Commentaires : Overall the experience has been GREAT! The onboarding process was absolutely amazing. We went through the entire process and the person I worked with from the team at SingleOps really listened to me when I explained what I needed the system to do and how I needed to see it on my end. They were thorough and when my onboarding was complete, I felt very confident in using the software and then teaching it to our team.

Avantages :

We like that we have one system that does it all. From preparing the proposal in the field, sending that to our customers as quickly as possible, the CRM that is built in and then taking the same information and our field crew using it to complete the job exactly as it was explained to the customer. We used to have to take information from one system into 2 others and we were making errors and not all the information was being passed. This system makes it seamless and everyone sees the same information from start to finish.

Inconvénients :

I would like it to have a few more calendar features such a recurring tasks and appointments. Also the text notifications are not automated like the emails. I do wish that capability was there and hope to see it in the future. I also would like to see a few more personalization features on the routing software that truly allow routing to take place, but overall, it works and we have found ways to make it do what we want.

Overall love of this software!

Avantages :

SingleOps has made things run smoothly on the day to day for my company. Before, we were using carbon copies for estimates and had STACKS of papers all around that needed to be tracked and entered into QB for accounting. Nightmare at the end of the year. I love that SingleOps makes it easy for all my employees to be on the same page and look at real time changes to work orders and schedules. I love the 'attachment' feature as well as mapping the location of each line item.

Inconvénients :

SingleOps sometimes is glitchy out in the field and that causes some frustration. Especially when you spend an hour on a proposal and then it doesn't save. There are a few kinks as well as some other options I have presented that I hope are being worked out in the pipeline...

Tree people - look elsewhere

Commentaires : The exciting promise quickly faded in lots of tedious work. I still spend many hours each week cleaning up data and manually creating the reports we need. If I don't have good internet signal in the field, sometimes I can't complete the sale. I email the client later and hope I can still land the sale.

Avantages :

It does the math for us when calculating pricing.

Inconvénients :

The product did not match what was sold and promised when we first talked to Singleops. It's one of the least functional pieces of software I've used. And the user interface has no intuitive design to help you delineate on screen what you are looking at. Custom reporting was promised, but that is a half-truth. You can add custom fields and maybe they will show on the report you want. For almost any data I need, I have to run 2 or more reports, then manually edit and cross-reference my own spreadsheets to get the actual data I need. Horrible credit card interface, I have to type in the address that is already saved to the client profile. I can't view the address though once the credit card screen pops up.

Commentaires : Overall, our experience with Single Ops has been positive. They continue to build upon customer service and the addition of a dedicated Customer Success Mgr has been a great addition.

Avantages :

Single Ops provides the best customer & work management solution for our business.

Inconvénients :

The downside to Single Ops is the limited GL integration with financial accounting software is with QuickBooks only. When we initially started using Single Ops we used Sage accounting software. Since Single Ops is limited to Quickbooks GL integration we had to convert our financial software over and we learned the hard way that it is better to convert over to QB first, then implement Single Ops.

Commentaires : It was exactly what I hoped for: a streamlined, easy to use, intuitive, and functionally superior product. Our office communicates more efficiently and consistently with our clients, over the small details- as SingleOps addresses the big details. We can track when emails are received, opened, and when the work is authorized. Having a system that allows our team to focus on executing the work and the quality of the work, instead of micro-managing the details has allowed our departments to develop better trained and more professional staff, also giving us more efficient days and increased production.

Avantages :

The user interface and ability to coordinate departments and tasks is unmatched. Other platforms have so many layers and hit the "save" button before you do anything moments, Not with SingleOps. The color coding, the templates for most everything we ever need to communicate, and the simplicity is intuitive.We chose what focuses were most important to us as a company and built it up through an easy integration process.

Inconvénients :

Hmmm.., sure- it isn't the cheapest- but our decision was about quality not penny-pinching, when it came to running our business and continuing to provide the level of service, we strive to offer from start to finish.

The route planning feature leaves much to be desired, and the mobile app frequently experiences lag, failing to save your data when your phone screen goes black.

Commentaires : EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. After (5) months of implementation we are nowhere close to being able to use this program. It is absolutely not customizable at they claim and sell you to believe. The most important thing to me is what my clients see, they are the ones that keep us in business; with this program I can not put a clean proposal in front of my clients that clearly states what scope of work we are providing. The proposal layout is a HUGE DEFICIENCY of this program.

Buyer beware!

Commentaires : Not upfront and honest about the cancellation policy and it is not clear in the terms and conditions. Seems the customer is just stuck if they don't like the program - even if the revisons were not done, the training was not complete and we never actually used the program live, except for some training samples. Not able to accommodate two states with different sales tax rates. The formatting of the templates is wack. The payroll reports are tricky if you work in multiple states doing multiple tasks.

Avantages :

It had some functions like checklist options for the proposals.

Inconvénients :

You have to buy the software for $3600 + upfront and can only get a refund of 75% if cancelled in the first 30 days. Unfortunately, it will take at least 30 days to get all of your personal info, banking, customer base and templates uploaded, set up and get the system customized. Then you have to begin the training. I was only able to do training once a week, so four one hour sessions. Not enough time to decide whether or not this is going to work for your company. Once we decided it was not the best fit for us as it was too slow and not really all that user-friendly for someone working in the field. Also, a bit expensive when you add your key field employees, office people and sales teams. We just spent $3600 on a program we never used. When I tried to get an explanation of why I wasn't offered the monthly plan here is the story we got: If you are on monthly billing you can cancel at any time. This type of billing doesn't have any commitments since its month to month. If you are on quarterly, bi-annual or annual billing you can cancel within the first 30 days and receive a partial refund of 75% of the total purchase price. When I told her we were not given that option, she stated: I understand your concern. We have a lot of clients that are grandfathered into the monthly billing so this isn't a billing service we offer actively to our new customer base. Hence, that is likely a reason the Account executive didn't offer this type of billing.

SingleOps was like throwing gasoline on a fire!

Commentaires : Top notch! Our company could not work at this capacity without the help of SingleOps and their team.

Avantages :

Our family owned business (19 production employees) was able to grow at a fairly rapid rate after we signed on with SingleOps. Our internal communication is now streamlined and all administrative users have immediate access to our entire operation. With SingleOps we were able to crawl out of the dark ages of carbon copies and paper schedules. With a few clicks of the mouse I can see what customers we are serving tomorrow or next week, or next month. The office can manipulate my sales schedule much easier and with much less headache. Having EVERYTHING in one place that can be accessed anywhere at anytime is invaluable.

Inconvénients :

This is a hard question to answer. Any imperfections or tweaks that we want are easily requested. The support team is great and is shockingly responsive. Our support contact is the definition of a professional that solves problems, and aims to deliver a premium product in a time efficient manner.

Amazing software for tree care companies and arborists

Avantages :

SingleOps has been an incredible addition to our company since its implementation. Our interactions with [sensitive content hidden] during the onboarding process, where we sought to understand and familiarize ourselves with the software, were exceptional. She promptly addressed my email inquiries, and I now have complete confidence in using the software.

Inconvénients :

I encountered some initial overwhelm when we first started using it, and I would recommend simplifying the layout for a more user-friendly experience. Additionally, I suggest adding a feature that ensures items like the spray contract are automatically included in the invoice.

Single Ops review from current user

Commentaires : Routing is very efficient using this program as it allows us to track the jobs that have been completed or when they are scheduled.

Avantages :

I like the software as it allows me to be able to schedule things in multiple ways for different applications. Searching for a customer is really easy as well. The daily function of entering orders is so easy and convenient that our in store customers don't have a long wait time for me to create the order.

Inconvénients :

There is not anything I do not like about this software.

Solid Software for the Tree & Landscape Industry

Avantages :

I like the integration between myself, our office and the crew. It's helpful to write estimates that are converted to work orders and then can be sent as invoices. It saves a lot of time.

Inconvénients :

It's not the most simple or intuitive software. There are aspects I haven't even tried to use because I don't have the time to figure out how to use it.

Great Salesmen- Poor follow through

Commentaires : Great in the beginning, a headache once we fully committed to using all of the features

Avantages :

All of the features it touts, however once you get into them you realize it's a lot more complicated and difficult to use than was advertised.

Inconvénients :

We can't get ahold of anyone when we need help sorting through issues. They have no idea how their product looks and communicates with Quickbooks Online, and the credit card processor they force you to use is awful. Instead of doing the simple things really well they get into the weeds and miss the basics.

Commentaires : From the beginning you have one on one training to learn the system and it’s functions. Jessica is fantastic!

Avantages :

What I like most about SingleOps is that it keeps every customer and job organized from the Lead stage all the way until the job is completed. Everything flows right on to the next stage and is very user friendly.

Inconvénients :

The only thing that I miss is that they took away the option to charge for paying with card .

The software is great, and easy to use...tons of features and analytics to help you understand your numbers and where your business stands on a daily basis.

Inconvénients :

There are a few functionality features that could be resolved to improve efficiency, and certain terms could be renamed or explained more within the software so that people using it are sure they are clicking/changing what they want to within the software without having to click and guess.

Single Ops is a great proficf

Avantages :

All around good product and people. It’s very easy to get help, they’re always making improvements and listen to suggestions. Best software I’ve seen for the green industry. I’ve had experience with a handful of programs, hands down Single Ops is the best.

Inconvénients :

Nothing in the con category, everything works great.

Commentaires : I enjoy the customer support. If I ever have a question, the staff takes time to help me solve the issue or question.

I love the layout of the software and the functionality of it for our business. I like that I can use it along with QuickBooks online and that they sync together.

Commentaires : Somewhat frustrating implementation but mostly that is the program issues. Our implementation specialist [sensitive content hidden] was a great teacher and was easy to work with.

Avantages :

We can now produce consistently priced proposals repeatedly and efficiently

Inconvénients :

Glitchy and some non logical pieces need to be improved. A purchase order that can show the materials included on a proposal without having to re enter them.

I like task feature, its a helpful tool for reminders. The ease of scheduling is superb.

Inconvénients :

SingleOps will go on and off line while working and it doesn't save properly.
