Finally software that works with me.

Commentaires : It has been a dream to use since first starting with it. We have been using 4 other products one after the other for the last year or so and they all had flaws, some more than others. Everything just works out of the box as they say and it is so easy, I have not looked anything up yet and will look into this when I have setup all our current projects.

Avantages :

Setting up and managing projects is so easy, fits most industries due to its fluid design for projects. The cost is attractive when you take into account the amount of time saved for team projects. Being able to set permissions on different roles and create new ones is also a bonus. You can make the client as transparent to the project as you like with the use of the same permissions or even create different client types depending on what they need access to. File uploads work perfectly which is a welcome change.

Inconvénients :

Would like to see the accounting features expanded, but not important to key features nor for software of this sort.

Commentaires : Almost really good, but the bugs and occasional customer facing errors were too much and eventually I jumped ship to another product that's not quite as powerful but is super reliable.

Avantages :

Pluto has most things that you need to run a one person business all under one roof. It has great task and project management tools, collaboration with clients, contract signing, billing, forms etc.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the team will make changes to the product that are not backwards compatible, without warning. New features are often buggy when first released. The quality control and testing seems lacking.

Plutio is the best project management software (and more) for me

Commentaires : I just don't know where to start and how to not be too enthousiastic to prevent others from being disappointed. Plutio works perfectly for me due to its intuitive user interface, customisability and completeness. I'm sold people, I'm sold.

Avantages :

I tried Asana, Trello and all, but they just don't work for my neurodiverse brain. So I turned to Freedcamp, which really worked well, until I got my hands on Plutio. The ease of use makes me actually WANT to work with/in Plutio, where the other tools were just tools. Plutio becomes my workspace, which really makes it work. Plutio is intuitive, flexible, customisable and very complete, as you have project management, CRM, calendar finance, (internal) communication, proposals, invoicing and even more in one platform. You can add as many clients as you like and even host it as a subdomain of your own website. This makes it professional towards your clients, also because you can use your own colour schemes. And from what I know, there will be more development, improvements and integrations, so it's going to be even better than it is already.

Inconvénients :

So far, I have only experienced problems with my time registration, where I can't find how to edit the time. And it would be even more awesome if I could actually integrate my email, so I can work straight from Plutio and from Plutio alone (other niche specific tools and our website excluded of course).

Commentaires : Here is an honest review of Plutio. I have been a user of Plutio for my business since December 23, 2017. I run a marketing company, and I always struggled to find a system that worked well for my business. Once I found Plutio, it was in its just-released stage of life, and as you can imagine, there were a few things that didn’t work the way you would think it might. However, this is the actual review; when you have an issue or are faced with a problem in the system, the team that works for Plutio will bend over backward for you to help make it right. In my experience with many companies over the years, there are good and bad. I know that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his fantastic team at Plutio are there when I need them. The customer service is better than 95% of the other companies I have worked with in the past. The system is always improving; they are not the type that builds something and works to fix it regularly while taking your money NO! They release updates and new features all the time. In summary, if you are trying to find that one great system to help you manage your business, QUIT looking at reviews. You found it! You would have to be an idiot not to use this team. Commentaires : Right now I’ve been using it with my collaborators with no issues to test things out before inviting clients. I’ve been sending proposals to clients and it has helped close deals.

Avantages :

I‘ve been able to unify different sales tools to handle tue process of capturing prospects info, creating proposals for them and then creating all the project management boards for follow up. Having used more advanced and powerful software such as clickup, I can see the value in providing a more simple portal for clients and collaborators. There is a lot of features still pending, but the team seems responsive and keeps working to make a better platform. Integrations through their api, zapier and integromat can fill the gaps on functionality.

Inconvénients :

My main issues with Plutio are incomplete/incorrect Spanish translations, certain bugs that require workarounds or reloading the page, and mainly a lack of native import functions. The last one can be worked around using zapier/integromat but it still requires you to set things up or pay for these extra services depending on how many records you will be working.

Avantages :

Project managment in Kanban form, boards for every client, proposals, invoicing, client portal...I can do everything in Plutio! It's great and feature rich and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] really listens to his customers and brainstorms ideas with them.

Inconvénients :

It has a bit of a learning curve because of all the features it offers. I'd like to be able to clean it up a bit for the client view so they don't get overwhelmed by all the options.

Commentaires : I recently started using Plutio for my freelance work. I recently start one project regarding niche website. Using Plutio my team and client share files and all related data easily. Besides we did not need training to use Plutio because it have very interactive interface. Most interesting features Plutio gives us, such as Invoicing, project management, Customer relationship management, time tracking and many more. Customer care is very active regarding user problem, i contacted several time, get response in between 1 hour.

Avantages :

For small project like us, Plutio offers Invoicing, Time tracking , customer support management is very easier. Most important feature i loved that proposal sending is very interesting. They have very Fast Customer response team.

Inconvénients :

For only project management, it may feel little bit pricy, you can overcome this matter by searching other marketplace like appsumo for offer . Actually i get cheap lifetime offer from their.

Plutio review

Commentaires : Support is good. Invoicing is good. For what I use it for I'm a happy customer. I know it's a small business and there's not a lot of developers working on it, but even so the product always seems to be growing.

Avantages :

I purchased Plutio on AppSumo. I was using FreshBooks but it was expensive and I only need invoicing. The invoicing part works well so I stayed with Plutio.

Inconvénients :

Search isn't helpful. If I want to look up a task from a customer to reuse I can't do that. I should be able to search for anything.

Commentaires : For a specific project, I need an all-in-one product to cover all aspects of it. Plutio is now well-known among freelancers and small businesses as an excellent product. If you are a beginner, the founder has created extensive documentation to help you properly set up Plutio.

Avantages :

This application is a genuine all-in-one product. It can be used on multiple devices, making it extremely convenient for completing your project anywhere.

It is difficult to find some problem. This product is well designed.

Support Doesn't Always Need A Truss Just a Great Owner

Commentaires : The other day I tried to be clever and change my url login from my name to the one of the business whilst also changing the login email too. You guessed it. I made a mess and I couldn't login anymore. Trying to reset the password didn't recognise the old or the new email and I didn't appear that the url had changed either. So this was one big mess on top of multiple others. We do Wordpress support and maintenance so I'm not an amateur on this. Anyway to cut to the quick Leo (The Boss) got onto it and worried the issue to death over the week. He had to do a search of the database to find that I had mistyped my login email address meaning I couldn't reset the password. It didn't help either that I had setup a trial site as well. Today I am back in and WHY? Because Leo (The Boss) is a STAR and he, well, just cares. Thank you Leo...and... I have been a customer of Plutio since 2017. Why? Because I loved the way they GET what the Freelancer really needs to run their business. They listen and since late 2017 the product has only got better and better. I have used Basecamp 2 and still use Basecamp 3 for legacy clients but they are not a patch on the flexibility and usability that Plutio delivers. First time using Support and loved the process too. Why not try the 14 day trial it will revolutionise the way you handle your clients forever. Cheers Barry Tolson

Commentaires : Plutio has allowed my business to stay on track with projects and works great both on the computer and on mobile.

Avantages :

Plutio has the most advanced features of any project management suite I have used. If the field you would like is not available you can easily create a custom field to fit your needs.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I find missing from Plutio is accounting. If I could do my accounting and link my financial accounts right in the app it would be a full suite.

Commentaires : The product is awesome, but it is a newer product that comes with the struggles related to that. Rep and the team are amazing at getting things rolled out quickly but expect some small headaches, especially with newer features.

Avantages :

This software is being built with a certain customer in mind and the features that are being added are continually making it a better purchase. Their Project Management features are GREAT and are the bedrock of the software for me.

Inconvénients :

For certain pieces of the software (Invoicing and Time Sheets) there are small issues that do not allow me to use them currently. Invoicing was not reliable when using it for recurring payments. Time sheets are missing some features that I would need to use them. Mostly the ability for the Admin to edit, add, or remove time entries of employees.

Commentaires : I've had this app for about 2 years sitting in my app collection box. This year, i've FINALLY decided to use it. And I am SO glad that I did. It's so easy to track all the systems I am creating in my business in one convenient place. Recently I had a question and the answers were given so quickly. Customer service is so personable and they are quick to help you get your issue solved. They're always open to letting users know what's in the timeline in our facebook group and ask us often what we really would like to see in the app.

Avantages :

Inconvénients :

I'd like to be able to send agreements to clients independent of a proposal. I know this is something they are working on, though

Avantages :

Plutio is such a great tool to be able to manage clients. It's like a Swiss army knife for my freelancing needs. Having tried a lot of quality competing products and I am stoked with Plutio's feature set, how actively developed it is and its bold roadmap. The growing list of integrations with platforms like Stripe, Zapier and Integrately are quickly making Plutio the perfect app for agencies and freelancers.

The do it all tool for business owners

Avantages :

As a business owner, one thing that easily gets tiring is having to use multiple different tools that don't sync between each other to keep up with business operations, that's where tools like Plutio come in, a single place to do project management, CRM and keeping track of payments, it's really convenient and having the option to use it the browser or in the phone app, it's really easy to keep up with everything that is going on in my business.

Inconvénients :

It's really feels like a work in progress tools since some of the functions are not robust enough, especially the CRM part, the current implementation covers the basics but basically any other CRM tool would be way more complete, the only real advantage to using the in built function is that it's well integrated with the other functions so convenience beats overall functions.

My new All-in-One-Software

Commentaires : I use Plutio to create quotes, generate invoices, for project management and as a CRM.

Avantages :

Also as a freelance web designer I have to take care of quotes, invoices and project management of course. Plutio combines all this and more. I can easily create really nice quotes, customize them, store contracts, create invoices and much, much more. My clients can access their latest invoices with their own access to the client portal and actively collaborate on tasks or projects. For me, Plutio is a true all-in-one solution that combines pretty much everything I need for my back office.

Inconvénients :

There are still a few bugs here and there, but these are mostly temporary.

Great all in one business manager for startups

Commentaires : We use Plutio in our agency to track our time per project (timesheets), generate recurring invoices for some clients, project management, and a lite-CRM. It does a great job of bringing all of these things under one roof, so there's only one subscription to manage ever month!

Avantages :

Plutio is essentially the swiss army knife for startups. The Kanban boards are comparable to Trello, Invoicing is quite robust with payments, and recurring invoices. Time tracking per project is great, and works wonderfully for managing hourly/cost budgets. Best of all, Plutio is quite cost effective for teams, with the base package allowing up to 5 users. Even the solo/freelancer tier is very generous. The UI/UX throughout the app is also A1. All of our staff members had no issues switching over from other softwares and getting the hang of Plutio within 1 working day.

Inconvénients :

There isn't a whole lot to dislike about Plutio. Feature-wise, it'll fall a bit short in some places when compared to standalone competitors (ex: Timesheet functionality compared to Harvest, etc.).

Plutio: A One Stop Shop Solution

Commentaires : Plutio has been part of my software arsenal for just a matter of months so far; I haven’t quite committed to it whole-heartedly in my day job in higher education, but I keep it open on my desktop and utilize it for jotting quick tasks that follow me around on my various devices. I plan on moving my wife’s small service business to Plutio when the subscription runs out on another SAAS service, so I’m a believer in what the developers are up to and where they are heading.

Avantages :

Right out of the virtual box, Plutio is really adept at managing a growing business, with links to projects and tasks, proposals, invoices and time-tracking, along with links to your calendar(s), contacts and more. It is clearly an overachiever.

Inconvénients :

With its broad approach, it can be hard to be the best-of-breed in so many areas, and the danger is that the user will get stuck in Plutio-world while the real world passes them by. To their credit, however, the developers are constantly adding features—including integrations to those other “best-of-breed” products and services.

Avantages :

We have been using Plutio for about 3 years now, and it's a tool we use daily for our business. Plutio is not just a project management tool, it's way more than that. You can send proposals, invoices, subscriptions, manage projects with shareable dashboards and everything you need to operate your business. We are a small design agency, and this app is just perfect for us. I want to see automations, but Leo (the founder) said they are coming.

Inconvénients :

They need to add automations to make the workflow easier, also, allow tasks from email. This will make things easier.

It's not perfect, but versatile enough make it your own

Commentaires : I was looking for a solution whereby there is extensive timesheet, task and project feature. I need to manage my internal staff members as well as a large group of technical contractors

Avantages :

The templates and custom fields had been very useful for us to customize the solution to tailor to our needs. Today we have different types and designs of kanban boards in the projects to suit different project types (Time and Material, Fixed Price, Managed Services, Internal Projects, Customer Support). The timesheet feature is also very robust for us to identify project and task overrun because all of the features can be linked together. Developers are also very responsive to our inquiries and fast to get bugs squashed

Inconvénients :

A better mobile app and reporting platform would be appreciated.

Excellent customer service and ambitious roadmap

Commentaires : The is an excellent CEO. He responds directly to customers and once he receives a complaint or suggestion (via a dedicated Facebook group), he gets to work on trying to resolve problems and implement suggestions.

Avantages :

I like the concept of the software. I like the promise it makes and what you can do with it. I really like that Plutio knows who their target market are - freelancers and business owners who do projects for clients, with or without a team. The value proposition is clear, and the purpose of the software is clear. This is why I bought into a subscription - because I am in the target audience and I believed that this software could help me make my project process smoother when working with clients.

Inconvénients :

I sadly didn't continue my subscription to the software as I don't see myself being able to get my clients onboard with using the software with me on projects. I bought a subscription to the software twice and have cancelled it both times, as it took me a while to set up and I battled to see how I could fit it into my existing work processes without throwing out quite a lot of my existing process. It's labour intensive in the beginning - obviously because every user uses the software differently because every business is different in how it operates.

Avantages :

So simple and clean interface. In a couple of minutes, you learn how to use it. They have webhooks!

Inconvénients :

I would like to have a pipeline for projects.
