"Accurate and easy to use"

Commentaires: The most significant benefit has been in cutting cost and time to document patient records. I'm surprised at how they are able to offer such a good product at a reasonable price. I must also add, The customer support is hands down brilliant.

Avantages: I noticed it has a very impressive speed of recognition. It has a good ability to catch longer sentence and has a higher chance of getting it right. It was impressive to know how the error rate was at about 2% at worst. Overall, Value for money.

Inconvénients: I have been using it for a long time and couldn't come up with anything that I would consider as a con. Few minor convenience but nothing major.

"Best value for money"

Commentaires: We deploy it for various practices. It seems to do the job well. Customer support is exceptional.

Avantages: Ability to dictate notes on mobile and desktop yet be affordable

Inconvénients: If the internet is spotty we see that it doesn't accurately transcribe sometimes. We have to re-launch the app. Minor inconvenience in some situations.

"Time saver"

Commentaires: It’s been good and support is amazingly

Avantages: VoiceboxMd has become an essential tool for my practice. It is not only saves time but also keep my chart up to date. I get to spend time with my family.

Inconvénients: Would have love to use my phone as microphone instead of using the one attached to the computer
