Commentaires : I served as a project coach, and I liked how the people I worked with had the option of accessing user friendly built-in analytical templates, or using their own files.

Avantages :

This is an easy to use and flexible tool for making continuous improvement happen in an organization. Whether the user is a "belt" running a project, a coach, or an executive -- the tool gives quick access to the information needed, whether a refresher or a template for project leaders, or a comprehensive view of organizational progress.

Inconvénients :

It's a solid work in progress, and as such navigation always can be improved. But that's not a criticism of the current state, so much as a realization that continuous improvement is everywhere.

Commentaires : Quick, Easy, Streamlined, Satisfied

Avantages :

Simplicity and Features. The site is easy to use and not to over the top with art and color, very business, very straightforward. Has the ability to house a lot of different levels of your need: ie. Start to finish.

Inconvénients :

Overall Look is basic, maybe too basic. The system could be upgraded to feel more lux and important. The general image of the sites give you the feeling that its not what you think it is.

Great tool-intuitive to use

Avantages :

I like that all of the tools and training are in one place and very easy to find. Also, i like the guidance provided wthin each project I am managing.

Inconvénients :

It is being updated very often and sometimes I don’t get the notice until I am in there looking around.

COMPASS

Avantages :

The ROI for this software is exceptional. The ability to track from ideation to project completion is seamless. This tool already is and will continue to bring significant value to the organization.

Inconvénients :

When I click into the tile of "Ideas" and/or the sub-menu of "My Ideas" from the "Process Improvement" tile. I have to go back to home menu, then to "Process Improvement" tile to access, "Manage Ideas" or "My Projects". Feels like there should be a cleaner way to flip between. Maybe this is design is by intent.

Compass

Commentaires : Positive, many features that were necessary and usable.

Avantages :

I used this program to access records in college school environment. It was good to be able to pay bills, access grades and transcript among other features.

Inconvénients :

To begin it was a little hard to learn and navigate, but with some tech support from school organization I learned.

COMPASS quality improvement tool

Commentaires : We have used COMPASS for a variety of projects and have seen tremendous return on investment. Helpful for process and keeping groups on track. Helps define documentation needed for various projects and tollgate reviews.

Avantages :

The tools section is very helpful, as well as the teaching/learning modules.

Inconvénients :

There are times when I would like to sort the columns in a different way (such as having a column that identifies when the quality improvement idea was submitted and being able to sort all columns by that).

Avantages :

the tool provides all the hooks for an user to capture and describe ways of improving some process or develop new process with some sort of return on investment. The tool is useful for gathering inputs from everyone, it does also suggest that people do not also fill in anything and everything, because it does get seen by everyone in the business who are looking to improve their models or process.

Inconvénients :

I have not used the tool enough to understand the Cons of using it. this was a trial and demonstration only, from the demonstration, it looks to be promising for companies trying to do a lot of continuous and and process improvment.

The full feature rich text editor facilitates professional looking formatting. Reporting is excellent. Action tracking a welcome addition to functionality. Ideation use case is very accessible and within the ability of all workers. The tool is an technological enabler for continuous improvement efforts.

Inconvénients :

Too soon to have an informed opinion concerning dislikes.

COMPASS Review

Commentaires : Two quality improvement projects were launched and I heard great feedback on how COMPASS helped them develop, organize, manage, and communicate their project idea with Leadership and see those process improvement changes.

Avantages :

I like the tools that are offered in developing and managing project ideas.

Inconvénients :

The COMPASS guide is helpful but there are many areas that one would need to explore to truly no the in's/out's of the software.

New user experince

Commentaires : Tracking continuous improvement projects is easier in Compass. It brings the information together in one system from milestones, actions, and tracking benefits.

Avantages :

The software presents itself in a logical approach to drive success in a project. From the start of the project, the tool guides you through the steps and has training help for the specific topics if you need them.

Inconvénients :

I have only started to use it and have not found any issues to date. The help screens guide through any issues I've had.

Multiple tools and user friendly

Commentaires : So far has been great experience. It is easy to navigate and you have all your tools there. No need to use different software.

Avantages :

We just got introduce to compass. I think is great tool for projects planning, presentation and monitoring. What i like most of this software is that has all the tools you need to do your data analysis so you don't need to use multiple tools and also the layout is great for project using the DMAIC model

Inconvénients :

The product for companies serious about acihiveing results with LSS

Avantages :

Intuitive, was able to start using the program with little if any training. If you and your company are serious about making changes within your organization and using the LSS tools to communicate among stakeholders, COMPASS is the most effective tool to achieve results by moving the team forward together.

Inconvénients :

With all management software programs permissions and user access setup has a learning curve before using at the programs full capability.

Easy to navigate. The tiles make it easy to choose what path to take.

Inconvénients :

Since our company is new to the product there are limited permissions, so only able to look at reports and ideas tiles currently.

Inconvénients :

If a solution does not already exist to support a simple improvement project that is basically just an answer to a question or extremely quick fix, then one should be added.
