Very good CRM, but Web Builder is clear winner

Commentaires: Overall its good and would recommend to anyone who is looking for such a solution, don't buy only CRM or website, buy both then only you will get the best out it

Avantages: CRM & Website integration, I don't have to check my email or other software to see what leads i am getting on my website ... it all comes into my CRM and also agents get the email notification. Lead routing was one of tedious task for me but I am using their round-robin assignment feature.
Managing listings is very easy and detailed, auto-matching is awesome feature

Inconvénients: Telephony integration and SMS integration, but I have been told, they are working on with few vendors to get telephony integration. I hope to see this feature soon ... it'll give me an option to auto call forwarding based on my business strategy.
