Commentaires : I am looking to jump start several businesses and writing projects in collaboration and individually. Nuclino has provided a way for me to share and organize my information seamlessly and skillfully. Although I am just an average joe, I feel more productive and professional while using Nuclino. I think it is a good platform for anyone who is striving to create an impact in the world.

Avantages :

I enjoy the user friendly interface and the simplicity of the project creation and sharing process.

Inconvénients :

So far, I will say it was a little difficult to understand how to create an outline at first. This is my only con and it really does not detract from all the pros of the platform.

Is very easy to use, is very intuitive, and once you start to linking your content is when you will see the beast in action. Nuclino is an amazing tool to have

It would be very nice to have an option to download (export) all the content at once!

Easy to use and packed with features

Commentaires : It's very intuitive and for the purpose of writing my GDD it was extremely useful. Great product.

Avantages :

The graph feature makes it very easy to navigate! an the AI side-kick is awesome.

Inconvénients :

The lack of more traditional PM tools like a Ghantt Chart

Commentaires : pretty ok, I don't use it alot, but good though. I still prefer using a notebook at the moment as it gives me more minimalistic approach to what I have to do and in case I have any ideas I can jot them down with ease.

Avantages :

It doesn't required paper, so in that case it is clean, the nice color layout and the formatting of the website.

Inconvénients :

It feels cluttered and it can get there quite easily. It took me a while to get used to the layout but I ended up opting out for a notebook.

Incredibly well designed

Commentaires : I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the design of this platform. I like the fact it is independent and is 'pure' in what it does.

Avantages :

I don't know where to start. I knew what I wanted being a well designed platform that we could build our knowledge on. There are many solutions and either they are part of another solution or overly complex. The design of this platform is incredibly well thought out. It was not easy for me to find during my research, seems to fail to hit many of the top review sites. But when I used it I instantly knew this was 'the one'. And my team loves it.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing I dislike about Nuclino.

Great product for a Small / Medium Business

Commentaires : This is a great product for the free version and used with small teams, sharing information is easy and presents a solution to off-site collaboration.

Avantages :

We really enjoy this solution, it's very easy to use and practically works like our internal database. We are also able to link external documents for easy sharing. These features really enhance the company's real-time collaboration. Since this is an easy tool, we expend very little time training our partners.

Inconvénients :

One thing that they can improve is the formatting tools, some variety is needed to have a pleasant UX.  If the company grows and uses more space this tool suffers, we only recommended for medium or small databases.  Pricing can be expensive if you use it with large teams.

Avantages :

I really enjoy how simple and easy to use Nuclino is! If you have a small to mid size team, this is a great solution to project management and even further than that, a knowledge base, asset base and more. Clean design, simple features, just great all around.

Inconvénients :

It lacks some features such as being able to sum a column in a table, but hopefully in time things like that will be added as others find use for something like that.

Nuclino as a Confluence alternative

Amazing product for collaborative documentation

Avantages :

The interface is incredibly intuitive and designed in such a way to help keep massive documentation easily manageable. Also, keyboard shortcuts 🤩

Inconvénients :

Not a con, but would be kind of cool to have a Kanban board feature so we could use Nuclino for most literally all our project needs.

Real Good Wiki

Avantages :

It's super easy to create and edit content. Costumer service is super helpful, and they actually implement features suggested by users.

Inconvénients :

Analytics are very limited. Only top 10 results are given, and there are no analytics on the page level.

The best knowledge base software

Avantages :

It's intuitive, functional, and well-built. Never had a glitch, can insert and link all and any document/image/video and media I need. Simple design means you don't get lost in the presentation, but tfocus on the core info. Searchability is fantastic

Inconvénients :

I wish I could download a table of contents.

Commentaires : Working in HR/Ops we're always making updates to Our Nuclino. I access it almost daily and had created sections of our nuclino and I really like it! Its easy to use. Looks clean and organized. Easy to set up different sections for different topics

Avantages :

The ease. I like that I can use emojis. I like the search feature as well! makes it super easy for employees to find policies they may be looking for.

Inconvénients :

We're struggling with being able to give third party partners access to parts of our Nuclino and not the whole thing current. Cant seem to find a work around this.

Excellent balance between Ease-of-use and functionality

Commentaires : We use it as a company Wiki as well as for a very complex and highly inter-linked ISO 27.001 documentation. Works great for both.

Avantages :

The ease of use and the consistent but well-enough style features to avoid indiscriminate style mixes

Inconvénients :

It needs a little curating when working with larger teams. But that is easy to accomplish.

Great For Knowledge Capture & Employee Training/Onboarding

Commentaires : We trained hundreds of remote researchers with the platform. We also use this workspace as a tool to norm on research processes that support quality data.

Avantages :

It is easy to get started and takes away the pain of managing so many google sheets. Has good features for editing, documenting, and communicating processes.

Inconvénients :

The ease of deleting large amounts of information without knowing it. It is also easy to drag around clusters and items into others accidentally without warning. No system to track changes or alerts here. Finally, permissions setting and inviting users is not a particularly intuitive process.

Create your own company knowledge base with ease

Avantages :

Nuclino is easy to use. For knowledge management it’s ideal. You can create a database of information.

Inconvénients :

It’s fantastic as an internal company Wiki. No real issues, only an acknowledgement that other products have more use cases.

All good, but switched to better priced product

Commentaires : Great, but we switched for ClickUp doc as better value for price. Thought I miss your comment+notification system very much.

Inconvénients :

I hate this feedback form, too complicated, a lot of information being asked. At least tell about time it will take in your email feedback card. For start-ups or project with friends there is no free plan - as in Notion.

We use it as the base of knowledge in our small company

Avantages :

I created a digital marketing agency, and all the toolkits, customer information, and the "cookbook" of how to do our work is in Nuclino. Currently I'm using only the free plan, but definitely, the paid subscription also worth the cost. It has a web app, android app, windows app, and even Linux app! Can't complain. The interface is clean and it's very very easy to use. You can upload files, links, images, etc.

Inconvénients :

The app only works online. Which means, you cannot write offline and then wait for the next sync to update the new information in the cloud.

A (simple) forum feature would have been nice.

Great knowledge base for capturing information

Avantages :

We use Nuclino daily to make sure we're documenting everything - from sales playbooks to HR processes to specific data collection checklists. It's easy to use, update, comment, and share.

Inconvénients :

Search functionality could be somewhat improved, as could adding users to different workspaces UI.

What could have been...

Avantages :

The board was most helpful. The graph looks awesome as well.

Inconvénients :

Keeping track of what each person has done over time, not just the most recent changes.

Avantages :

I love being able to track my personal projects and goals in one place.

Inconvénients :

It's difficult to get all personnel on board to use this. This could be an internal issue but some employees are intimidated by this type of platform.
