It was very easy to integrate it with Leaves House's team and with our the other softwares and hardwares that we were using. It also works with the SRM (Quebec).
No option to add lock screen with multiple user, only one code for the boss and that's it unlike Maitre D where the staff have to put their code before punching the order.

Facil d utiliser facile a modifier ajout d un article etc
Inconvénients :
Service au client pas efficace toujours surtout si le systeme bog en plein jour c est long a avoir une repos ed appel il faut laisser un message pis attendre un retour. J ai appelle le dim 3 mars 2024 pour une question de la fonction de remboursement pis le technicien a ete tres impoli et arrogant il ma exigée de faire une facture en me parlant fort….fait-le ! madame une facture fait -le tout suite , je vais vous montrer fait le sur un ton tres fort.. Ja i pas eu mon service et je lui ai demande de ne pas me crier parcque ça m étais arrivé de faire un remboursement par erreur . Ca ne confirme pas le remboursement sur une visa ou master . Puis ça avait remboursee . Bref tres deçue. Puis quand je lui ai demandé son nom il ma racroché la ligne.

Bon,Efficace et Facile à utiliser
Commentaires : Malgré complexité de mon menu , facile à utiliser.le support accessible. Avoir accès à faire des changements nécessaires dans le menu à partir de mon ordi ou mon téléphone.
Avantages :
Résoudre la complexité de mon menu et économiser le temps.

Commentaires : TRÈS bon service, l'équipe est toujours disponibles pour répondre à mes questions et me donner des conseils personnalisés. Ils ne pensent pas seulement à ce qui est le mieux pour eux, mais vraiment le mieux pour chaque client. J'ai adoré la prise en charge clée en main facilitante, surtout dans un processus d'ouverture d'une nouvelle entreprise où tout va vite et où nous avons à penser à plusieurs choses.
Avantages :
Très intuitif et facile d'utilisation, parfait pour un café/restaurant à service rapide comme le mien. Possibilité de modifier les items du menu en temps réel directement via mon cellulaire et de suivre l'évolution des ventes en direct et même à distance. Application en ligne est un coup de coeur pour moi également. L'équipe développe une application et il est possible de modifier le contenu comme bon nous semble selon la disponibilité de nos items.
Inconvénients :
Honnêtement, à ce jour, je ne trouve aucun point négatif à ce logiciel.

Easy to use, perfect for coffe shops
Commentaires : Very good experience in general.
Avantages :
Koomi is so easy to use. I usually change my settings and prices at home with my phone. The fact it's an app on a tablet is also super nice.
Inconvénients :
Unfortunately, the app has problem connecting with my wifi (sometimes it might be connections problem) but it seems I'm not the only one having those issues.

Inconvénients :
Tables management, inventory, pricing, intergration with UberEats (it doesn't let you modify your Uber menu from the uber website).
Savings does not balance out system issues/customer complaints
Commentaires : Easy set-up. Customer service could be friendlier and more patient with users calling with issues.
Avantages :
Back of house reports are easy to navigate.
Inconvénients :
WOuld prefer that tips can be listed in dollars as well as in %.

Great Experience
Commentaires : This POS allowed us to centralize all the information in put it all in a cloud that is accessible from many devices. This has allowed our company to work more effectively and improve the customer experience by reducing the processing time of the orders. Would highly recommend!
Avantages :
Very user friendly, easy to install and set up. Our employees understand how to use it very easily and emphasize that it reduced the line up time we had with our previous system. It looks very sleek because it is just an iPad and paying terminals, which allows to have more counter-top space. The customer service is very personalized, always willing to develop to help our needs. In addition, the reports are all online and we can manage all of our restaurant locations under one dashboard.
Inconvénients :
no cons so far. Every challenge we had was right away addressed by their customer service and we managed to find solutions that were tailored to our needs.

Great Decision
Commentaires : This was great with all the reports available that my accountant had access to. It took a lot of time and effort out of the equation and made it easier when tax season was around. Overall it helped to determine what was selling best and how better to manage my business
Avantages :
The ease of implementation was really important since I started the business by myself and needed something that was going to be very user friendly. Also the layout was very functional and helped to make check out and taking orders very easy.
Inconvénients :
There were some issues with keeping orders open and adding items - however this bug was fixed through an update

Commentaires : Processing payements is fast and easy.
Avantages :
It is very easy to use, it is intuitive. It was easy to connect the IPad (MYR) to the Clover Flex terminal, to the MEV and to the bill printer. Also the updates are easy to make.
Inconvénients :
It would be nice to be able to see all the past bills somewhere online, in the reports.

Solid way to run your cafe business !
Avantages :
Working with Koomi was one of the most important decisions we could have ever made for our cafe. Their software is so easy to use and it is so customizable. It's a breeze in rushes and new staff catch on in minutes. Seriously. Working the till/POS has never been so fast in serving customers quickly and accurately, and Koomi is the difference. Their support team is the best I've ever seen and highly recommend them.
Inconvénients :
Nothing much, actually. It's been such a positive experience from the start.

We are no longer using MYR POS
Commentaires : Implementation and business team did not communicate well. Even the re-naming of the product from Koomi to MYR was poorly communicated. Email addresses changed without any mention to me I should be using a different email address. The entire process was frustrating.
Avantages :
The concept of a fast POS is good, but it really was much slower and clunkier than Square POS -- which is free.
Inconvénients :
Credit card processing was slow. Square as a POS is much faster in my opinion.

not very much back end reporting. would like more detailed reports with time of day, week and month spending trends.

I like that it is easy to use. Also really easy to add pop up items and temporary specials. I can do it from home and it automatically updates in store for my staff.

I would have liked to be able to charge a 3rd tax for our resort.
MYR for coffee shop
Avantages :
MYR is great for our coffee shop. It has all of the features we need, and then some. Very easy to use and to train new employees on.
Inconvénients :
There are a lot of glitches that occur. One, in particular, we've had ongoing for 2.5 years that no one can figure out. It isn't the end of the world, but it does get frustrating when customers can't use their tap payment.

Small restaurant user

It's positive, I've worked with most big POS services in the past and this system is perfect for a smaller place like ours. No extra features that would pay for/otherwise not use.
Customer service is super nice.
Avantages :

Unable to customize (colour code) item buttons of place them in specific order on screens Several updates Limited options to pay for the koomi service (They only accept credit cards)

Commentaires : Poor due to customer support not existing. Sad to see.

The reports on the admin portal are very helpful. We use them daily.
Inconvénients :
It seemed impossible to receive any customer support. Emails and calls went unanswered unless we followed up several times. Tried resolving the same issue for multiple days and ultimately just gave up. Features that were sold never materialized. Disappointing.
Excellent Cash Register Replacement

Super Simple, No Frills, Easy to view dashboard and get reports.
Inconvénients :
I would like to colour code the buttons to make things easier. Having 24-7 customer support would be great too.
