Avantages :

I get email notifications regularly about new publications that are relevant in my field. It is then easy to review the publications and share them with colleagues.

Inconvénients :

I can't think of anything to complain right now.

Commentaires : Quick implementation and easy set-up, with a lot of guidance by customer support. We quickly built a huge database of relevant patents and set up monitorings which can be adapted quickly. Very user friendly and good value compared to similar programs.

The easy search and portfolio creation is a helpful feature. This allows almost anyone to do a small patent check. Besides that, the monitoring and supervision is also made very easy for the professional.

People are receiving so much emails from different sources, so it would be helpful if information sharing would be possible from our company email address.

Avantages :

I only use the review fuction. A colleague does the reserch and forward it to me. I only have to review it as an expert. That feature is working okay. The reviewfunkction could be a little bit better. For example the UI is not that user friendly, in my opinion.

Inconvénients :

do not use it that much and can not rate all the features
