Managing the leads

Commentaires : Good software, I wish the email marketing was better and that I would be able to show more difference between the prospects and the members

Avantages :

Very easy to integrate facebook and other software to it with zapier. using it for the leads it's great, make it super easy to keep track on what the sales people are doing.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes to custmize stuff it's not easy and you need the support to do it. it does integrate with ABC but sometimes the old leads are not so organized as you want them to be. Also the email marketing is not good at all the system doesn't let you send email to people that are not engaged which is not good

Simple to Use

Commentaires : GymSales allows us to keep track of potential, current, and future members. As long as the staff are properly trained and actually use the system to its fullest potential, it is a great system.

Avantages :

The UI GymSales is pretty straightforward. You are able to create tasks and reminders which helps when prospecting. This is the kind of application that you get as much as you put into it. What sets GymSales apart is the ability to schedule tennis, which our club offers.

Inconvénients :

There needs to be a mobile application so that we can sign in visitors and prospectives electronically rather than a manual input from a written-on sheet of paper.

Nice platform, really bad support

Commentaires : We are a medium size company and it's really setting us bac to keep chase them for help when something goes wrong on one of our locations. If you are a Med-Big size company, this product will cost you a lot of time and headaches dealing with their unresponsive staff.

Avantages :

Easy interface and simple. Unfortunately, the tech support people made me forget about all the good things.

Inconvénients :

when something goes wrong, you are by yourself. My team and I are begging for support for days and sometimes weeks before they even reach back to us. I don't even talk about solving the problem.

Great Platform for Lead Management

Commentaires : Customer support is excellent. We have a dedicated representative that is always quick to offer a solution to any problem we face. It is very easy to use this software and works well with our marketing software Hubspot. Much easier to integrate then previous sales CRMs. The Gymsales team did most of the set up for us.

Avantages :

This software if very user friendly. It does not take a lot of training for someone to feel comfortable.

Inconvénients :

Not that I didn't like it but there were a few features we had to add or alter to best serve our business. The Gymsales team is very responsive to our needs and gets things done quickly.

Commentaires : The overall experience went well but owners decided to switch over to Keepme utilizing the AI technology.

Avantages :

The ease of access and the fact that it was user-friendly for staff.

Inconvénients :

Limited features, AI capabilities, and no designated Customer Service rep.

Gym Sales is wonderful and has helped us with all of our Gym needs. We use this for our leads, and to communicate with members.
