PayPal Commerce Platform est un excellent outil de paiement qui me permet de percevoir et d'envoyer de l'argent en ligne, très sécurisé et facile à utiliser.

paypal est connu et utilisé par tout le monde,il est sécurisé.on peut payer nos achats,vols ou n'importe quelles transactions en quelques secondes.Et vous avez la possibilité de dépenser l'argent reçu dans la minute qui suit la réception du fond...

Inconvénients :

parfois quand paypal bloque l'argent pour contrôle ; ça peut prendre un peu de temps pour les débloquer.

Personal View on Paypal

Avantages :

I love that I can get my money from abroad to my bank account. I find that the fees that they charge are super reasonable and that it has the best currency conversion.

Inconvénients :

I just wish it had a tracking program especially when one is making an internal currency in a different currency. I also wish one had an option to create a quote before converting currencies.

Easy to use payment processor

Commentaires : After almost 3 years of using PayPal, it is still the only platform that I send invoices from outside of offline banking.

Avantages :

I think their best feat would be the ease of initially setting up the account and sending invoices, their customer service is top-notch. When I had emergencies I was able to get hold of them even during weekends.

Inconvénients :

The only con that made me reconsider using the Paypal Commerce Platform was the transaction holdups at the beginning and the source of funds verification that I needed to provide to their customer service to be able to unfreeze the transactions. This was prominent in the beginning of implementing this solution.

Last Resort

Avantages :

That I can send and receive money and have the ability to invoice customers.

Inconvénients :

It can take a long time to process payments to my account, they charge fees and they are not known to be very secure.

Commentaires : Easy to transfer and accept money, at one click. I like that it gives timely updates on each step of the process to my email. Free transfer and paid transfer options are good depends on the urgency of the users. I prefer to use Free transfer.

Avantages :

I use PayPal for online transfers. Easy sharing of information securely, and the transfer was hassle-free.

Inconvénients :

The Paypal asked to change the account password, thought it was a good practice to keep the account secure. But no other accounts I use ask the times like Paypal to change the password.

Commentaires : Using PayPal Commerce Platform has overall been a pleasure and a joy, as you know that your transactions, data and funds are secure and accessible any time you need them. The quality of customer support is on a very high level and any major issues get resolved quickly.

Avantages :

The commerce platform from PayPal is well made and straight forward. It is quick, somewhat simple and easy accessible. It provides all of the tools that you may need for business transactions and invoicing, receiving and sending of funds and reporting.

Inconvénients :

Some of the functions lag from time to time, reload in the middle of the data entry process, but it is not an often occurrence. The platform does not have many glitches or major down sides, it will give you some headache from time to time but it is stable, safe and secure - and that is what matters.

Inconvénients :

The UI is a little bit frustrating. It’s hard to see all your information in one place. Each function feels siloed off from the others. The ShipStation integration is particularly awkward.

Commentaires : I do not care for PayPal because more than a dozen of times my account has been put on hold or suspended for nothing, simply because of their computer system. Customer service is clueless whenever you can get a hold of them.

Avantages :

Reoccurring payments, easy use and setup, customers do not have to have PayPal to pay you, and it's safe.

Inconvénients :

Apple Pay and Cash app is easier to me because the payments are quicker and sometimes PayPal stop payments or you can't make or accept payments. Your account can be suspended for months without any explanation, it takes days to contact customer support, a lot of people do not like using PayPal because their system is wrong by a computer and your account can be put on hold at any time.

Commentaires : As a young company with typical issues of cost vs benefit, PayPal has been our partner as we grew from a little "mom and pop" business, to the largest worldwide manufacturer of sporting good products in a niche market. Years and years ago the "PayPal Verified" logo on our website was a big selling point for our products from our perspective and from the perspectives of our customers. The additional bells and whistles that PayPal offers to its clients is just as highly prized as that PayPal Verified logo was. The PayPal platform integrates almost seamlessly with our other e-systems. PayPal isn't manufacturing our niche sporting goods products, but they certainly know the business needs of their clients. A silly, simple example - the PayPal Virtual Terminal function - this enhancement that occurred a few years ago was like heaven. I shopped for credit card processing systems that would be a good fit for a small company. We tried a few different, highly respected banking institutions to process our credit card sales. Pre- PayPal our credit card processors made more money of electronic transactions than we made as the manufacturer of a product! Enter PayPal - Viola! We know exactly what credit card processing will cost us. We can budget accordingly and price our products at a reasonable level - no more ridiculous price increases just so we could accept credit cards. We have a webmaster now, and HE likes working with PayPal Commerce!

We have used various iterations of PayPal since our first website almost 20 years ago. We were a small, young company with limited programming and commerce platform experience and expertise. PayPal customer support has been there every step of the way. Our growth and corporate expansion would not have been so dramatic were it not for PayPal technology and a truly committed, savvy workforce. All online "help" functions have been well written and easy to follow, and when our knowledge required more intensive help, PayPal personnel have been easy to reach, easy to understand. PayPal personnel follow up after integration of PayPal systems and they want to know how they can improve - their follow up has always been about serving us, not just reaching out to garner a useless 5-star review.

Inconvénients :

I can't provide a meaningful area for improvement. I literally feel as though PayPal commerce anticipates my needs before I even know I need help. There have been instances where I thought, it would be so nice if I could do XXXX with this platform. I go to the help menu, and there is already a report format that does exactly what I had hoped for. And if the online help function isn't sufficient due to my lack of expertise, there is always a human literally only a phone call away. I cannot emphasize how grateful I am of this kind of support. I would happily pay twice the amount of my current fees, just to keep this support going - tho I don't want pricing to go up too much. PayPal is a HUGE bang for the buck!

they tend to limit our accounts easily especially when a large sum of funds come through it which can become frustrating

Commentaires : I trust PayPal 100%: If I need help, they're there. I've been scammed by a shady merchant, and they've gotten my money back from them. I feel like they are making things easier for online business owners like me, because lord knows we have enough obstacles to deal with!

Avantages :

What I love out about PayPal is that I can feel safe sending a new manufacturer money, knowing that they will protect me if something goes wrong, which it has. They have FANTASTIC customer care and just about everything I need as an online business owner, and I feel comfortable using every feature, which I did not feel using other commerce platforms in the past. PayPal has become my go to place for purchasing samples, inventory, invoicing, payment processing, rebates, and just about everything e-com related.

Inconvénients :

There are only two things I would say are inconvenient about using PayPal for my commerce: 1.) It's kind of a pain when you have to change an address. You have to go through several different tabs and change everything manually, as well as each and every business card, however, it could just be that I am not aware of a faster way. 2.) Using it on my sales funnels forces the buyer to login with each upsell. I have one funnel that has 3 different one time offers, and if they choose to do all 3, they would have to log in 4 times. This could also be due to the sales funnel platform though, so it may not specifically just be PayPal.

Commentaires : Undoubtedly my experience has been good, except for a limitation of my account due to the negligence of a buyer of my company's products. I love using PayPal because it allows me to associate the account in e-commerce service platforms, this makes it easier for consumers to make a payment. At the business level, having this platform is essential.

I really love this platform for fast and secure payment processing. I like it a lot because you can add bank accounts to withdraw money or send to other users, in addition to credit or debit cards, this makes payments easier. International shipments can be sent at an attractive exchange rate between currencies. This platform is used to pay for services automatically and keep accounts up to date, and has good security to protect both the seller and the buyer of the products.

Inconvénients :

I think the commissions are a bit high, especially when shipping internationally. Sometimes payments are withheld as a security measure, this can certainly affect the performance of a secure transaction as it can slow down the process. Account blocks or limitations can be seen very frequently.
