Love Okendo for my reviews!

Avantages :

It's a greatly automated email management tool that integrates with other platforms too.

Inconvénients :

I wish I could schedule reviews to be posted to social media accounts.

Commentaires : We had a great experience with Okendo and now that is it set up, the reviews are pouring in. Love that it doesn't take maintenance. It just works

Avantages :

Okendo was easy to install on our website & add to our Google Shopping feed. Customers respond to the review emails, we don't even have to offer them a discount. The review emails are easy for the customers to use & upload their own photos of the products. Love that set-up wasn't complicated - it just works

Inconvénients :

Okendo just added reporting, a feature we appreciate now, but wasn't available when we launched. We'd love if Okendo would incorporate directly with Freshdesk - our customer service app

Commentaires : Overall very happy with Okendo.

Avantages :

I love how easy it was to implement, love the plethora of questions we can ask our customers to get super indepth reviews. I love the image upload option for customers. And I ESPECIALLY love that the price isn't based on how many reviews we get - we switched from Yotpo because we were getting punished for increased order volume.

Inconvénients :

I wish we were able to break down the reviews in an easily digestible report for our design team. As is, they have to really drill down into the app to see reviews. Wish there was an ability to toggle reporting options with images, SKU's, etc. so that I could present to our team.

I chose Okendo to replace Yotpo

Commentaires : Having qualitative reviews helps a lot to reassure our new customers since we are a young brand ! Okendo is the best app to do so.

Avantages :

Okendo was very easy to implement, and the Okendo team was super friendly and helped set up the reviews the way we wanted to. We were able to customize very much the reviews, and the team understood perfectly what we wanted from the start. The commercial offer was very good and the value for money is great. I also like the fact that you can group products to maximize the number of reviews under one item. For me it is the best app for reviews !

Inconvénients :

There are not many things that I don't like, maybe it would be nice to be able to customize a little bit more the emails but that is it !

Commentaires : Easy to use and the team made our integration seamless. Very helpful throughout the merge of our current review data.

Avantages :

We upgraded to Okendo to make it easier to capture and share reviews using our email system and displaying them online on our homepage and at a product level. It has been a game changer with the details it captures and customer photos/videos. An added bonus that it now integrates with Klaviyo our email marketing tool! Highly recommend!

Inconvénients :

We have two websites and it would be great to have the functionality to share reviews across both sites without duplication.

Avantages :

We have been using Okendo for a couple years and it helps us get sales so easily. I love the photo option so users can submit photos.

Inconvénients :

Honestly nothing, I love it so far and it helps us make money.

Avantages :

Easy to use and implement. This platform has been a MAJOR upgrade from the review platform we were previously on. The customer support, implementation, ongoing management, and ability to customize have all been game changing. I love that we have the ability to collect zero party data as well.

Inconvénients :

I wish it was a bit easier to send out one-off batched requests to users.

Best review platform I've used and continually improving

Commentaires : I have been extremely satisfied with Okendo thus far and have no intentions to switch or even look for another solution. I can't say enough good things about this product and team.

Avantages :

Pricing, clean simple user interface, offers powerful features, and they are constantly adding new features

Inconvénients :

No cons, but we're not using the software to its full potential yet. It works flawlessly for basic review gathering and moderation.

Reviews and Posting Made Easy

Commentaires : One stop shop for all of our reviews. Also the syndication of reviews across all of our sites is also extreamly helpful!

Avantages :

Social validation is key so the Okendo system really helps us grab reviews from our committed clients

Inconvénients :

The system doesnt have a free option so you need to have some level of business before you want to get started

Commentaires : Previously we had little control over reviews, everything was manually being assessed. When looking at alternatives our budget left us with very cheap and cheerful solutions or if we added in a lot more money we had a worthy tool but too expensive for us. Okendo is a perfect fit and at a brilliant price, it has driven value for us and we get more reviews in two weeks than we did all of last year!

Avantages :

I love how simple to use the system it, I started by looking at competitors and Okendo were under 1/4 of the cost. The system is so powerful and I am always finding tweaks to be made. My concern with a simple plugin would be that we compromise on the look and feel of the reviews, but it fits in with our brand perfectly. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the implementation team were a dream to work with and are an amazing help. I would recommend Okendo over all competitors, no question!

Inconvénients :

I feel that it would be good to have this system better integrated with other solutions such as Klaviyo, as at the second it was clunky to set up and edit. Test sends were not the easiest.

Avantages :

Easy to use, the widget to have rotating reviews is a nice bonus. I also like how quickly the support gets back, especially with technical / coding questions. I was trying to implement asynchronous ("lazy") loading on to the site and this was done relatively easily.

Inconvénients :

The email that is sent for customer reviews is not as brand aligned as we would like it to be. Needs to be more customizable with the potential to integrate into Klaviyo.

Great value, dedicated new company!

Commentaires : Matt and the team got us up and running with white glove service as we were beta testers, and they've always been quick to respond and very helpful with questions. I've recommended them to lots of other companies and will here as well. It's a great value!

Avantages :

It has elevated our reviews game significantly. We went from the free Shopify software right to this and it's been really great. The way reviews are displayed, there is a lot of legitimacy lent to each and every one.

Inconvénients :

As a new company, all the perks and functionality aren't quite there yet, though I have no doubt they're coming. It's a little tricky to find old reviews, the analytics is still coming along (we do get weekly emails, though it's not yet in the dashboard), that sort of thing. It's all here though.

Very Happy with Okendo

Commentaires : Awesome. Overall, the customer service was really, really good. It's been only a couple of weeks so far but very happy with the product and the customer service.

Avantages :

Implementation was super easy and it was very easy to transition from our prior reviews partner to Okendo. We are getting a lot more for our money and I love the additional info we are collecting from reviewers at no additional cost to us. Also added capabilities for reviewers such as videos and Q and A.

Inconvénients :

A couple of small things came up but each one has been fixed (duplicate reviews submitted, etc)

Phenomenal Review Platform

Commentaires : Easy review platform to implement at an affordable price.

Avantages :

We care a lot about brand and being able to customize things according to our look and feel as well as customer needs. Okendo provided an extremely easy solution for us to customize according to our needs as well as implement. We are always lean on engineering time and the Okendo team very seamlessly helped us with the implementation. Since we've been a customer, they have released new features regularly for use to gather additional customer feedback and utilize it on the product page. Our products refresh annually so we have a limited time to capitalize on reviews for a limited period of time to lift conversion of the product. Okendo was a solution with the right features at the right price to make it a no brainer. Their client support is also phenomenal. They are easy to work with and always happy to help whenever we reach out with a request.

Inconvénients :

We are getting so many reviews that we would like to have a better way of understanding our data of what we've gathered so far.

Amazing customer service

Avantages :

We really love the level of customer service Okendo provides every single time. Along with that we like the ability to customize the emails, the pre-populated suggestions and automate the reward process.

Inconvénients :

Seems like our reviews come in waves throughout the week. This could be due to Okendo optimizing the best time to gather them. If that’s the case then keep going! If not, we’d like to see it smoothed out or be able to change it on the backend.

Excellent Product, Amazing Support

Avantages :

Okendo is easy to use yet very powerful, customer engagement has increased with Okendo through the ability to post pictures an share their review on social media. The reviews present very well on our website with the home page carousel in addition to the dedicated reviews page and presentation on the actual product page.

Inconvénients :

There really isn't anything that I dislike, they have been incredible to deal with and very responsive to any questions.

Game Changer

Avantages :

DTC is the way most businesses are having to process orders. Having instant feedback on products allows for a better purchase flow from other customers. Okendo is a game changer!! It helps with the shopping experience and we are so thrilled we made the change!

The best solution for Shopify reviews

Avantages :

Very easy to use for both us and our customers. Easy to manage the entire review process. Reviews are way up since switching to Okendo, with better UGC and engagement. The onboarding process (switching from a more expensive app) was smooth as butter.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing not to like. If you need product reviews on your site, this is a stellar option at a great price.

Reviews mean sales!

Commentaires : Having Okendo Reviews live on our website has meant an increase in sales as people are trusting the products more after reading peer reviews. We actually have feedback from customers stating that they 'read the reviews' and how helpful they were in terms of choosing sizing etc.
The reviews also give us extra content to use in our marketing.

Avantages :

It's so simple to use and so effective, and the customer service is superb!

Inconvénients :

Nothing bad to say! A little bit of time setting up initially, but it wasn't difficult.

Avantages :

The best thing about Okendo is the support and human element. Something doesn't look right? They're on it. Something goes wrong? They are on it. You just can't find that kind of support from other apps.

Inconvénients :

The pricing model could probably use a third middle tier.

Commentaires : Easy customer reviews. Easy admin of reviews, easy to contact customers and followup on feedback. People can share their own product photos. Easy to share good reviews to Facebook with one click. Fast setup and excellent customer support from Okendo.

Avantages :

Okendo incorporates image sharing and social sharing, and integrates perfectly with Shopify, including shopify discounts.

Inconvénients :

Nothing, really. It does exactly what we need and the cost is reasonable. I might be nice if the configuration was easier to customize on the product page, but it all depends on the theme you use. Okendo has been super helpful in setting up and customizing for us.
