to use, I love the layout, I love the options, I love being able to post to my google business (because soooo many platforms don't do this) and I absolutely love the RSS feed option. I have numerous feeds that go into my "drafts" folder so that I can sort through the articles and find the ones I want to post. In my industry, articles and blogs are important for posting and so many platforms stopped rss feeds for some stupid reason, but they're amazing. I love being able to look at my calendar and see what I've scheduled and what's published. I can also go to my queue and see what posts are coming up, what's in my draft folder et et. I find it super easy to organize all the social feeds. Honestly I've tried Hootsuite, Crowdfire, Sendible, Buffer, Facebook, Loomly, Hubspot.......(not kidding when I say I nearly lost my damn mind)....Oneup is by far the best. The cost is fantastic and I do love that analytics are a separate "add on" because not everyone cares about them so why pay for them if you don't need to. I have them and I love customizing my dashboard. For small business, you can't beat this platform!

Inconvénients :

Literally nothing. Even their customer service is amazeballs.

Not a 10 because of POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Commentaires : They are still developing it and it feels like it, but it is a great product being in development!

Avantages :

I like the software a lot. It is extremely affordable and nice to work with. I can tell that they are new on the market because of some chaos in the organization, but I believe that they will improve very fast. One of my fav features is that you can make a post repetative and not care about not having content in the future.

Inconvénients :

I registered because I was promissed by the support team that they are working on a feature that I needed and that they will release it in a couple of weeks. I paid for a full year. 2 mounths later they said they changed their plan and are not doing it. Also getting a response from the support team is not guaranteed. They sometimes don't feel like answering a question and stop the conversation right in the middle and ghost you.

Ideal for a small service business

Commentaires : As a small business I handle my own postings. This makes it easy and allows me to focus on content.

Avantages :

Using OneUp became second nature after one day. I stopped using Hootsuite, got by with TweetDeck for a while, but decided I needed something for Twitter and LinkedIn that enabled me to focus on content. It enables me to repeat post on Twitter and LinkedIn according to a weekly schedule, and then I fill in my self-selected timetable with other tweets that I want to send the next day.

Inconvénients :

It does not link to Twitter for matching @s, so I have to look them up.

An Awesome Scheduling App -> True Evergreen Posting with All Social Networks & an Affordable Price

Commentaires : I highly recommend OneUp as it helps me manage my social media accounts easily in a nice looking interface. It helps me get my posts scheduled quickly and track them visually in a Calendar View that amazingly useful. It's also affordable with generous amounts of social accounts I can connect so I have all my accounts in one place without worrying about how many posts I have queued. Forget the restrictions and high prices of other apps and try OneUp, I'm glad I did.

Avantages :

OneUp has true evergreen posting with individual or bulk scheduling, queues without the complicated scheduling calendars, and excellent customer service. This is the one app that has all the major networks: Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn & Google+ at an affordable price without limiting restrictions on the number of posts that I see other services have who charge a lot more.

Inconvénients :

There are a few hiccups that needed attention, but tech support is on it - fast. The support I receive is quick, comprehensive, effective and always polite.

Communication was outstanding

Commentaires : Overall, my experience with OneUp was outstanding! If there would have been resizing built into the software so OneUp could be a one stop shop I would have continued past my trial. Davis, thank you for all your help through the trial I really appreciate it!

Avantages :

I researched online the best software to use for automation of my social media posts. Every site that I looked at referred me back to OneUp as the software to use. I used the software during the trial to see if it would fit within my business. The software was very easy to use and the communication with their customer support was OUTSTANDING! Any issues that I had I just reached out and the response was very quick. The other great thing about this software was that there was also a Google Chrome Extension.

Inconvénients :

The only issue I had with this software was when I would upload a picture I would get a warning message. The message would state that the picture might not display correctly due to the size and dimension and the platform restrictions of (Facebook, Instagram, etc). Obviously, it is good to have the warning there I get that, but built in resizing would have been a bonus. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to go to multiple places when posting (hence the automation).
