Training is readily available. Immediate uploads of profiles from various integration is great.
The login home page doesn't disappear when you login very small point and only mildly annoying as I don't like too many windows open on my browser.

Le logiciel est très facile d'utilisation. Les développeurs pensent à tous et développe des fonctionnalités très importantes pour la gestion du business. Le support est toujours présent et répond rapidement.
Inconvénients :
Il manque encore quelques fonctionnalités pour gérer au mieux le business mais elles sont petit à petit en cours de développement.

Commentaires : The best ats/recruiting crm on the market for small agencies/freelance recruiters. I really like that it's a father/son team running the company. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is extremely helpful and very intelligent. The kid is going places.
Avantages :
Ease of use and that it is organized for maximize efficiency when dealing with a lot candidates. Great sourcers and recruiters understand that the ability to record and access data quickly is arguably the most important aspect of sourcing, and they know sourcing the most important aspect of recruiting.
Inconvénients :
Only that it's not finished. They're working on updates rigorously though and will have the vast majority of the features our team will need by November 2019.

The product is quite easy to use, with useful features and easy-to-follow paths. Moreover, the support is really reactive and efficient !
Inconvénients :
Candidate follow-ups are not always easy : the KANBAN view is not really easy to access quickly, and the sorting of applicants is not really convenient to use and quickly treat them

It is slow changing candidates' states and showing information. Overall interface and navigation are pretty messy and complicated. There's only one way to change the candidate stage in bulk, you have to go to the actual job and see all candidates to do so. Can't upload candidates from a CSV directly to a job, you have to upload on the dashboard and then search the candidates and assign extra unnecessary work.

Commentaires : Overall, we have been happy with Recruiting CRM as we launched a new, boutique firm. We've found it easy to use overall and functional to meet our needs as we've launched and grown. The kanban view is the best I've seen in competitive products and easy to manage candidate flow within a job. We haven't exercised all features of the platform yet but will in the future.
Avantages :
Intuitive and easy to use. We are a small firm and selected the product over 4-5 other products (Bullhorn, Crelate, Zoho, etc). It seemed more intuitive, easier to configure and customize for our workflow, and had some views that were big differentiators (e.g. visual kanban board of candidates within a job). Very happy so far with the product and the service provided.
Inconvénients :
The product continues to evolve and add features that align better to executive / low-volume recruiting. Core CRM features aren't as mature as something like a Salesforce CRM but have good features and templates to communicate with candidates and contacts.

Avantages :
The dashboard and the additional reports as well as the kanban view is what sold me! The dashboard is critical to our daily metrics and review of the candidate pipeline. We have customized it to meet criteria we believe are important to track and we share the metrics with the team daily. Another value is their customer support. It is excellent. They quickly respond and assist you with your questions and even provide quick links and short video clips to explain how to resolve a question. AND they are always willing to hop on a call. Their service is really what makes this a great product.
Inconvénients :
Look forward to continued integrations with other apps to make RecruitCRM even more robust.

I spent a long time researching CRMs, demo's plenty. If you are looking for a quick, intuitive system which you can completely tailor to your specific needs, this is a very impressive emerging player in the world of CRM/ATS's.
The proactivity and volume of updates in their roadmap is what will make them into a serious player in the not too distant future
Avantages :
The thing for me is their responsiveness to feedback and the pace of updates that are coming through. If they carry on with this as they are they will be one of the major players in what is a crowded marketplace Also: - Highly customisable - Easy to use - Support through videos and directly speaking with them - Not cumbersome. Minimal clicks.
Inconvénients :
Nothing so far. I would've said about having an open API which I now understand is in the Q4 pipeline

Commentaires : I have run large scale external recruiting agencies since 2007 and launched my new agency last year. I have used Bullhorn, Crelate, and other software and have always been frustrated by the experience, lack features, and the time it takes to make edits or additions. When I researched Recruiting Software for my new agencies I knew what I wanted and what I didn't like. After demoing Recruit CRM I knew it was the right platform for my teams' needs. Recruit CRM is THE FIRST Recruiting Software that all my users like and update regularly without complaining. Time is money for recruiters and having a Recruiting Software that meets our needs is priceless. I highly recommend Recruit CRM.

Great UX/UI. Easily Customizable. Easy to update and navigate through. Easy to digest Data and Reports. Easy to use and integrate Jobs Page into our company website. ATS is efficient and time-effective. Drag-and-Drop functionality for candidate pipelines makes moving people through the pipeline quick and easy. Email integration. Fully functional Chrome Extension lets me update profiles and add candidates to the system without leaving the browser page I am on. Great, responsive Customer Service.

Commentaires : We view the team at Recruit CRM as a partner. Their product has provided an infrastructure for us to stand out in our field and to successfully grow our business. We have been spoiled by their excellence in customer service and strive to be as accountable to our clients as they are. We could not be happier with the business decision we made when we added Recruit CRM to our team.
Avantages :
This system allows our entire team, all of whom work remotely and in different time zones, to conduct the business of recruiting and to collaborate with their colleagues for successful candidate acquisition and placement. We simply would not be as successful in recruiting as we are without our partnership with Recruit CRM.
Inconvénients :
It's hard to come up with a complaint about Recruit CRM. From the outstanding support we receive to the ease of customization the software affords, we always find a way to solve a problem we may think we have. And when we do find a functionality that isn't available, we usually see that it's been submitted through their feedback channel and either under review or in process by the Recruit CRM team. However, one thing I wish for is a better way to navigate back to previously-viewed records or lists.

Commentaires : I have been in recruitment for 17 years, having used a lot of the 'leading' options on the market such as Bullhorn, Vincere, CATS, and Invenias. I would recommend RecruitCRM over them all. Not only is the tech on par, if not more flexible/advanced, but the real difference is also the customer service, and how available the team is on hand to you, every single day. I have never experienced a service like it when it comes to the other leading ATS/CRM providers. I hope as the company grows, that they never lose their customer service and accessibility! This is what makes you special.

Commentaires : So far my team enjoys using the system and we are able to do many things that we could not do before, such as source in our own system and have the use of a Chrome extension for sourcing online.
Avantages :
We are new users of the software. We have really appreciated the customer support and ease of use. With our last software, we had inconsistent service and the system just felt outdated. This system has many customizable features and an excellent advanced search function. We are very happy with it so far.
Inconvénients :
There is not a lot to NOT like at this point. If I had to pick something, I would say the limit on customizable fields with the Team Plan.

Commentaires : Fantastic, the support is the best of any software, direct on demand 1:1 support, super responsive and friendly. In addition, they are constantly developing professional new features so this great ATS/CRM is only getting better and better by the month.
Avantages :
The software is very user friendly while still holding a lot of advanced functionality and features, perfect for staff learning and usage. It supports mass volume hiring and mass applicant tracking, while also being ideal for more direct CV sourcing. With the CRM included it creates a full circle sales and recruitment, all connected, which is a game changer for us. So much transparency.
Inconvénients :
There are a few features we would like such as sms messaging but this is being developed as they are always adding new features.

The integration clients and JOBs and Candidates are essential to our business. All in one place out of the box.

Tracking jobs on day to day. Each recruiter is assigned to multiple jobs. We need to follow the progress job by job. We have to use Asana to do that. Reporting is not great. Need more flexibility.

Game Changer from Spreadsheets!
Commentaires : Very good experience, really easy to use and we have not had to contact anyone for more advice as the Help Centre has answered all questions so far.

We used to use spreadsheets, so switching to Recruit CRM has made a huge difference in how we monitor jobs, candidates and processes. Recruit CRM is very user friendly and easy to customise to our own unique process of Talent Acquisitions. The client facing portal is also a great way to easily share with our clients the potential candidates for their roles.
Inconvénients :
When in Kanban view of candidates, you cannot select all the candidates in any one stage to change their status. It only selects the first 10, you have to manually select more than that. Or look up bulk candidate changes, not easy to find.

This software has been great, I had been looking for months for a CRM system that could work as a recruiting database in addition to integrating as a follow up tool for clients and candidates, our team has been happy with this system - the RCRM team also implements new features almost weekly to make it more user friendly, for the price and functionality this is the best tool for any staffing firm that is looking to stay organized. My team uses the candidate tool on RCRM to keep updated with our professionals, by creating folders/hotlist that applies to the type of talent our engineers posses. We also have the option of boolean search with RCRM and this is something that is crucial to our sourcing efforts, in addition we can have multiple resumes of candidates saved into the profile. When we add notes to our activity the system will automatically enter the time and date of the entry, you can create your own categories to make it your own - for us this is a great tool too since we work with professionals through out the US Nation. On the client/contact end - the tool is specially helpful when following up through LinkedIn - RCRM has an extension that works with LinkedIn and it'll integrate the profile of your contact into your database. There are many more tools that are great, the best thing is that the RCRM developers reply to your questions/concerns almost immediately - too much to list. This is a great tool! I recommend it - we are an engineering staffing firm!
Inconvénients :
Nothing really at this point, I have been satisfied with the service, all or most of the modifications that we want are usually immediately implemented or are in the process of being released.

Recruit CRM integrations for the win!
Commentaires : RCRM has been a pleasure to work with. Their support team is top notch! They have been very happy to work with us to fix bugs we experience and are open to feedback about future features and functionality. We had been using a different CRM for about 5 years before we switched over. They helped us through the whole migration and setup process, without their support in that area we would have really struggled. Overall we are very happy with RCRM! Five star!

The most impactful feature is the integrations that are available via the API and WebHooks. We have been able to tailor Recruit CRM to our recruiting process so that all our systems play together nicely.
Inconvénients :
The UI is a bit immature, and can sometimes seems slow or glitchy. Our biggest pain point has been "Hotlists", the UX seems to not be very intuitive and clunky. The other pain point we have experienced is when bulk uploading contacts from CSV. The process is tedious and time consuming, which makes importing multiple lists a pain.

The best CRM for a growing company
Avantages :
Unlike other platforms, RecruitCRM is equally robust and versatile, allowing our team to streamline our workflow without limiting the creativity and style of individual team members. The layout is intuitive and easy to navigate, as are the administrative features on the back end to customize the ecosystem and published pages.
Inconvénients :
The only pain point from my team thus far has been some of the language or labelling or core features, but that is mostly a learning curve inherent in moving to a new platform that I don't anticipate enduring.
