Amazing and always improving

Commentaires : Great, couldn't recommend them highly enough. It's a useful, intuitive product that keeps getting better.

Avantages :

I'm shocked by how much Right Inbox is updating their product. I use it for the basic features of scheduling emails, setting reminders, etc. and was thinking about dropping it after Gmail made all their updates, but then Right Inbox came out with a whole slew of new features that are so incredibly useful. What I like most about Right Inbox is how intuitive it is to use. There's no "onboarding" time needed, I just installed it and immediately felt like a power user.

Inconvénients :

Some of their features are overkill. They have one that expands links with an image and all this nonsense every time you add a link to an email. But you can turn that off, along with other features you're not using that are getting in the way. It was really annoying when it started but their support is helpful and it's super easy to turn stuff off.

Try it for once, you won't regret it

Commentaires : Loving the tool so far. The extension integrates seamlessly into my Gmail compose window. Email tracking and email templates have been huge timesavers for me with my outreach efforts. I have 10 different templates that I switch between regularly depending on my cold outreach. Knowing who has opened your email and when it pretty cool as well. It has a lot of features that I haven't needed to use yet but for the price it's a bargain. I'm using it for both my professional and personal email accounts.

Avantages :

Using sequences and email tracking helps me in my outreach campaigns.

Inconvénients :

Based on the competition, they should charge more. Saying this because I know how much other tools charge and I know the usefulness of this tool.

MESSED UP MY CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Avantages :

When it worked it worked OK but the pros were not enough to outweigh the cons - they really made a huge mistake and it severley impacted my client delivery and customer service process.

Inconvénients :

I experienced an issue and reached out to the team for weeks to try to get it resolved. I have emails that go out to my clients every single week in a scheduled fashion and for whatever reason, the TO emails were getting deleted. After trouble shooting several things - the team even admitted this was a problem they were experiencing. When I reached out for help - not only did they take days to get back to me - but when I explained that this was causing customer service issues in my business and that I wanted a refund and to cancel the service - they canceled my service but denied my refund. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in dealing with a software company when things were clearly their fault. I went to boomerang instead - not only is it FREE but it works perfectly!

A supercharger for your email, at a lower cost.

Commentaires : This is quite an awesome software that offers lots of features for a small cost. Right Inbox is an email management service for small businesses. Not only does it allow you to send emails later and throughout the day as they become relevant, but it also gives you some other tools such as tracking of emails that have been opened, recurring emails, email notes & reminders, templates for responses, and much more. The interface is simplistic yet powerful in its abilities. From just a simple Gmail account, you can now use powerful features and modules thanks to this service. I would absolutely recommend it to all.

I've used a lot of email extensions in order to create the perfect email. In my opinion, this is one that packs all the features I would consider the most vital. Yes! RightInbox implements with style a number of features that are sure to make your life easier; Reminders that help to keep you on top of your workload, email tracking for ensuring that important emails reach the necessary recipient, email templates for quickly sending customized messages in seconds, sequences for optimizing your workflow and productivity at a company level, private notes available to keep track of personal interests and goals, recurring emails for tasks that need to be completed on time and many more. This product is a great alternative to Boomerung and has plenty of features that are unavailable in Gmail. At its current price tag, the quality of this product provides excellent value for money. In our team, cold emailing is a big part of outbound and high deliverability rates have always been important. Our team is sure that this product will be great in the future. The integration of all these helpful features in email is awesome. I never would have thought all this could fit so much into email. Highly recommend this product.

Inconvénients :

I only have one suggestion for development. It would be great if they could improve the tracking of their emails so we can see when an email was opened. In addition, it would be nice if there was a way to categorize templates by topic instead of just alphabetical order. I hope they're able to make those changes soon. Some people might have concerns about email security but there is a lot of room for improvement and a bright future awaits us.

I won't go back to using Gmail without this tool

Avantages :

This software was a surprised, I didn't even know a tool like that existed. Now I can't do Gmail without it. It helps me track if my email has been opened. I can inject some life into my message thanks to the customization features. I can schedule recurrent emails. It's just great!!

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it's buggy. I don't get the report right away. Not a dealbreaker though.

Right Inbox is a AIO email productivity tools

Avantages :

Right Inbox can do email tracking really easy and scheduling or reoccurring mail sending are fantastic add on.

Inconvénients :

I wish the promised mail merge capability is ready by now.

Good intentions, but functionality superseded by Google

Commentaires : Overall... very feature rich and probably great for marketers, but for folks who don't end up using features beyond scheduled emails as much, it may not be worth it.

Avantages :

At first, I used RightInbox for scheduling emails in Gmail...there was no native functionality at that tiem in Gmail and that was an awesome feature. Prescheduled followups and mail-merge templates were a secondary use case, and worked pretty decently. Overall... very feature rich.

Inconvénients :

The UI was rather clunky with Gmail, and Gmail introduced a schedule send feature natively recently, which destroyed the main value prop I'd been using RightInbox for.

Great for automating periodic emails

Commentaires : This is a great product and saves me time every week.

Avantages :

The feature that led me to right inbox was the ability to schedule an automated email. As a manager I use it to schedule email check in with direct reports weekly. It works great.

Inconvénients :

I have not had any major issues with the software. It is well built and very intuitive. I have not found any negative features of the software.

Great promise for your email management; however performance can be better

Commentaires : It is a product with great promise, however, I am not fully convinced about the ability to track email opening and clicks.

Great for scheduling

Commentaires : Pretty basic. Allows me to stop forgetting the emails I have to send "later"

Avantages :

That we can use the schedule, have our emails typed and not forgotten. Very easy to install and use.

Inconvénients :

That it can't be used in one inbox for multiple accounts (or at least I can't find the right settings)

Very disappointed - basic features don't work

Commentaires : Very bad, I used them, had a ton of problems with basic things like saving and being able to attach images, I asked for a refund and got one right away, that was the good part but don't waste your time here to save $10 a month

Avantages :

It cost cheaper then other solutions so I was hoping it would work

Inconvénients :

Tons of problems, sequences won't save, it will distort your spacing, can't save images to email templates and more...you will waste a lot of time using a product that is not ready to be live

Right Inbox is Gmail on steroids

Commentaires : I am loving Right Inbox because it's so easy to install and use. Pricing is fair and I haven't needed support.

Avantages :

I love how it's super simple to set up. Literally takes 3 seconds and it's installed in your gmail as an extension.

Inconvénients :

Nothing I can think of right now, it's worked well thus far.

Avantages :

I have been using the software fro about a year now and it is everything I recently changed my main domain email and I contacted support to help transition. They were really fast and did everything for me the same day. It was a great experience when I thought it would take way more time.

Inconvénients :

That I have not added it to all my users yet.

Great tool for automating outreach campaigns

Commentaires : I tried Rightinbox for our email outreach campaign and it offers a pretty simple and doable solution that will work for almost everyone
