I especially love that I can send video emails to clients which keeps me looking up with current technology which is a bonus when maintaining business clientele.

Moxi is a great product that I use daily whether it be for a market analysis or visual presentations

Commentaires : I have seen an increase in client feedback & my business has grown substantially! I feel extremely confident that my clients will be visually stimulated with the look of the presentation and the ease of understanding the information. It truly has helped me stand out as a real estate professional.

Avantages :

I like the look of the product & constantly get comments back on how great the presentations look and how easy they are for my clients to review. I also love its capability to keep me organized with my transactions and goals with the client dashboard. I especially love that I can send video emails to clients which keeps me looking up with current technology which is a bonus when maintaining business clientele.

Inconvénients :

I really have no complaints except that I wish it had an area to submit documents and transaction etc. to keep everything in one seamless software program instead of having to use other software.

Responsive, High Functioning, Impressive

Commentaires : I was green going into this process. At first the entire process of rolling a new platform out to the entire company seemed daunting. One of the customer representatives was amazing at keeping me on track and calm and was extremely patient with me in those moments where I began to panic. She offered advice, support, and creative solutions at every turn.

Avantages :

Engage is a one stop - Moxi as a whole has integrated with so many partners that you really have your entire career management system at your fingertips.

Inconvénients :

I have yet to find anything I like "least" . Any concern I voiced was immediately attended to. They either presented a solution, or placed my need in a development queue.

Horrible service

Commentaires : Terrible - some how my account has been disconnected - they better not have lost my contacts.

Avantages :

dont - there is nothing easy about setting up your account - it doesnt work with any commercial properties and it doesnt have flexibility to create your own template.

Inconvénients :

Right now it has been over a month where I cant get into engage -I hear the engineers are working on it. - they dont have a tech service number to call - completely horrible service.

Commentaires : Trainwreck and I think at this point having the agents use rolodex cards would be more effective and efficient...yah, it's really that bad.

Avantages :

The promises of what it was supposed to do for us...

Inconvénients :

Time consuming, cumbersome, anti-SEO value, time consuming, illogical workflow (most of their components won't talk to Engage but Engage can talk to them) Non-synching with itself, building non-complex campaigns is beyond frustrating - haven't even approached the complex campaigns we used to have, customer service will feed you the absolute minimum answer you need and refers you to white pages 99% of the time...that's if you can get someone past the bot, agent usage went from 100% on ZAP to 13% on MOXI

None/nothing? It's horrible. Unless you're into pretending to work but actually doing nothing

Inconvénients :

data migration failures, shockingly slow to maneuver (I'm talking an hour of spinning wheels to update 2 contacts), unable to track interactions, doesn't have a mobile app (this is 2023 right?!), doesn't support teams OR SPOUSES,

Commentaires : Moxi is the opposite of intuitive. Extremely confusing even for those who are computer savvy. The customer service of this company takes it to a whole new level of terrible. I have been trying to get these folks to call me back for about 6 months.

Commentaires : Used for 9 months and then stopped using it.

Avantages :

I thought it was very unintuitive to use.

Too hard to understand. There are a lot of features but I didn't like the interface.

Help desk is a BOT-that isn't a helpdesk

Commentaires : My biggest frustration is the lack of support. After a lag time, they will send you an email saying it might take up to 2 business days to get back to you, this is standard for them. I have wait those 48 hours, and still nothing. Their helpdesk is a Bot, that is not supportive. Overall they have good features, but they aren't all working correctly. Birthdays don't work, my closed transactions do not show up, you can't put a client as both buyer and seller, no report for information you have logged in such as calls, campaigns haven't been updated to be current with the market, so if you aren't watching, you look like an out of date agent. Campaigns are not in order, minor, but still irritating.
