Commentaires : Escroquerie à la carte bleue. Refusent de rembourser une prestation que je n'ai pas commandée, se cachent derrière des conditions de ventes à rallonge qui imposent de donner un préavis de résiliation pour se voir éviter un débit de 180 euros! Des escrocs.

Avantages :

L'outil est inutilisable si vous renouvelez pas le paiement. Tout votre travail est rasé...Surtout ne stockez rien chez eux

Inconvénients :

Les numéros de cartes bancaires sont conservés, et débités à date anniversaire. Ils vous imposent un préavis d'un mois pour ne pas reconduire l'abonnement. 180 euros annuels...pour des QR code qui ne servent à rien, car ils sont désactivés une fois l'abonnement terminé. Les QR code sont gratuit via un compte google.

Commentaires : Cela faisait longtemps que je ne m'était pas fait avoir... Publicité trompeuse : le QR code est annoncé comme gratuit, mais en réalité, cette gratuité ne dure que quelques jours ! Passé ce délai, le code devient inutilisable sans souscription à un abonnement payant. Coup de grâce : le paiement ne peut pas se faire mensuellement. Si vous espériez ne payer qu'une petite somme pour quelques mois d'usage, sachez que le minimum à payer est un abonnement annuel de 115€ (pour le plus petit forfait), ce qui est totalement excessif pour une utilisation occasionnelle. Méfiez-vous de cette fausse "gratuité" qui risque de vous coûter cher !

Avantages :

Je ne peux malheureusement pas répondre à cette question puisque je n'aurais jamais utilisé QR Code Generator Pro si j'avais été informé des vraies conditions dès le départ.

Inconvénients :

Manque de transparence sur les coûts, impossibilité d’options de paiement flexible, et engagement forcé à long terme pour un service annoncé comme "gratuit".

Une arnarque bien ficelée

Inconvénients :

Très grosse arnaque venant de ce vendeur qui est d'ailleurs bien rempli de faux avis positifs, ayant commandé pour 800€ de flyers sur lequel le qr code annoncé gratuit par ce site finiront au recyclage, car j'ai reçu à ce jour un mail venant de leur part 10 jours après me demandant de choisir un forfait payant sous risque de désactivation du Qr code créé. Surtout ne vous faites pas avoir par ce vendeur peu scrupuleux. Le qr code est finalement un lien qui redirige ensuite vers votre site.

Commentaires : je confirme les avis précédents : c'est une ARNAQUE.
Le site vous annonce générer des QR Code gratuits, puis au bout de 15 jours vous recevez un email disant que vos QR Code vont expirer, et que pour les garder il faut payer un compte Pro, 5€ / mois, et on est obligé de payer à l'année (donc 60€).

Avantages :

On peut dire qu'un des points forts c'est qu'au moins, on peut générer des QR Code

Mensonge au client : Il est dit que le QR code est valide indéfiniment, ce n'est pas le cas

Commentaires : We wanted a software that was able to create as many QR Codes as we wanted and also give accurate and real time reporting features. Our client needs to see the campaign in action and we can provide the data to support every decision made with these QR codes.

Avantages :

The QR Code generation is pretty seamless, we're able to save a template and use it with different codes. It's quite a fair value for our money, we got a 12 month subscription and we're already loving the analytics, customization and reporting features of this service.

Inconvénients :

Maybe I would like a better experience in mobile. An app could be ideal.

Dissatified Education (Bait to Switch)

Commentaires : I 100% regret inadvertently believing I could create a FREE QR code only to have it deactivated in 14 days. I should know this was Bait to Switch for an expensive product. Following deactivation, I believed I was activating my QR Code for a total of $9.99 only to find out I purchased a $120 product. I immediately tried to cancel the purchase but there is not a phone number and the AI Bot was not helpful. Through various emails with "customer service" I learned I paid $120 to create 2 QR Codes. And, there are absolutely no refunds ever given and no exceptions to this policy (insert BIG red flag). Also, the review has required info boxes with limited options, in the dropdown box so some information may not be complete. I am an educator and used the QR code to support teachers (not mobile marketing)

While this very expensive lesson cost me a lot and took supply money away from my students, I will continuing sharing/educating others in hopes that no other educator takes the BAIT and pays dearly as I did! $120 for 1 User and 2 QR Codes. That is $60 per QR Code. There are FREE and appropriately priced QR Code Generators for educators who are trying to meet the multifaceted needs of students and stakeholders.

Customer service is horrible. I went through to pay for a monthly plan and ended up getting charged for the entire year, even after making sure there was nothing that said yearly plan. Yet somehow I was charge $120. They are refusing to refund the money as it has already charged me for the year. I will make sure to find all review sites to leave a review.

No pros. You make a QR code and then they tell you 2 weeks later you have to pay at least $120 for a year subscription to use this code.

False Advertising. Not disclosing full information when creating QR code. Only a chatbot to reach support, then it creates a ticket which who knows how long it will take to get a response. When I attempted to purchase the $120 starter plan, it wouldn't properly take in the info so the QR code that was supposed to be sent/given out in this next week for a business is still inactive.

Zero Warning on Auto Renewal and No Refunds

It was easy to use and it worked fine, but the poor service outweighed this pro.

Inconvénients :

After receiving zero warning about an automatic renewal approaching (which they automatically enroll you in when you sign up), I asked politely for a refund and let their support know I would no longer be using the service and did not intend to renew for another year. Then I received a reply with zero understanding, zero empathy, and zero compassion. They stated they sent a reply 30 days prior which they absolutely did not. As many of the others in this forum have stated, they lie about sending a notification and just charge you. I cannot recommend highly enough that you go with a different QR code service. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

No communication!

Commentaires : Before the trial period ended I paid $220 for a year's subscription. However, when my free trial expired, regardless of what I paid, they disabled my qr code. I tried to email them many times to solve the problem but they never replied! There is no way to get a refund or a valid qr code. Please share my experience with your friends!

Primarily we disagree with their practice to continue to bill us without notifying us. We did not notice our membership was still active until they had already taken charges on our account. The product they offered was average, but we could get those services elsewhere for free, at least the features we needed.

Commentaires : I cancelled my subscription one day following its auto renew. They refused to refund me for even part of the cost of renewal. Extremely frustrated with their lack of communication and extremely poor customer service.

Commentaires : What I thought was a simply, smooth experience turned out to be an expensive mistake, thanks to their intentionally deceptive UX design and bait-and-switch trial program. I do NOT recommend using this service unless you are fully prepared to pay.

Avantages :

It was easy to generate a QR code in very little time.

Inconvénients :

During the QR code creation process, crucial information is buried in the design of the user interface, so the only options I saw ended up being those that wouldn't meet my needs in the long run. But I didn't know that at the time. The free trial is designed to set you up for failure, so you have to choose between paying for a monthly subscription or losing all of your work.

This site is a SCAM and NOT FREE. Signing up for your free QR code turns into a "14-day trial" not as advertised. Now I have to explain to a client who already printed all of his products that this code is inactive or he has to pay monthly for it to work. L O L and not even a call number to get in touch with them.
