Commentaires : I would say, it's a good system overall. I am sure it does way more than I have figured out thus far.

Avantages :

I mostly use vipecloud to automate messages to go out to customers and my team. Most of it is set up for me by a 3rd party. That's what I love most -- is being able to send out messages when needed.

Inconvénients :

However, when I go in to use it myself and customize my own messages, it tends to be a bit complicated for me. I wish it were more user friendly, but Idk what I would suggest to make it that way.

Customize my emails with some issues but great customer service

Commentaires : I love being able to customize my message to send to a large group of people. The colorful content gives me more attention and a better response from my customers and team.

Avantages :

I create emails to my team and customers each week using Vipecloud. Because of the customization I can add beautiful images and videos which help my emails stand out. It took me some time to learn how to add all of the features into the email and I am still learning but if you are familiar with this type of thing you will probably be comfortable with it.

Inconvénients :

I have some issues adding text blocks and pictures where I want them. I also think the dashboard could be more user friendly. I wish we could navigate the site more easily with more colorful links. I have to work hard to remember where I put things each time I go in to edit my previous emails. I have had things not load up properly when I am in safari but in google chrome it works. Strange but that's what customer service told me to do.

Gets the job done

Avantages :

I love the social media scheduling. Being able to pre-plan and post to Facebook has been very freeing. I also appreciate being able to share templates and graphics with other users. Love that it is built to be a collaborative space.

Inconvénients :

I'd love to have a bit more functionality in the iOs app. So much happens "on the go" that it can be challenging. I would also prefer to have an email builder "for dummies". Sometimes the fields and content options are a bit dizzying.

Commentaires : I think it is great. I believe it will be even better for me once I understand how to use it.

Avantages :

I like that this allows for links to send the emails through text as well. Very easy to create different things that I ever knew was capable. This really helped me this week with reaching my customers for the holiday information.

Inconvénients :

It’s not as easy to understand. You definitely have to play around with it a lot to figure it out. And it’s not that easy to edit the text boxes because the edit arrows come over the wording.

Avantages :

I think the most important thing that I like about VipeCloud is the ease of use. It is very user friendly and simple to learn how to use it. I use it mostly for email communication & social media strategy, and automation of both. I also use it to store content, and this is invaluable to be able to share short links. I've been very pleased with it so far.

Inconvénients :

I appreciate the tutorial videos on YouTube when I don't know how to use a feature. I haven't found much that I don't like yet.

Best decision I have made.

Avantages :

Vipe Cloud is so easy to use and simplifies my communication processes. My communications always look professional, are created in record time, and have a high delivery and open rate. Vipe Cloud has changed my business and the way that I communicate with customers and my team. I have seen it directly impact my bottom line almost instantly. I couldn't be happier.

Inconvénients :

The only suggestions that I have is to make it easier to create your own backgrounds on templates. Other than that, I am completely happy.

Email Marketing Solutions Made Easy

Commentaires : I use VipeCloud alongside my virtual assistant for my direct sales business, and the integration of what she creates for me, and what I create - and the ability to share email templates between us two is brilliantly easy!

Avantages :

The user-ability of the platform is so easy to navigate. I have a background in Marketing, and jumping into this platform was really easy, as it provides comparable features as others on the market, but for a non-marketer it's very easy to find your way around. My favorite feature of the software is the simple drag and drop email templates and creation.

Inconvénients :

As of now, I don't have any complaints about the software.

Avantages :

The systems that allow me to communicate with personal touch. That my customers and team members can hear my voice as well as see my words and pictures when I communicate. It also maximizes the effectiveness of my time management.

Inconvénients :

Learning a new system and finding resources easily. Also I need to know when and who I send emails to and I’m struggling to find that info.

Made My Marketing Agency Run 10X Smoother

Commentaires : Before I got VipeCloud, I was constantly buried in spreadsheets and data which costs me a ton of time every week. Now I've been able to consolidate all of my data, keep track of sales pipelines, and run automated email campaigns — all in one platform. It's like having an assistant without a salary.

Avantages :

VipeCloud allowed me to keep track of all of my contacts across my business in detail and provided me an array of features within the Marketing Suite, Sales CRM, along with a bunch of automation solutions.

Inconvénients :

It's hard to find much wrong with VipeCloud since they're always constantly innovating to stay on top of the other CRMs out there.

It goes out to everyone I want it to in just a few minutes. I tend to use the same things over and over- but I find it easy to do. My assistant does most of the work!

Inconvénients :

I would like tutorials easy to find to instruct us on how to do certain things. As I said, my assistant does most of the work, but somethings I have to personally do, and it takes me a while to get through them

First Class support

Avantages :

What separates a good company from a great company are the people and the product. This company has Both. Response time is instant, modifications additions to the features happen like magic, most importantly they LISTEN and ask questions until they fully understand the needs of their client before they create a solution or demonstrate how to use the existing VipeCloud features to accomplish the required tasks.

Inconvénients :

While it much improved over the previous version, the mobile app stills requires some tweaking.

Customer support like no other

Commentaires : I wish I had reached out to customer support sooner. [sensitive content hidden] got right back to me about a question I thought was pretty involved regarding duplicate contacts. He sent me super easy to follow steps to update my contact lists. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the quick answer, even on a Sunday! Put me at ease and got my email campaign back on track!

Avantages :

I find it easy to update email templates and keep track of my email communication with my clients.

Inconvénients :

Wish the email that was used could be our regular gmail email.

Consistent great quality

Avantages :

I use Vipecloud almost every day to communicate with my sales force members. I also pay for a virtual assistant to create content that goes out to both sales force members and to my customers! I value that my emails are delivered and the quality of my communication is beautiful!

Inconvénients :

I have no complaints or dislikes about VioeCloud!

Great capabilities, but not Sales Rep Friendly

Commentaires : I tried for a year to get it to work. I felt like if I could just spend time with it I'd get comfortable, but it just doesn't seem to do the trick. Takes me too long to work it.

Avantages :

Customer support is great. Team steps in and covers. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is responsive. It has some great capabilities built in. Series, Video, Customization, Integration and affordability safety pieces built in

Inconvénients :

The help center is unsearchable. It's all predetermined with mega tags, so getting the one issue you want resolved is not easy to find. Have to plow through videos in hope of finding one thing. E.g how to create a Contact ListIt's not an initiative CRM. I had to relearn every time I used. (It's not designed to be used as a functional CRM) Importing contacts has to be csv, so have to convert Excel. Have to manually go into Task to work. Doesn't automatically prompt for a Follow up item.

This product is visually appealing and very easy to learn and navigate. It is fantastic to have a number of powerful, actually useful, tools at your fingertips with next to no learning curve.

There were a few glitches in the software at first, but the team at VipeCloud was extremely prompt in their responses and worked to eliminate these immediately.

There really isn’t anything I can think of that I do not like. I don’t know all the ins and outs yet but what i utilize has been great.

Figure things out easily, even though I’m not very tech savvy. Customer care seems to always be ready to help although I haven’t Needed it yet. Used other services in past, this one is best by far!

Inconvénients :

Only negative I have found are some of my post and emails get read less and I believe it is because it says …posted by “Vipecloud”, at the bottom of them. I know Facebook makes this process happen, so really no fault of Vipecloud. But, I have been told the name Vipecloud sounds spammy so they were just skipping over those post, til I told them they were actually from me.
