My customers love the text and email confirmations they receive. I like the integrated SOAP note, POS, and treatment history features.
Signing in every single time and it lags so i don't always have time to wait for it to pop open. The keep me signed in button doesn't appear to work.

Commentaires : A fantastic experience to date. They are always updating the platform and have a very responsive customer service team.
Avantages :
It has all the key features a massage therapist would need. Booking, payment integration with Square, and email management for promotions. Super simple to use and gets the job done.
Inconvénients :
I do wish they had an open API or Zapier integration to connect it with other 3rd party apps to pass data around.

Once you learn the ropes ClinicSense operates smoothly and with little to no difficulty. Lots of features. Can't live without my online book now! :)Dev's are quick to answer concerns.
Inconvénients :
The update to ClinicSense is causing some confusion and making some features the old version had harder to achieve. Hopefully they will work on resolving these issues. My software should work with me and for me, not make my day to day harder and slower to get through.

ClinicSense does most of what I need to organize my work
Avantages :
It’s pretty straightforward and easy to figure out. Lots of tutorials. Compared to other softwares I’ve used that took months to set up, this was ridiculously straightforward and uncomplicated. Much of what I needed was built into the software.
Inconvénients :
I rely on it so much that I worry about what I’m going to do if I need to transition to another record keeping system. Or if there is a system failure, my records are all digital now. I am not really happy about how expensive it is compared to similar platforms, but I’ve invested so much time into learning and using it in my practice that I’m not likely to switch to another software. It’s good but it’s pricey and I know there are alternatives that cost less.

Best Booking System Out There!

They make online booking for clients a breeze, the new updates with google review booster, feedback, client referrals, and all the email campaigns (availability especially) have helped me grow with ease and has made it straight forward for clients. I love ClinicSense and would recommend it to anyone.
Avantages :
ClinicSense has you covered on every front when running a small business that requires booking, appointment scheduling, HIPAA compliance, patient records, receiving payments, sending invoices, building treatment notes, and email campaigns.
Inconvénients :
The mobile app needs a bit of attention. I tend not to use it as it is hard to do anything but take payments. You can't access client files easily or write treatment notes.

Commentaires : Wonderful! Once I moved into my own office, I was able to utilize the online booking and email campaigns which are super easy to incorporate!
Avantages :
I started my business in December of 2019, I purchased Clinic Sense during the pandemic because I wanted additional Covid screening waiver.
Inconvénients :
I think the only con is that it took me a little bit of time to get used to, I wish that I could see more than just a week of my schedule at a time. I know you can click to a date on the month, but I can't see if clients are already booked or if I am schedule to work.

The online booking and reminders have given me a lot more time to spend with my clients. I love the available emails and so do our clients. We always get appointment requests from those emails.

Avantages :
I like everything about ClinicSense. They have made it super easy to be able to email the clients, the intake, forms, soap notes, online, scheduling, appointment, reminders, etc. This basically does all of the work for you I don’t have to have a receptionist to have to make phone calls to remind people of appointments. It’s like having your own personal receptionist.

I am very happy with all of it. I don’t have any complaints.

Avantages :
ClinicSense is a game changer with the automation of appointment booking and appointment management. Client notes and soap notes are extremely customizable. ClinicSense is always updating features and refining their product.
Inconvénients :
Most of the time I think about a feature I’d like to see, it ends up getting implemented. There’s even a system to suggest changes and refinements and new features.

Commentaires : ClinicSense has come a long way in the last few years. When I first started using it, it was clunky and felt unrefined. In the last 6 months they have added a lot of new features, and ease of access.
Avantages :
The price was fantastic, it was nice with the automated reminder texts, and online booking.
Inconvénients :
The mobile app doesn't work for my phone (Samsung s10), but the web-browser clinicsense.com works fantastically so it doesn't affect me too much.

Commentaires : This software is easy to use. Even if you are not comfortable with writing soap notes, this software helps to format them into a professional final product.
Avantages :
The ease of use of the soap notes was a key deciding factor in choosing clinic sense. There are three options to choose for soap notes. 1-general 2-basic 3-clinical. As a medical massage therapist the clinical soap notes are perfect for dialogue between doctor and therapist. They formulate and print a concise report that can be used easily to file with insurance. Or if you do not need the advanced feature you can go to the simpler format. Setting up the prices, times, and modalities was very easy. As was entering in client information. Clients are emailed initial appointment and a reminder as well. I love being digital with the intake forms and the soap notes. It helps the environment and you do not have to leave the office to get copies, and there are no storage issues. I can use my I phone to book, cancel, or add personal time. Previously I have used full slate and it did not seem to have as many features.
Inconvénients :
Currently they are partnered with clover I believe for credit card processing, I am a square user because it is rated as more reliable. However they sent an update email stating that they are in the process of partnering with square. Which will be handy to sell gift certificates thru my website.

Commentaires : Overall experience, I am extremely happy. It has made my life so much easier not having to send out confirmation emails or COVID screens.
Avantages :
What I like most about this software is the accessibility. I am able to have my own independent software that I feel comfortable storing my documents on and knowing that it pre saves itself after every type. I love that it sends out reminders, and covid screens on its own. I also love the idea it sends out my promos for me automatically. When I am an independent we already have so much to do. It's just one less thing to have to think about! Big fan.
Inconvénients :
My overall experience is great with clinic sense. The other con I have is when I open more than one window on my account the clinic sense kicks out and I lost all the notes I made at that time. The software on the phone doesn't always work. I can log in easy on my laptop using the same username and password but then wouldn't work on my phone. It does the same style of loading if I leave the screen it will delete all progress made with documentation.

I felt that I was paying too much for what I was getting with my last scheduling software.
The complicated login with my previous software was too much for a lot of my clients.
Clinicsense gives me everything I need to run my practice. It is affordable. It's easy for my clients to use. It was easy for me to use.
The online forms have saved me time with my clients.
The support staff have been quick to respond to any problems that I have.
Avantages :
ClinicSense is very easy to use. My clients do not have a complicated log in. I love the online intake and Covid-19 forms and the convenience of soap notes with each client. I also like that a health history form is sent to clients each year to be updated.
Inconvénients :
Clients cannot control their future schedules. No auto payments Very basic financial reports No client schedule app

Commentaires : For the most part it is great and the customer service is amazing. They alway get back to me in a timely fashion and they work hard to help me out. They do upgrades at least once a year and add features that most of their customers want.
Avantages :
I like that Clinic Sense is easy to use so that even those that are not computer savvy have no trouble with it. It is also coloured so that it is easy to see what is on the schedule.
Inconvénients :
I don't like that products have to be entered in manually every time something is sold as apposed to a databank with the names of products and their costs that can be selected from a drop down menu.

Commentaires : I have thoroughly loved every aspect of ClinicSense. It has allowed our clinic to run without a receptionist, have full control over our schedules, with the ease of reporting, filing and accounting.
Avantages :
I love the ease in managing our client files, booking and accounting. It took our clinic a while to decide to make the leap to online clinic management, but we have appreciated the software everyday. We have only been satisfied. We also really appreciate the customer service and the immediate responds to our questions when we were not sure how to do something (again, due to our lack of computer skills not the software). [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was amazing to guide us to setting up our ClinicSense Software, and responds promptly to our questions.
Inconvénients :
There may already be this service, but I would like the ability to just send a mass email to my personal clients...not my colleagues clients when there is a disruption in my ability to be at the clinic.

A good choice
Commentaires : Overall, I would not go back to my old software and I am looking forward to some of the new features that will be presented in the future with ClinicSense.
Avantages :
I love being able to change my schedule easily. I appreciate not being charged extra marketing fees. Overall, it is an easy software to set up and use. I like being able to change the client notes format that I can use each time someone comes in. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the responsiveness of the customer service staff. I like that I can easily look up to see what improvements there are in the works.
Inconvénients :
What I miss most from my old software is the anatomy references that were provided and being able to set up series of appointments. I miss being able to draw on a body to help show flow patterns or areas of "stickiness". I also miss being able to "drag" an appointment into another spot within the same day or week. I do miss being able to do an open chat or phone call when I am having issues.

Commentaires : I had some billing problems at the beginning because I'm in the United States. I was able to get a hold of someone and customer service was very good.
Avantages :
I love the email campaign. I love how it send reminders if they haven't been seen in a while. I love the birthday email. That is a nice personal touch.
Inconvénients :
I dont like the smart phone option. You are not able to look up information about a client unless I have my full computer. This is very inconvenient for me. I also dont like that if a new client schedules they are not able to put in gift certificate number as an option of payment.

At the bottom of the screen, click on the icon that looks like a silhouette of a person and you'll go to the page with your client files. Total business changer!!
Commentaires : I LOVE this program. The price is incredible for what you get. Within the very first month my productivity increased, my money increased, retention increased with easier scheduling and intake forms readily available, and the list goes on. Even the simple form for invoicing and in taking how the money received is a game changer. This program also made me realize more money was coming in than I thought and to get in gear with a better budget. Give it a try, you wont regret it! I have been through every big name program over 14 years with several different salons and spas, but I found this to be the best choice when opening my own brick and mortar location.

It's a Canadian company!! My clients say Clinicsense is very easy to use and they love the convenience to book online at any time of day or night. They also appreciate not having to create an account and have to login each time they want to book an appointment.
Inconvénients :
There isn't a lot of personal customization. I wish you could customize the SOAP/clinical notes instead of having to use their templates. The point-and-click template is too vague, but I hate typing i.e. I'd love to see more drop down menus when you click on an area of the body to list specific muscle involvement. Also, the monthly cost is a little expensive for businesses with 5-8 people and even though it's a Canadian company, they cater to American clients e.g. "cheque" (Cnd) is spelled "check" (USA).

Works as it should, the support sets it apart
Commentaires : Integration of filing, booking and billing was a big step up for our little clinic. The learning curve was easy, and we were early adopters of ClinicSense, so we had a part in wringing out the bugs. The support team is first rate and any issues or questions we had were quicky sorted. Our clients find filling out the intake form and online booking very smooth. We get comments on how much our clients like the software regularly.
Avantages :
I find the software very comprehensive, and easy to use. I like the soap notes feature especially. It gives the client a chance to lay out their signs and symptoms. Very useful to me.
Inconvénients :
I have a bit of an issue with the mobile app on my iPad in that I can't use the fingerprint log in. It is over laid by other text asking for me to log in for a trial. Mildly annoying, but given how responsive this team is, they will have that sorted out shortly.

Easy to use for partioners and clients
Commentaires : For the features that I use, I really enjoy this software, I would easily recommend to any health care professionals, it even lets you set up your own short hand(ABR) so if you want to do your notes online exactly like you would on paper that is an option.
Avantages :
I really enjoy how easy using this software is, Clients have no issues trying to book appointments which is of the most importanance to me. I also enjoy being able to use this software on any device. It makes stepping out of my office into my real life a little but simpler, i don't need to bring my computer everywhere, but can still access my schedule and notes when necessary. The price point for the software is very reasonable, I have no complaints about this. I recieved customer service through text and this was perfect for my needs.
Inconvénients :
I haven't used all the features, so I can't say what I really likw lease, I would choose to set up the soap notes a little differently if it were something I was designing just for myself as a massage therapist, however I still have no real negative to associate with the use of the software.

ClinicSense is incredibly user friendly and easy to set up. I was up and running in a matter of minutes and I rarely have any frustrations with it.
Inconvénients :
I wish it was easier to release a chart for a legal claim. At the moment, if I have a request for a chart release, I have to go into each individual session and download the individual SOAP note, combine them, and then send them. If a client has had 30+ sessions, that could get time consuming. It would be much easier if I could access the SOAP notes altogether.

Best Scheduling Software Out There!
Commentaires : Overall I'm very pleased. I love using this software for work.
Avantages :
I love the ease for clients to schedule, SOAP notes, adding tags to parts of the body, birthday emails with coupon codes, selling gift certificates on the home page, weekly schedule availability emails, and so much more.
Inconvénients :
I have to manually schedule breaks - for example, I work 9-4 pick up my daughter from daycare, and then go back to the office at from 7:30-10pm. I would like the company to make multiple schedules PER DAY available without having to manually block each day. The screen refreshes every time you flip your phone from horizontal to vertical on the mobile website and it deletes all your soap notes. I can't use my phone for work. I had to buy a computer. The APP needs work. I can't do soap notes on the app, which makes it somewhat useless. You can't see every therapist's appointments on the app, so I find I have to look at 3 different schedules to figure out our earliest availability. It's a hassle.

More efficient, professional, & less clutter from paper files

Avantages :
During the early days of the covid pandemic, going paperless and having less exposure to clients before appointments was important. Now clients fill out their intake forms online and they do not have to arrive early to do so like anymore. Furthermore, Clients have expressed how professional the confirmation emails and intake forms, and confirmation and covid pre-screening emails are sent automatically which saves me from having to remember to send them. Lastly, the ability to do my charting or book clients from anywhere using any device is great. Oh and the financial reports are helpful come tax time
Inconvénients :
don't dislike anything, however I do wish there was a number count at top of schedule for me to quickly glance at to see how many appointments I have booked that week so far rather than counting them. I like to have set mini goals. Also I wish text reminders wasn't an extra cost. I would love the option for clients to choose if they prefer email or text reminders (without costing me more).

Commentaires : It was simply plain sailing. I tried other systems, some lacked functionality I needed or were clunky, others were quite difficult to set up. With ClinicSense I haven’t had any of these problems. It does what I need as a massage therapist. It is very easy to set up and use, so far I haven’t had any major issues at all. ClinicSense just works for me.
Avantages :
The booking interface is very easy to use for clients and they don’t have to remember a password. With my old system I had occasionally the problem that clients thought they had booked, but it didn’t go through. With ClinicSense I haven’t had this problem once. Very easy to set up and use and reasonably priced. The intake forms are easy to customise and everything’s automated. Overall a very pleasant experience for my clients. Support is very responsive, you won’t have to wait long if you have a question or an issue.
Inconvénients :
Very limited on the reporting side, which is fine for me as I work alone, but if I was running a large and busy clinic I would have a problem. This may sound petty, but the invoices you get out of the system look like they were designed by a frustrated teenager. They don't look professional at all, which is a shame. The rest of the client facing parts (booking, intake forms, reminders etc.) look very professional.
