Service à la clientèle et support affreux

Avantages :

pas de support téléphonique de disponible.

Inconvénients :

Après un changement d'adresse et changement de carte de crédit en juillet, mon abonnement n'est plus accessible. Le compte sera fermé le 15 octobre si ce n'est pas réglé. Service à la clientèle épouvantable. Après avoir discuté avec 2 personnes, elles m'ont raccroché la ligne au nez. Ensuite j'ai réussi à parler à quelqu'un d'autre et ma dit qu'il ne pouvait m'aider.

Bien mais un peu chère

Commentaires : Bonne mais après 3 ans d'utilisation pas d'effort commercial conséquent

Avantages :

Une facilité dans la compréhension, les tutos vidéo sont une bonne aide

Inconvénients :

Assez chère, mais cela s'explique, car la solution est vendue par des revendeurs

Commentaires : C'est un bon logiciel mais très couteux , il devrait nous permettre de choisir les modules que l'on veut et facturer par module plutôt que le logiciel complet .

Avantages :

Facile a utiliser, permet d'avoir une aperçu de la santé financière de L'entreprise très facilement.

Inconvénients :

Pas facile de faire des changements pour programmer les informations de l'entreprise ( logo , adresse , nom entreprise , conditions de paiement ) quand on veut changer ou rajouter pour la page facture au client.Ne permet pas de faire la paie de construction pour nos travailleurs au Québec , je dois utiliser un autre logiciel, ce qui reviens assez cher .

Excellent pour la visibilité financière

Commentaires : C'est un bon logiciel mais très coûteux. J'aimerais pouvoir choisir les modules à utiliser et être facturé par module plutôt que pour le logiciel complet.

Avantages :

Facile à utiliser, il offre un aperçu simple de la santé financière de l'entreprise.

Inconvénients :

Nécessite des modules complémentaires pour la gestion des clients et la préparation de tableaux de bord et de KPI.

Nul tout simplement a fuir

Service client inexistant qui raccroche au nez du client , service d’incompétent tout simplement.

Inconvénients :

Support technique vraiment nul. Même orange avec leurs standards je ne sais ou repond mieux a nos demandes que vous… une bande d’incapables tout simplement, faut juste avoir aucun problème sinon courage pour le service client

Commentaires : Des voleurs ils te prends l'argent et en retour un service nul.

Rien ...des seevoces nuls et des voleurs

Lourd et fait pour harnaquer les gens. des conseillers qui vous volent...

Commentaires : plus jamais de contact, si ce n'est devant un tribunal pour publicité mensongère et tentative d'extorsion !

Avantages :

aucun : le logiciel ne permet pas d'importer ses propres factures clients

Inconvénients :

support client : desastreux, 4 mails de relances, et on essaie tout de même de facturer.

Un outil de gestion

Avantages :

D'abord la maîtrise et l'utilisation de ses fonctions

Inconvénients :

Côté état de rapprochement est peu difficile pour moi

Sage cloud, pour petit budget, mais pas si simple

Avantages :

Logiciel a prix vraiment abordable et quand même relativement complet pour la plupart des petites entreprises

Inconvénients :

Pas très intuitif, surtout pour une personne qui débute, ni pour quelqu'un qui est habitué avec un autre logiciel comptable.

Commentaires : J'avais une version simple de ciel, et après une mise a jour "obligatoire", la version à changé et trop de changement font un peu perdre les pédales !

Avantages :

Beaucoup de fonctionnalités. Ce logiciel est très bien pour les entreprises de plus de 10 salariés.

Inconvénients :

Beaucoup trop de fonctionnalité pour une petite entreprise. Trop compliqué.

Commentaires : utiliser dans le cadre de mon DEP

il est facile d'utilisation, il est facile d'apprendre à s'en servir

quelques petit bug au niveau rapprochement bancaire

Le meilleur : Sage 50cloud Ciel

Avantages :

Gestion de tout le process : achats, prospection, ventes, stocks

Inconvénients :

Pas de points faibles à signaler, la solution répond parfaitement à nos attentes

A good, robust, accounting package

Avantages :

I like the structured way the system is set up, and that it makes it very easy for seasoned accountants to work with the "nitty-gritty".

Inconvénients :

I am not sure I would say there is anything I don't like, perhaps the one thing I find a bit complicated is the import function.

Commentaires : I have used Sage 50 for over 20 years & I do not ever expect to stop using it in my professional career. It is ideal software for many of my clients.

Avantages :

It's so clear to review entered transactions & run any kind of report you like.

Inconvénients :

Some of the third party software plugins do not work so well as they do with other softwares.

Please stay away for your own sanity.

Commentaires : Horrific experience. Data integrity is not something they concern themselves with in their software. Our files got corrupted. They couldn't tell us how or why and told us some third party data repair people to contact. I don't believe they have anyone left who actually understands the code of their software. Their data repair team is one person and he could not solve it. I was in utter disbelief that after not being able to fix our data that they told us to try some third parties. So you risk losing your company data using this software. We can't generate legitimate income statements or balance sheets anymore and are having to switch to a new provider.

Avantages :

The software is pretty easy and intuitive and would be good if it worked, but it fundamentally does not work. Not like it doesn't work for us, it just doesn't work and they can't tell us why. By not work, I mean scenarios like you enter a purchase invoice for inventory and the inventory number doesn't go up by the amount you bought and then the program adjusts starting inventory values (from 15 years ago) on the fly.

Inconvénients :

It is not remote capable like it says. Our files get corrupted constantly and they blame it on the cloud computing. We have corruptions that no one at sage knows how to fix and they don't continue to fix it. They have no problem leaving a small business dangling and had the audacity to refer us to a third party. They don't have any recommendations or help on how to avoid corruptions. They don't have any utilities to help fix the corruptions we have. Their solution is to usually restore from a backup, but they don't have anyway to download and re-upload transactions from the period between the backup and current so you have to print off all your old transactions and then re-enter them. In the cases where they do manage to fix a corrupted file, they charge you for that "privilege". The software also doesn't necessarily keep debits and credits in balance. They're posted solution for this are some custom admin transactions to force balance, rather than find the source of their own non-double entry errors. If for example the accounts receivable ledger doesn't match the sum of the customer sub-ledgers, they don't have a way to see what their program got wrong, they tell you to do an adjusting force balance entry. Same goes for inventory and accounts payable. It may be related to our unsolvable data corruption issues, but again, they don't have a solution for the underlying missed transaction - they say to ignore it and force the books to balance.

Sage50 Accounting

Commentaires : Sage was a fairly easy program to learn and for the most part efficient.

Avantages :

When I used Sage, I liked the line by line transaction flow.

Inconvénients :

I felt like the program, at times, could be quite outdated.

Sage 50 Accounting: Balancing the Books with Precision

Avantages :

Easy to use and very great interface for new users.

Inconvénients :

Might need some prior knowledge or short training.

Great product for a small entity - but you will outgrow

Commentaires : Good product for an SME but will outgrow it.

Avantages :

Simple to use, flexible with ODBC connection possible.

Inconvénients :

Not actually cloud based, connection to server can be slow.

Why I love Sage 50cloud Accounting

Commentaires : Sage 50cloud Accounting is very user friendly. I really like the look and feel of it and it is easy to navigate the various options.

Avantages :

I love Sage 50cloud Accounting because its on the cloud and we can access it anywhere. We are a small business and it provides all the functionality we need to carry out our accounting needs.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing I dislike about Sage 50cloud Accounting

Fantastic Product

Commentaires : A great product with a great level of customer service.

Avantages :

It's easy to understand and drill down to a transactional level. I'd say it's still built for people who have an understanding of accountancy rather then being built for day to day business user.

Inconvénients :

Has stood still for a period in time but seeing more improvements with each update and new features.

Sage 50 accounts

Commentaires : Its so easy to use and being able to see all of the transactions makes it so easy to investigate any anomalies unlike any of the other competitors packages

Its so easy to use and navigate and does everything that i could ask for

Commentaires : very good accounting program at both basic and advanced levels

Avantages :

basic appearance of the program, simple and clear accounting program

Inconvénients :

Difficult contact with customer service, It's difficult to contact by phone

Sage slowly catching up with Xero, QuickBooks and others

Commentaires : It is definitely getting better and better but still lagging behind Xero or QuickBooks

Avantages :

It now does most, if not all of the things expected from online software for bookkeeping and accounts.

Inconvénients :

The feel is still old fashioned, not very intuitive, though for people coming from desktop Sage this should not be a problem. Still not many apps link with Sage, compared to e.g. Xero

On premise title in a world of cloud-based products

Commentaires : It used to be the only game in town, but nowadays, it needs a true cloud-based version which it doesn't have.As an on-premise software, it worked ok before we moved to work from home as everyone was in the office, so the connection to the server was made over the local LAN. Once WFH started, we had to move and use Sage Drive, an internet-based sharing tool. The data get out of sync fairly quickly. We now moved to a hosted solution but still used Sage50 as it's the only tool that can get the job done for us with our unique setup.

Avantages :

That it's the only financial package that can transfer cost codes to our CRM system.

Inconvénients :

The clunky thin server is called SagDrive.SageDrive is a service that allows sharing between a server and terminals via one central point (hosted by Sage). It is slow and gets quickly out of sync with the sage server.
