Commentaires: Increased my work efficiency and made my clients much happier!

Avantages: The customer service is phenomenal! I can personally request features and enhancements to the system which are then released within days. It's awesome to be a customer and feel like I am team member of the software. Another plus is the ease of use and efficiency. This is how my business grew so quickly. Sending and receiving forms is a breeze.

Inconvénients: There isn't a lot that I do not like about this software. Again, if I think of something that will make my life easier, I simply ask for it to be added to the system.
