Avantages :

The technical support staff have also been great when I have had problems with users struggling to reset their passwords, they respond quickly and are helpful.

Inconvénients :

One of the questions in the monthly catch-up is a bit confusing and could be more direct.

Great implementation experience

Commentaires : Its early days but we have had a really good implementation experience - thank you Charlotte! So far we love the product and its potential as an engagement, performance and development tool.

Avantages :

Performance management - integrates very well with our existing systems and provides opportunities for us to enhance these further. Employee engagement - enhances our previous "People Matters" newsletter by enabling dynamic information and feedback on the new People Matters feed Objective setting - enables clear line of sight from organisational to individual objectives. Allows setting and reviewing of objectives to be a real time process rather than, artificially, only at review time.

Inconvénients :

HR Ops - lots of basics missing including inability for employee to review their contractual information, lack of basic attrition/headcount report and no confidential area for manager notes on employee. Org chart is basic and unable to use to drill down levels, unable to create editable templates in platform, no read and accept - work around is a bit clunky. Other areas too which we are told are on the roadmap.

Commentaires : Team are very professional, they adapt their processes according to how we work. The customer success team have been very patient and supportive - we don't have many resources dedicated to HR so they have given us very extensive training and onboarding. The buying experience was very positive, the sales team have a deep understanding of the product and their customers challenges so it was easy to be engaged in the process. I also found StaffCircle's content was especially useful in helping me research performance management and how the tools help to address different workforce challenges.

Avantages :

HR time off is really easy and helps keep track of employees, especially when teams are remote. Communication tools are very targeted - segmenting audiences and channels is very sophisticated. Performance managed is well thought out, it is tailored to how ever you manage employees' performance so you don't have to change your processes to fit the software like a lot of other solutions.

Inconvénients :

Nothing not to like really, all of our users are very happy and we have not had any issues

Commentaires : Its ok, used better platforms that are easier to navigate especially for those that are neurodiverse

Avantages :

Looks nice, buttons are easy to click on.

Inconvénients :

Don't like the way overtime is logged, gets confusing and also doesn't show you in monetary value.

Easy to use and quick to deploy

Commentaires : So far, my experience with Staff Circle has been really positive. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who helped me set up the system has been amazing and every dealing with the team that I have had has been easy and straight forward.

Avantages :

The system is really easy to set up, implement and deploy.

Inconvénients :

Staff Circle is still in development and a few functions that I would expect to be there aren't working yet but the team are eager to listen and make the relevant changes.

The ease navigating around the website. Being able to book annual leave is a very useful tool and there are no issues with it

An intuitive and important employee platform

Commentaires : The staff and support have been amazing from day 1. They are attentive to your every need, friendly and relaxed whilst also listening to any areas of development and take your thoughts on board. Very impressive.

Avantages :

I like being able to find majority of what I need in one platform and not have to go to multiple sites to book holiday, have a review, read comms etc. I also like the navigation around the platform and look forward to seeing the new style when we updated the UI.

Inconvénients :

It would be helpful to make the communication editor a bit smoother. Easier use of adding in interactive PDF/File/Sites and uploading your own videos from Sharepoint and not just rely on YouTube.

User friendly and easy to navigate

Commentaires : Very positive. StaffCircle is easy to use and very user friendly.

Avantages :

I like that StaffCircle feels very user friendly. Viewing company news is very similar to using some forms of social media making it engaging and easy to use. It's also really helpful that you can see if your holiday requests overlap with another team member. I like that you can connect channels such as our payslip portal which makes it really easy to find important information in one place.

Inconvénients :

It would be good if it was possible to see the holiday of all staff at the same time. As I work with lots of teams across the company it would be good to use StaffCircle to see who is on leave quickly before setting up meetings.

Easy to navigate

Commentaires : Generally very good. The live updates function is useful and allows me to understand what's going on inside the company and any HR updates, without having to go through a backlog of emails.

Avantages :

It's easy to navigate and great for live company updates and news, as well as identifying who is responsible for different areas within the organisation.

Inconvénients :

Needs & Objectives. It's quite clunky in certain areas and noticed that when I change the progress made on an objective it doesn't save.

A Nice Easy to Use Platform

Avantages :

As an end user StaffCircle is easy to navigate and make use of. I mainly make use of the HR Resources, Staff Directory and Internal Communications aspect of StaffCircle and have found all of them user friendly and useful. Specifically the Internal Communications feature, although similar results could be achieved with email threads or team channels, StaffCircle presents the information in one easy to find location and allows for greater recognition. A congratulations message about someone's promotion will quickly get lost in a company email but in StaffCircle it is not only set apart from the normal day to day workings of the company but provides a nicer way to recognise talent throughout our company.

Inconvénients :

As an end user I don't really see any negatives to StaffCircle, I have not had much experience with similar products on the market so also can't make much of a comparison.

New to Staff Circle

Avantages :

I like that it connects all the team at Life as a lot of us work remotely. I like the celebration of success and recognition of service and effort that is regularly shared. Having a central point for all your administration documents and certificates is really useful and the time off calendar makes it easy to see how much leave you have and it's very straightforward to request leave.

Inconvénients :

I haven't found anything that I don't really like yet.

Staff Circle is great

Avantages :

Staff Circle is great for communicating with all our staff. The ability to combine text and images means our feeds are interactive and engaging for staff. I love that staff can like and comment on posts. My main contact for Staff Circle is [SENSITIVE CONTENT] He is always available to help with queries and nothing is every too much trouble. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is responsive to emails and sets up regular meetings so we ensure we are getting the best out of the platform. The technical support staff have also been great when I have had problems with users struggling to reset their passwords, they respond quickly and are helpful.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing we dislike. I would like to see a live chat feature in the future.

Avantages :

If you have any issues, the staff circle team are always on hand to deliver swift support and guidance. The support that we get from the team is second to none

Inconvénients :

There have been occasional issues with the reporting lines. Also the report function is not always the most intuitive.

Working well with staff circle

Avantages :

Staff circle is easy to use and accessible by everyone in the business. It allows for internal interaction, performance reviews and internal communications. With the internal communications, I like the features of being able to interact with posts made. I also like that it can be accessed from my mobile device, so i dont have to go onto my work laptop to access all info i require.

Inconvénients :

Some features such as booking holiday/ amending holiday can be harder to work with.

Intuitive system

Commentaires : The system is easy to use, our organisation have kept it simple. We love the comms feed too.

Avantages :

We can now see all previous 1-2-1s and objectives as well as our open objectives. We can add progress to them and are able to prepare for our review meetings.

Inconvénients :

I'd like to be able to use a mobile app when not at my laptop

Avantages :

StaffCircle is a great communication tool for distributing news letters and information within the business. The ability to book holiday and create reviews works well.

Inconvénients :

Can be a bit clunky when inputting overtime. Must be willing to spend time learning how the system works.

Very easy to use and understand

Avantages :

The simplicity is what I like most about staff circle. Any user can easily find their way around it.

Inconvénients :

Probably the home page as soon as you log in. Not a big deal but I would rather it would maybe open up on my profile or news feed perhaps

One of the most seamless processes

Commentaires : As a small business it was really difficult to track anything centrally. Staff Circle has reduced the manual need for spreadsheets and contained all of our meaningful data in one easy to use platform. The reporting capability allows us to work in a slick and efficient manner without the need to hire a business analyst. Every member of the team that I've spoken to so far has been super friendly, easy to deal with and knowledgeable... I couldn't have asked for more.

Avantages :

The ability to customize the tool, branding and visuals are important to our end users. Easy to use, explain to others and adapt to our needs. This platform will grow with our business and that is so appealing. Great value for money, we're a small business and didn't have the capacity to invest hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Inconvénients :

If a Recruitment ATS system was already available, that would be exceptionally helpful but I've been made aware that a new release/upgrade is in the process of being rolled out.

Avantages :

Staff circle is an easy to follow platform that allows me to book the time off i need and see when it clashes with others. I feel as though I can access it easily without the need for confusion. I wish all my work platforms were like this! I am able to see what my reviews and objectives are without having to dig deep! I can see my progress and deadlines with ease! I frequently use this platform to keep on track of my tasks and ensuring I am prepared for when anyone is on annual leave. I am Able to offer support to customers at any time due to the information provided!

Inconvénients :

Nothing! I have had many jobs and it is the best platform for booking time off and objectives

Commentaires : Overall it is ok. I have had my issues with staff circle, but updating our team with just a blog is ok. Anything else I am yet to understand.

Avantages :

I like the ease of being able to keep all staff informed in one place, the issue is trying to keep people engaged.

Inconvénients :

The features seem a little bit clunky and I am unsure on how all the features are used. It would be good if there were a training platform.
